Jessica was incredible on the day - she handled everything with total professionalism and managed any issues (the rain!) as though they were nothing. Her staff were incredible and the food was AMAZING. We got tons of compliments on how smoothly everything went and how delicious everything was. They helped manage dietary restrictions and the vegetarian option was delicious. We even got separate compliments on the amazing bar selection. Honestly, we could not have hired a better team for our wedding and would hire them a million times over. They were total superstars.

The food was absolutely incredible and our guests raved about it, but what makes them really special is all of the intangibles- we felt taken care of at every step of the way. When questions came up from our venue a few weeks before the wedding about trash removal/clean up, Jamie jumped in and assured us that they would have it taken care of and I didn't need to think about it. On our wedding day, as my sister in law was chasing down her two year old, I looked over and saw Jamie holding her infant. I could go on and on about them, but it was truly just so nice to have such wonderful, kind & warm people to share our wedding day with and the excellent service and delicious food was pretty awesome too. Bridge Creek recommended a menu that knocked our socks off for the tasting and had every guest gushing at the wedding! We did all of our own desserts and Bridge Creek has no problem collaborating with the friends and family who were providing cake, chocolates and cheese. They made my family feel so special and paid extra attention to them. The food was also out of this world! I got to pick and choose what I wanted for meal/ appetizer options. Bang Bang Shrimp was not on their menu but the Chef created his own version which was so delicious. At the tasting we found out he had been working all week to perfect the recipe. I have absolutely no complaints about Bridge Creek. They exceeded any expectations we had.

Jessica was always quick to respond to our messages, and she helped us design a fantastic menu and choose rentals that were within our budget. We were given a complementary tasting, and it was such a wonderful experience. We not only got to taste our menu choices, which far exceeded our expectations, but they also had most of the rental options available onsite, so we could see them in person and confirm our choices. Right up until the wedding, Jessica was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The day of the wedding, Bridge Creek went above and beyond to help set up for the wedding. They not only took care of the essentials (table settings, appetizer tables, etc.) but they were also willing to help with extras: window candles, wedding favors, escort cards, etc. We did not have a wedding coordinator, so this was so amazingly helpful for us. During the wedding, everyone was served in a timely manner, and the food was the correct temperature and doneness. It also tasted exactly like the food served at our tasting. To take something from a small scale to a large scale with the same quality is really impressive. Having been to many weddings in my lifetime, I have often been served cold, overcooked entrees. I would happily work with Bridge Creek Catering again for a future function or recommend them to friends and family for their catering needs!

Jamie's main interest was always our own vision for our wedding; she went out of her way to make any inquiries and requests needed to ensure that the catering and rentals were exactly what we wanted. On the day of the ceremony, the attention to detail and the clear care that Jamie put into our wedding paid off. The decour (much of it rented through Bridge Creek) was exactly what we were hoping for, the result of Jamie's attentiveness and her willingness - really, eagerness - to review multiple options with my wife and I. Jamie arrived at our venue early and personally oversaw the catering staff. The setup was perfectly timed and all of the details were double checked to ensure that everything was set up exactly as we wanted at ceremony time. I should add that Bridge Creek provided the chairs for our outdoor ceremony, and coordinated the set up of our ceremony site and reception area. Our venue did not provide a kitchen, so Bridge Creek needed to set up a cooking tent. Moreover, since our caterer, venue, florist, and DJ were all separate vendors, these services needed to be coordinated. We were delighted that none of these additional challenges got in the way of our event. Jamie worked seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, producing a final event that exactly met our very specific vision for our wedding. Of course, when evaluating a caterer, the most important feature is the food, and we must say that Bridge Creek delivered across the board in this regard. From the hors d'oeuvres to the desert, every aspect of the meal was absolutely delicious! Jamie made a point of brining my wife and I some of the hors d'oeuvres while we were taking photos after the ceremony so that we wouldn't miss out. The hors d’oeuvres were unique and delicious, the chicken and maple syrup mini waffles and pumpkin-soup shots stood out, especially. When the main dinner was served, Bridge Creek provided ample food, accommodating any of our guests’ requests. Each meal was absolutely delicious: we served family style honey-glazed chicken, New York strip steak, grilled salmon, and mushroom risotto. Throughout the evening, Bridge Creek’s staff provided expert service. During and after the event, we received several comments from our guests about how much food we had, how delicious it was, and how professional the wait service was. In the end, the proof of Bridge Creek’s excellence takes two forms: when I look back at my wedding, I have nothing but positive memories, and every time I see someone who was at the wedding, they comment on how great the food was. I can think of no greater endorsement.

