7 of us were booked for hair and make up that day and Karen and her team where so gracious and welcoming. She had little snacks and champagne for us which was a nice treat and helped ease the stress of the day. Her work was great. Everyone loved their make up- it was flawless and dramatic without being too much or unnatural. Everyone's hair held up the entire day and night (and even the next morning) which says a lot with the heat and humidity in Mexico in the middle of August. She uses great quality products that leave you feeling amazing so I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone that provides high quality service and also is personable enough to make you feel at ease and ask questions about styles and such.

d best ways to do my eyebrows, contouring, foundation, using the applicators etc. The best part was the I learned how to do my own makeup the right way . I couldn't believe after I was done with the class that I was the one who did that makeup on my face. I will recommend Karen to any lady wanting to learn more on doing their own makeup and needed the hands on help with someone right next to them.

We kept in communication via email and I sent her photos of my hair and what I wanted for my wedding day. She was on time for our appointment and offered us mimosas! I had an updo photo from Pinterest and she nailed it! My make up was soft and beach ready. I got sooo many compliments on my hair and make up. I highly recommend Karen Lo.
