Autumn and Amber were incredible! I based my booking from their past reviews and photos on the Knot and they did not disappoint! I have NEVER been happy with my hair or makeup when done professionally in the past and I cannot say the same for my wedding. Both were exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. From their professionalism, timeliness, willingness to travel, capabilities to accommodate a larger group with both makeup and hair services, I would HIGHLY recommend.

Olivia did my hair and Autumn did my make up, and it could not have been more perfect!!!!! My hair and makeup was everything I dreamed it would be! I truly felt beautiful all day! The ladies were so professional and beyond sweet! They made my wedding morning stress free and enjoyable! My bridesmaids all made comments about how sweet they were and how relaxing they made the morning!! I cannot recommend Bridesmaid Beautiful enough!!!!

Bridesmaid Beautiful provided my hair/make up services for 5 weddings when I was a bridesmaid. It was a no brainer to book them when I got engaged myself! Not only can you trust them to do an amazing job with their services, but their excellent communication and coordination is what every bride would want. They also bring a fun and relaxing vibe on the wedding day! Olivia, Chrissy and their amazing stylists are personal and WILL bring your vision to life! They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I recommend them to anyone I know getting married!! Brides, if you are reading this, stop your search and book this beauty team now! These ladies are absolutely amazing!My bridal party and I loved having them there on the big day. Chrissy & Jenny were upbeat the whole time, and we loved the conversations we had with them as we were getting ready. My mom decided last minute that she wanted her makeup done as well, and they had no problem adding the service. Before they left, they made sure our hair was still holding and didn't need extra support and did any touching up on makeup that was needed. Our hair and makeup held all day, which is amazing, considering it was hot and muggy. When I woke up the next morning ( the day after the wedding), my hair was still holding, and makeup was still good. I really can't thank these girls enough for their services and company. You both made us look and feel beautiful on my big day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These ladies are amazing! They were so much fun. They made me and all the women in my life look/feel amazing on my wedding day. I did a trial a month before the wedding and it was perfect. We did some minor changes for the wedding day. Bridesmaid Beautiful is communicative and personable. I recommend them to anyone getting married!

Originally had them contracted for my wedding but after my hair and makeup trial I went home crying. My eyeliner was uneven and hideous. One eyeliner was up, one eyeliner was straight. What’s worse is I was going to go to dinner with my fiance that night. I asked the makeup artist to fix my eyeliner but she said she “didn’t have any makeup wipes.” I was like ?? You’re just gonna let me leave like this how are there no makeup wipes in this salon you are a bridal makeup artist. She just added more onto it to “fix it.” I was so upset but trying to be nice. I said ok, maybe I can just try a different makeup artist from this place no biggie let me get my hair done. For my hair I asked the hairstylist for Hollywood waves. She took maybe 15 minutes adding curls to my hair and says ok you’re done. I thought I was being pranked. In what world is this the clean glam hollywood waves? The hairstylist tried to blame it on my “hair being heavy” and she asked me to get a layered cut and come back. She barely used any hairspray! For those who don’t know, google hollywood waves they are best done with one length hair. I had one length hair and she was trying to get me to get a layered cut. She almost sabotaged me! This picture I took was literally 30 minutes after leaving the salon. If it looked like a birds nest that soon I couldn’t even imagine my wedding day where I need my hair to look good for more than 10 minutes. I literally had to redo my hair and makeup before dinner! What kind of “professional hair and makeup” is that?? I am so glad I broke off my contract and demanded my money back. The other company I hired had 0 issues getting me the glam look I wanted, beautiful hollywood waves (that held for 10+ hours!) and glam makeup. The new hairstylist gasped when I told her I was instructed to get a layered cut saying she was glad I didn’t, hollywood waves are best with one length hair. It’s clear that Bridesmaid Beautiful had no idea what they were doing. Whatever you do ladies do not book this company! So many better ones out there!

Jenny seriously did the best make up ever!!! I LOVED what she did for me. I don't usually wear makeup so she created a very natural and beautiful look for me, but still made me look glamorous. Lindsey did my hair perfectly, too! She knew that I wanted a controlled messy bun and she delivered. I couldn't have been any happier with their work. They had a great energy, too!

Chrissy, Olivia and their team are absolutely fantastic! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations in making me look and feel like a princess on my special day (10-21-23)! Everyone was super personable, kind and professional. Not only did they travel to the hotel (which is already two hours away from their salon) they traveled an additional hour away to the church I was getting married in to accommodate my wheelchair bound grandmother and some relatives that couldn’t travel.🥰 They made sure that all my bridesmaids, my mom, my aunts, my grandmas and mother in law all looked absolutely stunning. The airbrush makeup not only looked great, but held up the entire night and into the next day, same with my hair! And I was very emotional throughout the wedding and reception so A Plus Plus my dears! You guys were my fairy godmothers, making me look and feel like the princess I always dreamt I’d be on my wedding day! I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Hair and make up were absolute perfection! I did my trial the week prior and we talked about what I liked and what I didn’t and then the day of went smoothly. Jenny and Chrissy we’re fun and energetic, and they finished all my girls ahead of schedule!

