arted with Chef Casey at her own personal home, which was so much fun! It felt very personal tasting cake at her dining room table and sipping champagne out of her crystal while we did it. We loved the whole tasting experience and had a lot of trouble deciding which flavors we wanted at our wedding because they were all FANTASTIC!!! We ended up having three different flavors at our wedding, and then getting a fourth cake made for a wedding after party the day after our wedding. Chef Casey was so much fun, and totally captured who my husband and I are (cat lovers) by suggesting we add some cat figurines in a discrete spot behind some flowers on our wedding cake. It was just perfect! We loved that personal touch. Lastly, what we loved about her cakes were how they didn't taste like your typical wedding cake. They tasted home made and were so full of flavor! Book her now!! You will not regret it!!

t only was the groom's cake plan ignored, she did not bring the amount of bride's cake that we discussed. Here's what happened on the groom's cake. I asked Chef Casey if she could make oreo balls, a recipe we love. She said yes. I said that we made the oreo balls out of cream cheese and crushed oreos and then rolled them in half milk chocolate and half dark. She said great. I went for the cake tasting and I told her the oreo balls were perfect. She said, "well you were very specific on what you wanted". She then said she would use different color sprinkles and squiggles so it had a little variation. By the way, these cake balls were to be the "people" in a Texas A&M football stadium that we custom made out of wood and worked very long and hard on....we even had light up stadium lights! We were super excited. But, when we got to the reception, the cake balls were all solid white. And not even any sprinkles. They totally just blended in with the white stadium. And, the groom's cake was supposed to be the chocolate option for cake. When I questioned her about it a few days later, she said she didn't like how they looked rolled in the dark chocolate. I was floored. Since when does the baker just go rogue with what she feels like? Not to mention, she had already made them for me before and thought they were just fine. Totally weird. Now, to the bride's cake. With Covid, we estimated low for our turnout. As it got closer, we realized we'd need more. So, I emailed with Chef Casey that we would need an extra sheet cake. She asked if we wanted chocolate or the same as the bride's. I emailed back that we wanted same as the bride's...because we wanted everyone to be able to have some of that delicous cake. She emailed back to just give the check for the extra sheet cake to our wedding planner that night and she would get it to her. Well, she did not bring the extra sheet cake. So, our guests were given very tiny pieces of cake. When I asked her about it, she said she thought our reception was going to be small. Again, "what?". So, she apologized and we agreed on a 50% refund. The items we did get, tasted good so I thought she should be paid something.

I never even considered anyone else to make our cakes for our big day because of how phenomenal Casey from Bride's Table is at what she does. The amount of love and care that go into all of her cakes is an amazing thing to witness and taste. From the moment we went to her house for our personal tasting (and I use the word tasting loosely since the amount of cake she made for us to taste could put you into a sugar coma) to when we served the cake at the wedding, we always felt like her most important clients. The cake itself was beautiful, but it tasted even better. Our guests were RAVING about how amazing all of the flavors were and had so many that said they went back for seconds because they tasted so amazing. For all of the brides and grooms out there looking for a baker who will not only provide you with the most beautiful and amazing tasting cakes, but will also make the entire process so easy and seamless, look no further than Bride's Table! e your day extra special. She gave us such different, interesting cake flavors. These aren't your ordinary cakes y'all. We had a white sour cream cake with creme brule and strawberries and a Shiner Bock pecan cake with a whiskey ganace and candied bacon. People are STILL coming to me and telling me it was the best cake they have ever had. The design was beautiful and she went above and beyond in her craft. She helped me when I had a mini breakdown days earlier and was such a joy to work with. I highly recommend Chef Casey!