As far as day-of coordination, things were smooth and flexible (we had an incident with a tree blocking the wedding party’s route to the venue and the Bridge Creek team handled the timing adjustment brilliantly!). They were also very attentive to us personally during the event, bringing us whatever we needed to be happy and comfortable. Food & Beverage In a word, outstanding. The menu selection was extensive to the point of being almost overwhelming! The food was delicious when we tasted it, and all we heard from guests was positive feedback. Presentation was beautiful, and portions were just right. Price & Value All the great qualities of Bridge Creek’s offering do come at a somewhat steep price; at the end of it all, we definitely felt it was worth it, but would have left a little bit happier if the final bill was not quite so high. That being said, the team was very transparent about costs, and there were no surprises. They handled things very professionally. Overall, I’d give Bridge Creek a 9 out of 10 (with slight deductions for the price and 1-2 small miscues during the event). My wife and I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them as a wedding caterer!

Because of our extensive research, we can say with confidence that Bridge Creek is the best combination of quality, service, and value that we could find. From day one, Bridge Creek set itself apart by being complete transparent about service options and pricing. There was no run-around with hidden fees or service charges. They were honest and straight-forward, and put everything on paper upfront. We knew exactly who and what we were dealing with the whole time. Everything was practical, realistic, and fair. Once we started planning our menu, we found where Bridge Creek really shined: their food is PHENOMENAL. It is not only incredibly fresh and upscale, but our chef had no problem personalizing our dishes. Every request we made was honored, no matter how specific. We had some pretty tall orders, including a Chinese-inspired cocktail hour, a rustic summer BBQ for the reception, a full champagne service for 150 guests during our ceremony, a surprise birthday cake, and detailed rental requirements, and they absolutely delivered. Jamie, who we worked with for over a year, was extremely responsive and organized. She kept an immaculate file and didn't miss a single detail on our wedding day. Adrianne, our catering captain, was also outstanding. She ran a tight ship with one of the most professional and efficient service teams that I've ever met. Our guests are still raving about the food and service. Bridge Creek pulled off 150 portions of 15+ complex menu items, buffet-style, outdoors, in the summer, and it tasted like it came out of a 3 star restaurant. A++ work by an incredible caterer.

No plain choices here , the watermelon and feta salad starter was fantastic, the foccaccia bread was fresh, the au jus on the chicken was to die for, and the steak was perfectly cooked. All on a bed of the most delicious ratatouille we've ever had. Lastly, the staff. Not only did the take care of the wedding, they took care of US. When we started doing our rounds at the tables to say hi, they graciously reminded us that our food was just coming out, and that we should eat before getting caught up talking, lest we pass out from lack of sustenance. We felt so taken care of, from beginning to end, and would not hesitate to hire Bridge Creek again.

