I ordered some favors for my wedding which i thought would be personalized but instead they sent me the favors with a pack of personalized stickers. I have been trying to reach th...
em on the number they have on their site but its just busy then disconnects. Their "online chat" does not work and there is no way to start a return unless they respond. This should not be this difficult.
I would not waste my time. They look super cute but not worth the headache. These people have multiple numbers listed, but you can't get them on any. Apparently they respond to ema...
ils but not in a timely manner or with the correct information. When I had no luck getting anyone I flagged thr charge on my cc bc hello red flags. When I got the boxes (some of them wrong) in the mail I called the cc and they removed the flag. But not before the owner started harassing me on my personal fb calling me a scammer. Funny how they're completely unreachable until they don't get their money and all of a sudden they're harassing you. Definitely not worth the headache. Planning a wedding is hard enough.
I saw cute key chains last night on a Facebook ad and asked my daughter if I should order for her (10). I put them in my cart, and when I went back to order them today, it still sa...
id $2.98 on the description, but if you looked into the cart, they switched to 8.98 each! I ordered something once begore from one of the Facebook ads and they added $27 to shipping that wasn't there before. Never would email me back so huge lesson (oh, and the dress I ordered was NOT true to size AT ALL, and the fabric was so weird I couldn't touch it...it was like a chalkboard). So basically, buyer beware! Although it has a US address right on the page (which is odd in itself), this is a front for a page selling trash. Looks nice, but very deceiving.
I ordered all my bridesmaid gifts from this company (6total). I had two bridesmaids with the same name which I understand may have been over looked. I only got 5 of my boxes about ...
a week before the wedding. I called at least a dozen times and emailed as well. I finally heard back a couple of days before my wedding and they overnighted me my box they missed. However, when i gave my bridesmaids their tumblers one of them said “ridesmaid” so on top of shorting me a box and being non responsive one of my ladies cups was messed up. I do appreciate them overnighting my missed box to me, but overall would not recommend. It was expensive to be all messed up.
I bought my bridesmaids the Sip & Style gift set on Bridesmaid Gifts Boutique and I was a little worried because one of the personalized boxes came with an incorrect spelling. I c...
ontacted customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of the incorrect spelling and they would replace it. I sent them the picture and 5 days later I had a replacement delivered to me. The robes and the wine cups in the set were really nice, I'm really excited to give them to my girls. The gifts are really nice and the customer service is even better, I highly recommend Bridesmaid Gifts Boutique!
I ordered over $400 of gifts from this company. Monogrammed tote bags (8) and stemless monogrammed wine glasses (8). The quality is absolutely terrible. The bags were not structure...

Shortly after I placed my order for 4 tumblers I received an email that the color I ordered was on back order and was given the opportunity to get them in a couple other colors. I ...
agreed that I would do one of those colors if the shipping could be expedited due to the inconvenience and that was agreed upon (I was trying to get them quickly to give to my bridesmaids the following weekend for a special getaway). I literally received them a few days later and they are so beautiful. I am so excited to give them to my bridesmaids!! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
I never write reviews but wanted to share my positive experience with this seller. First off, I adore my items and I know my recipients will feel the same. When I received my ord...
er, I was so excited to put my gifts together for my ladies. To my horrific surprise, I had only received 8 of “The Glam Sets” versus the 9 that I needed. I checked my email, reviewed my order and that’s when I saw that I left someone out. Immediately I called Bridesmaids Gifts Boutique, practically in tears because I only had a short window of time before I needed the last set. The customer service rep was amazing. She made me laugh, calmed me down and assured me that they would expedite the shipping. I received a phone call the day the order was being shipped and my final set arrived in plenty of time. The robes and necklaces are both beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Bridesmaids Gifts Boutique!!

t a few reason why I recommend Bridesmaids Gifts Boutique.
I recently received my order of the Wrap and Write Gift boxes and couldn’t be more pleased! The quality of the wood box is amazing and the lining inside is so soft (it has a rusti...
c/chic look) and it can be used as a jewelry box, Yay, for 3 gifts! The scarves/wraps are extremely soft and the red and golden colors were true to the photos. Being able to personalize the journals was a special touch.
The main reason why I’m writing this review is that the customer service rep Joe was extremely helpful and polite. I ordered four of the Wrap and Write Gift Boxes. It wasn’t until 2 days after placing the order that I checked my email to review the gifts. I was totally stressed when I realized I selected the letter R vs S to be engraved in one of the gifts. When I called the company, I received a voicemail and a rep called back within 20 minutes and adjusted my order. He also followed up with a personal email two days later with a tracking number.
I bought 7 Sip in Style gift boxes for my bridesmaids and myself. The robes were super cute and the wine cups were a big hit! I loved how they came in a personalized gift box. W...

nto making sure you know exactly what going on from the moment you order to the moment it's shipped. The artist who did my order worked hard to ensure that they looked amazing and as real as possible and it showed in the final product. I received my gifts about 30 days from ordering, but that included some changes I had to request from the sketches (I told the artist some wrong eye colors and had to correct my mistake). They were the perfect idea for my bridesmaid gifts!
