My wife and I met Samantha at a Murder Mystery Dinner at Carmines in NYC and we are so grateful for it! After connecting at dinner, we realized she was a Bridal Hair Stylist and we...
needed one for our upcoming wedding! :) Brides by Sette was truly phenomenal; we cannot say enough amazing things about her, her work, and her team. Sam and Debra handled our wedding morning with love, fun, and grace to ensure my wife and I and our bridal parties loved our hair. Sam ensured my wife and I felt like queens and truly, we did with her hair magic. We loved working with her and Debra! Sam even helped us find our MUA - Samantha Carly LLC who we also LOVE AND ADORE! Utilizing Brides by Sette made our wedding experience a true DREAM!<3
Sam gave me my DREAM wedding hair. She's an absolute sweetheart and insanely talented. BOOK HER! She's so worth it!

hroughout the long day and lots of dancing at night. She ensured everything was perfect, from the length of my front two pieces to matching the extensions to my hair. I would recommend Sam for anyone needing to get their hair styled!
Lovely to work with and so talented. Thank you for making me and my bridal party beautiful on our special day with long lasting looks that held through the night!
I cannot recommend Sam enough! From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel so at ease. She truly listened to my vision and helped bring it ...
to life in the most perfect way.
For my wedding day, Sam created the most stunning bubble ponytail—it was everything I dreamed of! Every detail was flawlessly executed, and the style held up beautifully throughout the entire day and night. Not only was my hair gorgeous, but it was also comfortable and effortless to wear.
The night before, for my welcome drinks, Sam suggested a Hollywood glam style that perfectly complemented my outfit and hairpiece. Her eye for detail and ability to execute a complete look was invaluable. She really helped me bring my whole vision together, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out.
One of the things I loved most about working with Sam was how open and flexible she was. She took great feedback and instruction, always ensuring that I felt confident and happy with the final result. She genuinely wanted to work with me to create the most perfect style for my big day, and that level of care and dedication made all the difference.
If you’re looking for a hairstylist who is not only incredibly talented but also a joy to work with, Sam is the one! Thank you so much for making me feel so beautiful on the most important day of my life!

ed in place through the entire day/night and looked absolutely stunning. For reference, my hair is naturally very frizzy/curly (not the easiest to work with) but Sam knew exactly what to do. She was very easy to work with and was super knowledgeable— she was also easy going and made me feel very comfortable leading up to everything. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who needs a stylist for their wedding day!

one to Sam previously for other occasions so when the time came for my wedding hair, I knew that Sam was it for me! She is able to transform your hair into art with her meticulous placement and technique, towards the end of the night I didn’t want to take it out! She has a breadth of experience that allows her to recommend hair styles that will suit you best for your personal style, wedding dress style, etc. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my wedding hair and Sam had so much patience with me throughout the process and recommended styles specially for me. My hair lasted the entire day and looked like it barely moved after a night of dinner and dancing! On top of that, she is such an incredible person and a pleasure to be around and work with, especially on your wedding day. Sam has an amazing energy and brings light to what can be a chaotic day. She cares about her brides and makes sure she does whatever she can to make you happy and feel perfect. Sam puts so much passion into hair and that shows in her work. She is truly the best in the game and would recommend her for any bride!! I can’t wait to user her again!

initial phone consultation, and she was always responsive leading up to the wedding. Jesse was my stylist the day of my wedding and she truly went above and beyond! Not only did she create a stunning style, she stayed longer than scheduled to help pin in my veil, and even helped zip me into my gown when my Mom and MOH were struggling! If you are thinking about booking Sam and her team, do it - you won't regret it!

n my entire life. Sam worked literal magic. She added some extensions and created the most beautiful bun with texture and curls in the front that stayed for the entire night!! She was incredible to work with for my trial - she let me book my trial for a Friday and made it so that I could do my trial on the same day as my dress fitting so I could see the back hair & dress and make sure I liked it together!

ooked better or stayed so long. I have very thick hair and Samantha did it with ease and enthusiasm. She genuinely made the whole mood in my bridal suite so positive and exciting - and my entire bridal party was obsessed with her and her team. My grandma and mom (who are both picky about their hair) are still raving (2.5 months later). I cannot wait to find another excuse to work with her again!

trials at my request and she accommodated me with no questions asked. My wedding was canceled less than 48 hours before due to COVID spikes in NYC. Sam was so empathetic and rescheduled to our new date enthusiastically. It meant so much during a time when we were extremely stressed and overwhelmed trying to replan our wedding day. She also helped me in the months leading up in choosing my hair piece (and helped me get an exchange when I changed my vision), and deciding on a new look for my now Spring wedding. On the day of she was timely, professional, fun, and easygoing. Her and her assistant did a wonderful job on every one of my bridesmaids. I feel like that is rare! In every wedding I've been in as a bridesmaid I've hated my hair. I was so glad that everyone felt beautiful that day. My hair lasted the whole night, too! I highly recommend Sam for your bridal beauty team.

asure to have around on my wedding day and I loved talking to her. Al the girls loved her too. She was like the only person who could do old fashioned waves exactly how I want, with my bridesmaids having beautiful updos that matched my hair. She is so talented and totally nailed what I wanted, my bridesmaids still post pictures of my wedding hair lol. I contacted a lot of stylists in NYC and Samantha was by far my favorite and I’m so glad she worked with me

ng to answer all question I had, willing to have video chats when I needed, and even answered questions my bridesmaids had. She came all the way from the East Coast to Michigan to do mine and my bridal parties hair. I had 7 bridesmaid all with very diverse type of hair and she was able to work magic on them all. Our experience with Samantha was the best and would 100% trust her with my hair for any occasion.

ir stylist is hard to find when you live in CT. When I found Sam, she offered to drive over an hour to me just for me to do a trial. I was amazed.. not only that but! OH MY GOODNESS, when she was doing my hair the day of my wedding, she was the sweetest! Talking to everyone, making sure everyone was in love with their hair & just overall making sure everyone was more than happy. The one thing that my whole bridal party noticed between Sam and our makeup artist was that Sam cared and was so genuine. Even months after our wedding, our wedding party still talks about how great Sam was the day of. If I could have her style my hair again, I would choose her in a heartbeat! By far our favorite vendor, love her!!!!

raight hair to stay curled. Samantha was an absolute gem throughout the whole process and followed COVID-19 protocols. I described to Samantha what I was imagining for my hair and the final product was more than I could have ever imagined. My hair stayed styled the whole day and night despite the insane humidity. I received so many compliments throughout the night and happily told everyone that Sam was the mastermind behind my hair. I 100% recommend booking Sam for your big day!!