They were very flexible, and when we decided to order a cake through a different vendor, they were gracious and responsible for the cake the day of the wedding. I knew I was in good hands with Bridge Creek throughout the process and on my wedding day. When family heirlooms were misplaced the day of the wedding, I spoke with the day-of coordinator, and she quietly and seamlessly located them and put them out. Bridge Creek ran with the punches, and knew exactly what to do when it started pouring during our outdoor cocktail hour. Jamie helped me pick all of the rental equipment and continually reassured me about everything with which I was nervous. Next is Adrian. She was the captain of the event, and kept things following the schedule that they helped me decide upon. She arrived shortly after myself on the morning of the wedding with Jamie, who relayed all of my desires and preferences for the event. Only once throughout the morning did I check on the progress of the set up of everything, and I changed nothing, it was just right! About 1/3 of the way into the ceremony it started down pouring, torrentially. The dance floor flooded, and the catering staff was on their hands and knees mopping up all the water to keep it safe and dry before we ran under the tent to finish the ceremony. After the ceremony it had already stopped raining, so my new husband and I headed to our private room, where we were met with champagne and a plate of hors d’ouerves. We had a few quiet moments before we were introduced as man and wife, during which the staff set up the hors d’oeurves tables for the guests. As soon as we were able to talk to guests they were raving about how delicious the food was! Throughout the reception, Adrian checked with me before any announcements, and adjusted timing if I requested it. She was fun, helpful, and supportive. It really felt like nothing could go wrong with them being there. I truly can’t speak well enough of everyone with Bridge Creek Catering, they should cater EVERY event EVER!!!!

for catering. Jamie at Bridge Creek is the absolute sweetest and helped to answer any of our questions quickly and kindly. We had our tasting and fell in love with the food, as did our parents! The day of, as the bride, I didn't get to enjoy the food as much as I had liked, but heard from guests that they enjoyed their meals. A big highlight was the raw bar at cocktail hour-- it was a very cool set up and guests loved all the fresh seafood! Overall, we're very happy we chose Bridge Creek to work with to cater our wedding-- they are all rock stars over there, and helped to make our wedding seamless, from the food all the way down to the silverware!

eek had so many great and exciting meal options to choose from (we went with red-wine & rosemary marinated lamb with a lemon chutney, lemon-saffron-golden raisin chicken, and a lemon-spinach risotto as our mains), but were also happy to work with me to create a different vegetarian dish option. The tiramisu they made for dessert got so many guest raves afterwards. All of the food was really delicious: I'd absolutely eat any (all!) of it again. Further, our "captain," or on-site team manager, set up everything beautifully and kept the whole event running smoothly. She even made sure we had refills of our drinks when we sat down for dinner after the cocktail hour! BCC also provided a personal plate of appetizers for me and my husband after our ceremony, so we definitely got to eat everything without having to track down any servers, which is a simply brilliant idea. Other notes: We rented tables, linens, plates, etc through BCC as well, since our venue only provided chairs. BCC can't accomodate GF guests, but I appreciated that they were forthcoming about this restriction and didn't have any problem with us providing separate food for one of our guests.

We had a delicious carrot cake and warm apple pies with cookies and canollis for dessert, and it all got eaten, which is a sign of success! Bridge Creek's entire staff was super professional, especially the captain, Aaron. He checked in on me and my wife to make sure we were happy and everything was going the way we planned, which was very comforting. Their prices are very competitive compared to other caterers, and we highly recommend going with Bridge Creek for your Hudson Valley wedding - they helped make our wedding perfect!

guest count, seating arrangements, drinks, you name it! They did a fantastic job of incorporating everything we wanted into our wedding food and drinks, which was a blend of Western and Asian dishes. Some dishes turned out better than others, but overall the quality was very good. Wedding cake was beautiful, and delicious. Canapes were excellent and well presented, cocktails were done well. .

and the food was spectacular. But you know, companies can be the best salesmen and sell you on an idea of how they are when you first meet because they want you to buy -- they want to make the deal. This was not the case with Bridge Creek at all. They really lived up to their promise and beyond. They're a catering company, but they also really helped to put our wedding together as a whole. Jamie is a kind, sweet and genuine person with a professionalism that will put your heart at ease (your event will run so smoothly) and her easy-goingness makes her the best to have around your wedding. I had to travel for work for the majority of my wedding planning and my husband was really busy at work, too. Jamie was always available and really helped to put out a lot of fires. We had an outdoor wedding at Windrift Hall (on a huge property) with about 75 guests. We only knew her for a short while, but it was really nice looking over and seeing Jamie during our reception, because everything went so smoothly, the food was great and she felt someone who really cared.

