Bret and I decided to have our wedding in Barbados since both our parents were not able to travel and we didn’t want the families to be mad if we choose one location over ...
the other. Duane lived in Barbados at the time and said he could arrange everything we needed. He made arrangements for the bouquets, food, cake, the works even finding a minister to perform the ceremony. We booked our stay and wedding at the Bougainville Hotel. We arrived 2 days before the big day in order to meet with the church and get our license. Duane prepared all the food which was amazing and found the most incredible baker for our chocolate mint ganache wedding cake! He build a beautiful wedding arch on the beach for the ceremony. The Hotel put up seating and a nice canopy for the reception and provided the beverages and wait staff. The ceremony went off without a hitch including the spectacular sunset just over the arch and we became husband and wife. It truly was the perfect day and it wouldn’t have happened without Duane!
