Brides need a one-stop shop for personalized bridesmaid gifts. We believe we have created an online store that will help alleviate some of the anxiety and work of being a bride, and help you find unique bridesmaid gift ideas. And as you can see from our site, personalization is also our specialty, as we truly believe by personalizing a name on the gift, it becomes more meaningful.

When I got the boxes (some of them wrong) in the mail I called the cc and they removed the flag. But not before the owner started harassing me on my personal fb calling me a scammer. Funny how they're completely unreachable until they don't get their money and all of a sudden they're harassing you. Definitely not worth the headache. Planning a wedding is hard enough.

I ordered something once begore from one of the Facebook ads and they added $27 to shipping that wasn't there before. Never would email me back so huge lesson (oh, and the dress I ordered was NOT true to size AT ALL, and the fabric was so weird I couldn't touch it...it was like a chalkboard). So basically, buyer beware! Although it has a US address right on the page (which is odd in itself), this is a front for a page selling trash. Looks nice, but very deceiving.

a week before the wedding. I called at least a dozen times and emailed as well. I finally heard back a couple of days before my wedding and they overnighted me my box they missed. However, when i gave my bridesmaids their tumblers one of them said “ridesmaid” so on top of shorting me a box and being non responsive one of my ladies cups was messed up. I do appreciate them overnighting my missed box to me, but overall would not recommend. It was expensive to be all messed up.

ontacted customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of the incorrect spelling and they would replace it. I sent them the picture and 5 days later I had a replacement delivered to me. The robes and the wine cups in the set were really nice, I'm really excited to give them to my girls. The gifts are really nice and the customer service is even better, I highly recommend Bridesmaid Gifts Boutique!

er, I was so excited to put my gifts together for my ladies. To my horrific surprise, I had only received 8 of “The Glam Sets” versus the 9 that I needed. I checked my email, reviewed my order and that’s when I saw that I left someone out. Immediately I called Bridesmaids Gifts Boutique, practically in tears because I only had a short window of time before I needed the last set. The customer service rep was amazing. She made me laugh, calmed me down and assured me that they would expedite the shipping. I received a phone call the day the order was being shipped and my final set arrived in plenty of time. The main reason why I’m writing this review is that the customer service rep Joe was extremely helpful and polite. I ordered four of the Wrap and Write Gift Boxes. It wasn’t until 2 days after placing the order that I checked my email to review the gifts. I was totally stressed when I realized I selected the letter R vs S to be engraved in one of the gifts. When I called the company, I received a voicemail and a rep called back within 20 minutes and adjusted my order. He also followed up with a personal email two days later with a tracking number.

nto making sure you know exactly what going on from the moment you order to the moment it's shipped. The artist who did my order worked hard to ensure that they looked amazing and as real as possible and it showed in the final product. I received my gifts about 30 days from ordering, but that included some changes I had to request from the sketches (I told the artist some wrong eye colors and had to correct my mistake). They were the perfect idea for my bridesmaid gifts!