we did our tasting with Casey, we were gonna order cupcakes from a bakery), but when my husband and I went for our tasting, we were SOLD. I felt as if we had gained a family member. The tasting in Chef Casey's home is a wonderful experience. She takes the time to talk with you and get to know you, she sketches out ideas, and you try a lot of cake as she takes notes. And she's just so fun to be around. On our wedding day, she showed up in plenty of time to get the cake set up, and it turned out perfectly. She was able to incorporate a few flower decorations my mom had made out of artificial flowers, too. More importantly, the cakes were DELICIOUS. We didn't even have many leftovers! People asked ahead of time what cake we would have, and I was basically like, "each layer has, like, three different flavors going on." AND IT'S SO GOOD. We got a lot of compliments. I knew Casey was the one because she made my husband comfortable. My husband is quiet and introverted; he doesn't always warm up to people right away, and he loved talking with Chef Casey and working with her. Hard to say know to that, plus a lovely chef who invites you to their home for the tasting. Thank you, Chef Casey!

dedication to her craft shows. She invited us out to her ranch home in the Texas hill country to try some cakes. We went into it thinking it would be like any other tasting, with tiny bites of cake and a bit of icing to spread on ourselves, but we were blown away with the reality. Casey had woken up at the crack of dawn that morning to bake me, my fiance, and his mom 9 different full size cakes to try. For each tasting, we each got a full slice, making it way more representative of what it would be like on the actual day in terms of appearance. Not only were the cakes beautiful, they were delicious! And they were incredibly creative. I really don't like fake fruit sauce, and Casey wouldn't dare using anything like that! She incorporated real fruit pieces in her frosting and gave us many delicious combinations to try, from white chocolate raspberry to creme brulee with strawberry, cookies n' cream, homemade "Snickers", chocolate cappuccino, and even bourbon and bacon! Every single cake we tasted was so delicious, which made for an incredibly difficult decision! We ended up opting for a 3-tiered wedding cake and customized each layer to be a different flavor, and we also got a chocolate raspberry groom's cake that was heavenly. We didn't expect to be as excited about the cake on our big day as we were, but Casey's delicious cakes made us dreaming of them leading up to our big day! Not only is Casey great at what she does, she is also super friendly and personable and kept us laughing and entertained the whole time we were at her lovely home. On our wedding day, people couldn't stop raving about the cake. It came out beautifully, simple and elegant, and tasted delicious. We feel that we got a great price for such an amazing product. We completely recommend Casey and Bride's Table and can't imagine having gone any other way!

I even went to our venue's open houses to get tastes of Casey's cakes again throughout our wedding planning process even after I booked her. Casey was amazing. The cakes looked exactly like we wanted. She even went the extra mile for my husband's groom's cake and added dry ice to it to make it smoke! It was so cool and unexpected. The night of the wedding, she stayed until the cakes were cut to help us. Casey is warm, inviting, and extremely helpful. We could not recommend her more. She is the perfect baker. We know who we are going to for all future birthday cakes! Thank you Casey!

she graciously invited us to her home where we had a very pleasant conversation and proceeded to taste every dessert known to man. We still ha leftovers to take home! She is very kind and generous. Her cakes/desserts are amazing and she made us individual tarts to suit both mine and my husband's tastes. She was very honest with us about which types of desserts would hold up and which would not. Our cake was a strawberry shortcake flavored cake. She even sent a groom's cake the day of that we did not order. When she accidentally undercharged us, she told us it was her gift to us and she was honored to be doing the cake/desserts for our wedding. She even brought serving stands for all the desserts to be displayed on. The only thing I would mention is that the florals that were placed on my cake were not arranged quite like the picture I had shown her, but still turned out very beautiful. Also, when we wanted varied serving trays and such that we provided to the ladies whom delivered the cake, it was difficult for them to put something visually appealing together on the spot. I should have discussed this more ahead of time. However, with a few tips from me and some help from my mother, the ladies helped to put a beautiful display together. Thank you Bride's Table (Cassie) for such a sweet ending to a magical night!

most genuine, loving, and caring woman, and creates the most DELICIOUS and beautiful cakes! After doing a tasting at another cake shop, we knew she was the one we had to have make our cake. She is super easy to work with, incorporates your ideas with what she knows about wedding cakes, and creates a masterpiece in your price range. We are still talking about how we didn't eat enough of her cake at the wedding day and may have to have her make us another before our 1 year anniversary. Her cake is the freshest, most beautiful, and most importantly made with love from her home. This is the cake you want for your wedding day.