all, their food is absolutely amazing. They can make anything you want, and it's all delicious. My husband is Filipino, and we asked for a special Filipino appetizer, and they nailed it! It was so good! Also, leading up to the wedding, the service was wonderful. Jamie is incredible and always super responsive, helpful, and best of all, so positive all the time. She is so great to work with and always answered all our questions and made sure no detail was missed. We miss planning with her already! During our wedding, everything went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the food and the service was perfect. We went through BC for our wedding cake - we were a little worried about it since we didn't get to do a traditional cake tasting, but it was perfect. People raved about the cake, and it looked just like the sample pictures we sent. BC also went above and beyond when we had issues with our rehearsal dinner. The place we were having it lost their chef a couple months prior to our wedding. So, we reached out to BC asking if they could cater it. They were so quick with the quotes and worked with us for our budget needs. Jamie did a site visit and was so organized with everything. Unfortunately, due to issues with the venue, we had to move our rehearsal dinner. Phil was so great and even looked at a few options where we could move our rehearsal dinner and still have it catered by BC. We ended up finding a restaurant that worked perfectly for us, and BC was so amazing and let us cancel the catering. Their class at handling this situation was perfect and showed what a trustworthy business they are. We couldn't recommend BC more. If you hire them, invite us so we can come eat the food!!!! :)

She helped us find options that suited our needs and our budget. The food was awesome. We did stations: Mexican, Asian, & Steak. The Asian station had different noodle options served in Chinese to-go containers with chopsticks--the guests loved it! They used my Great Grandmother's recipe for the cake, which was such a special touch. Jamie handled and took care of things that were not even on our radar. We are so grateful. I can't recommend this company more! They are a well oiled machine and were able to give us exactly what we wanted. Everything was so personal and so wonderful.

Bridge Creek took care of all of the rental coordination, which is not an easy task for a back yard wedding, especially when the guest list is 160. There were a few things we needed last minute (as in two days before the wedding!), and they made it happen. The staff set up everything perfectly on our wedding day and were great throughout the night. The food was DELICIOUS and we got tons of compliments from our guests. They even made poutine as our late night snack, and since my husband and half of our guests were Canadian this was a hit! Because Bridge Creek was so wonderful in all of their coordination, it took the stress off of me, my groom, and our families and we were able to enjoy our perfect day and night to the fullest! Between BCC and the help of some amazing friends/family members, we didn't have to hire a planner or day of coordinator at all. Phil at Bridge Creek was amazingly patient and responsive dealing with many emails in the weeks leading up to the wedding, figuring out the smallest details of our reception timeline and setup including lots of little DIY details and several "surprise" elements I was planning for my fiance which further complicated things! They were also flexible in incorporating some of our suggestions that deviated from their normal plans, including ways to cut costs. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing and could actually enjoy the party AND the delicious food...BCC had the idea of setting aside a plate of cocktail hour appetizers and giving us some alone time to eat right after our ceremony which was awesome and HIGHLY recommended for all couples. We even enjoyed a few picnics of wedding leftovers on our honeymoon! My husband and I are total foodies, and the food definitely lived up to our expectations. Guests are still raving about the whole day, almost 5 months later!

She took the time to talk everything out with me and figure out what would work best within a reasonable budget. When we met with Phil for a tasting everything was delicious. The venue we chose required that a full kitchen, tables, chairs, etc. be brought in. Phil took care of the rentals and made sure we were okay with everything before going forward. Sometimes I would ask him for suggestions. He would respond with good ones and I felt very confident choosing what he thought would work best. He was also very clear about what things would cost so we knew what to expect and he was great at suggesting ways we coukd make things more reasonable. The day of: excellent, beautiful, professional. The staff were great!! During the wedding many people came up to me to say that the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Afterwords we got even more compliments. You can't go wrong if you go with Bridge Creek!!! Wedding planning is stressful a lot of the time, but it can be fun too. Knowing that we had good people behind us was key.
