is afternoon, and I must say, not only does this store have the most gorgeous designers and dresses…but they have the most incredible staff. I typically stay away from Miami because most places try to upsell you, or even turn you away quickly because you take too much or their time if you’re indecisive. But let me tell you, Keylu was my emotional support and she ADVOCATED for me and my dream dress. She was attentive, aware of my wants, and she prioritized what i felt every step of the way. I brought my mom and my aunt, and Keylu  welcomed us with her wonderful smile and enthusiasm. She carefully listened to what style I was going for and handpicked multiple dresses specific to what I was looking for. She was warm and considerate. And most importantly, she was honest and authentic. When I was internally trying to decide what choice to make, she would respectfully walk out of the room to give me and my family time to discuss our thoughts about each decision. Usually, people treat their jobs more careless the longer they work in that field. But Keylu had 7 years of experience and even then supported me as though she were my friend. I couldn’t be more grateful for her attitude and disposition as she made my experience a time of ease. It’s rare for people who work in the wedding industry to care, but she really cared!  Not to mention she is absolutely hilarious and made the experience so wonderful and memorable. Brides of Florida, please keep her around and I highly suggest you prioritize her as an employee and make her feel as special and precious as she made me feel today. 

nt based off the inventory Brides of Florida advertised and the “top” reviews. I left my bridal appointment so discouraged and honestly just sad. Keep in mind, you have to pay $100 which is non refundable if you do not buy a gown, just to book your appointment. To start, I show up to my appointment and the greetings from the staff were much less than enthusiastic. After they checked me in, they had me and my party wait on a couch in the main room that had dirty cups, confetti all over the place, and an open champagne bottle. It wasn’t a warm welcome to start the appointment. We waited for about 10 minutes before MJ finally came by to introduce her self and get the appointment started. She was very nice but very direct. The only questions asked were “what my dream dress looked like” and “what the budget was”. While those are the two most important questions, she seemed to have no interest in an intimate consultation. Strictly business. However, she tried to reassure me by saying “I feel like I know your vibe”. (I also did show her two gowns I told her to beat from another store for reference.) My crew and I waited while she pulled some dresses for me since they don’t allow you to browse their selection. We opened our bottle of Barefoot pink moscato just for fun, didn’t actually drink it because none of us liked our wine that sweet, and waited for MJ to come back. My first thought when she brought the first 5 dresses were, “this is not at all what I described to her”. I wanted simple, timeless, classy. These dresses were the complete opposite, but I was willing to try just to confirm likes and dislikes. After the first dress was a complete let down, I expressed that I didn’t like an exposed corset look and a ton of beading and lace. MJ continued to put me in three more dresses that were almost identical to the first. I did not feel heard. As the appointment went on, I was put in dressed that were too sexy, had too many embellishments, and were over my budget. Finally she took me to look at their inventory because we kept striking out on every dress she pulled. I picked two dresses and she said “oh I would have never thought to get that for you”. Once I was in one of the gowns I chose I felt a little better. I smiled a bit but I still wasn’t 100% happy. While standing in the dress, she gave me a bouquet, veil, and tried to make it a romantic moment. The Social media coordinator popped in, saw me and tried to sell me the dress since they had it in stock but not in my size. It was extremely off putting. I was defeated at this point and I felt like I had waisted my time and my money on this appointment and just wanted to go home. Once MJ realized I probably wasn’t finding the dress, I felt like the customer service went down the drain. There was no interest or commitment to us the rest of the appointment. When we finally left we got a cold good buy and were on our way. For being rated one of the top bridal salons in south Florida, I honestly expected more especially since I had to pay a deposit of $100 just to book my appointment.

e my grandmother a snack when she was waiting for me to pick a dress. Amazing customer service! My dress arrived when they told me it would and it was steamed and ready for pickup way ahead of wedding day fitting perfect! I even reached out to them for preservation services for my dress after the wedding and they were able to help with this too through their contacts. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

not! The only reason they dont get a 5 is because there was some miscommunication on the alterations side. I wanted to change a few things to my dress my dress that one person said yes to and then when I came back it wasnt done and I was told itd be to "difficult" ( a type of bustle I wanted). So I would just say be very clear and ask to speak to seamstress because even with photos and videos I ended up not being told it wouldnt look good after believeing thats what id be getting. Over all the dress looked amazing and came with time to make the changes I needed.