(who isn’t a fan of sweets) could not stop talking about the flavors we tried. They were so unique, and easily stood out from every other shop we visited. Once we choose Bride’s Table, I think the cake was honestly one of the things I was looking forward to most leading up to our wedding.  I showed her a bunch of different elements I liked, and she put together a beautiful four tiered, classic wedding cake. She worked with us to find the most economical option so we were able to have three different flavors. Aside from her amazing baking skills, Casey is one of the warmest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. We had the pleasure of meeting with her twice, in which both times we ended up getting lost in conversation about our lives and getting to know one another. I can’t say enough good things about Casey and her amazing creations! Now I’m craving those cakes again! :)

he is definitely an artist! I was blown away by how beautiful it all looked and how she arranged the table, no detail too small or overlooked. We received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how good the cake and cupcakes were! Our only regret was not ordering more so that we could take a few home with us for the first couple days of marriage. If you are looking for excellence, creativity, elegance, professionalism, and award-worthy cake, LOOK NO FURTHER! You will not be disappointed!

t flavors to choose from and each cake was unique. ( I wanted every single kind of cake at my wedding it was that good! ) The cake was amazing but the my wedding cake design exceeded my expectation. My husband and I met while we were in school in Mississippi and Brides Table created amazing sugar magnolia flowers all over our cake. ( I cried when I saw it ) Brides Table makes cakes out of love and I am so thankful for everything they did for me.

The bridal cake was gorgeous, and was delicious strawberry brulee. The groom's cake, as I mentioned, was an incredible design, and was Shiner Bock cake with Jameson Whiskey ganache and caramelized bacon, and we had two other sheet cake flavors--Snickers (dark chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache, peanut butter, and caramel), and Almond Praline. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to make the cake of your dreams!

I'll definitely be ordering all of my future birthday cakes and anniversary cakes from Casey. Everything was amazing from our first meeting to the event.

my work schedule and we were able to come after work one night. Casey made SO MUCH CAKE for us to try, we were stuffed!! She wanted us to try as many different unique flavors that we could. And when I say unique… I mean it. We ended up chosing a vanilla cake with crème brulee filling with raspberries and buttercream frosting for the bride’s cake and an oreo cake for the grooms cake. They were both amazing and bigger and better than I expected. The only negative was that we ran out too fast because they were so good! Casey also decorated my cake with flowers and it looked beautiful. I am so glad we went with Bride’s Table for our cake and I highly recommend booking Bride’s Table EARLY to ensure you can work with Casey.

There is nothing she won't do for her brides! :) I told her that my husband LOVES cookie cakes and all of the sudden she had the most wonderful idea for the groom's cake/table (because we had nothing in mind... decisions decisions)! She even took on an extra role when it came to providing stuff for the groom's table! She knew just how to make this part of the planning a breeze! She also has wonderful advice - having an icy-hot patch under your dress will SAVE your night! All in all, she makes delicious cakes with gorgeous designs and has a personality to compliment her business! And if I may recommend - her Praline cake is mouth watering!!! And you must all have a Shiner Bock BACON Cake at your wedding... I kid you not...!!!!! Thank you Casey!! You were such a blessing to work with!! She also let us take home the left overs to continue to try and taste within the privacy of our own home! She was so creative in the design process and even took the design from my lace wedding dress and incorporated it into our cake. We ended up having three different cakes for our guests to choose from, and they were all delicious. The execution of the cakes were absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for better cake on our wedding day! We were able to bring home the leftover cake and enjoyed it for a few days after our wedding! I would highly recommend Casey at Bride’s Table for your wedding cake. And we thank her for opening her home to us and making beautiful and delicious cakes for our wedding!

that's indescribable. I could not have asked for a more delicious cake. It was breathtaking. We had a third cake that was a surprise for our guest.. her "bacon cake". The day of the wedding she was right on time to deliver the cake and set it up beautifully on the table with the flowers. All of the cake flavors we choose tasted amazing, there wasn't a bad combo in any of the three. The decoration and detail that she put on the cake was always fabulous. Given the detail put into the design and the fabulous taste of the cake she is a great value for her work. I would highly recommend Casey with the Brides Table.