CALLING THE ATTENTION OF ALL THE BRIDES-TO-BE I usually don't like to write bad reviews, but as a bride-to-be, I would’ve appreciated a warning before considering this business. Hopefully this review will help others avoid making the same mistake I made in hiring such low-quality service. I hired the services of BridesMaid Beautiful on December 6, 2022. I sent my contract with the $200 deposit to secure my date. I took a long time to find a good place to assist me in my big day. I had the extra challenge of finding a professional because I am not a Michigan resident, and it took me longer to find someone local to my venue. Initially, I came across the Facebook page of BridesMaid Beautiful, and I was impressed by what I saw. My disappointment began on June 8th when I drove over 6 hours to go to their salon and get my makeup trial. They introduced me to the "professional" who was going to do my makeup. I showed her my inspirational picture of makeup, and she immediately started doing my eye makeup. She didn't clean or prepare my face. She just literally started doing my makeup in a really sloppy manner, and very rushed. Another detail I would like to emphasize, she was eating while also doing my makeup. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She did everything so fast; she pretty much finished a bride's makeup in 30 min. I was shocked by the result! However, I was trying to work with her and trying to guide her to create a look more similar to what I had in mind. After several tries to fix the makeup, I gave up because it was not getting any better. Another issue that I found with her makeup products is the quality of them; it seems to be very cheap makeup. With just a simple touch, the makeup would come off on my fingers and also stained my outfit. She used eyelashes on me that are very thick and don't seem natural at all. The eyelashes were also not really aligned with my real eyelashes, and looked crooked. All of my lines of expression on my face were very emphasized, and I ended up looking older than I actually am. The coverage of the makeup was really poor; I had a small pimple on my face that was still visible after the makeup. After leaving her salon, I literally cried in the car. Besides all the issues I had with my makeup, I was also charged $30 dollars extra on top of the $200 trial price; according to them, this is the new price of the trial, which does not follow my contract. Even with all these issues, I still tried to work things out with them. The salon is really hard to get a hold of. If you call the number they have available on Google, they never answer. But if I go to their website, there’s a number for the emergency calls, which is the number of one of the owners. I called the emergency number the day after my trial and spoke with Chrissy. She seemed empathetic towards my situation and also understanding of my concerns since my wedding is two months away (and also falls on a holiday weekend - Labor Day, which makes things more difficult to find someone available). I asked for her support to find someone else to replace this makeup artist. Several days went by and I still didn’t hear back from her. I decided to email them about my situation, and I explained my issue in greater detail. To this very day, my emails remain unanswered (it's not the first time they didn’t answer my email). The day of my wedding is approaching fast, and with this issue, my anxiety is growing. So I decided myself find someone else from her salon to do my makeup. I looked up their Facebook page, and I found a few artists that seem better. I called Chrissy again and informed her of the names of the professionals that I like. Unfortunately, only one of them was still available for my day, and this artist only had one picture available on their Facebook. So, I kindly called/texted Chrissy asking for more pictures of this makeup artist. When she did answer, she always claimed that she was too busy to send the pictures to me now, but reassured me that she would send it later in the day. She never sent them. (This happened 3 times, where she told me she would send me the pictures, but never sent anything). So, I completely lost my hope with this establishment and decided no longer work with them. I called Chrissy today, July 7th, 2023, to inform her that I no longer want to work with them. Her reaction really surprised me, she got very heated with me, and I was caught off guard by her reaction. I was very polite on the phone when I first called, and I imagined that she would be upset when I requested a refund, but even before I got the chance to mention the refund, she started being rude to me. After some time discussing, she said she couldn't argue with me because she was working with a client. I was very shocked by that because, well, what business owner would want their client hearing such a conversation? It certainly wouldn’t look good. Our conversation ended with her saying she would not refund me for the trial but would look at my contract and see what can she do about the deposit. She pretty much said: "Have a great day." And hung up on me. I know this is a really long review, however there's still some other details that I am not adding, but I really want people to be aware what they might be getting into with this place. Especially if you’re working with them on something as important as your wedding. I am also attaching to this review the pictures of the makeup I got and my inspirational makeup so you can make your own opinion. I am also attaching the email that I sent to the salon to prove how misunderstood and ignored I was. I hope this review helps other brides-to-be make better choices for their big day.
