Planning a wedding is stressful. Planning a rescheduled wedding due to COVID is even worse. However, we were so fortunate to have booked BTSC and worked with Stephanie & Chris, they made all the difference! The venue is gorgeous, the catering is superb, and the staff is professional and incredibly kind. We didn’t use a wedding planner so we were worried about certain details but Stephanie and the team took care of everything. Every single guest told us how incredible the venue is. Beautiful, classy, and a hidden gem. They were blown away and super impressed. You have tons of room inside in the event of bad weather and you still have the gorgeous view of the ocean. There’s a perfectly sized bridal suite for you to keep your belongings and gather yourself when you need a private moment. Plenty of parking, pristine bathrooms, & enough room for everyone to enjoy. When you book at BTSC you feel like family, we could tell how important our celebration was to them. Don’t walk, RUN to BTSC to book your wedding!!

What a venue and what a view! Upon seeing BTSC, we knew it had to be our wedding location and the venue and staff did not disappoint. Stephanie and Brittany were so wonderful to work with and made planning seamless. Total professionals throughout the process. Chris & Robbins Wolfe make your wedding dinner so memorable and delicious. We cannot recommend this venue enough.

The dream venue for an East End beach wedding. The club comes with it's own charm and can be beautifully transformed to fit your vision. The staff goes out of their way to customize or accommodate any requests for your event and the food is incredible! The catering team will also work with you to carryout your vision. The option for a bonfire after party is unique and was one of the highlights of the night :).

Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club far exceeded our expectations. We were beyond excited to get married at the club and the evening was an absolute dream. We had not 20, not 30, but at least 50 guests (out of 120) tell us our wedding was the best they had ever been to. We owe a lot of that to BTSC. The setting is stunning and service is exceptional. Stephanie is incredible to work with. She has a creative eye, is extremely professional, and very responsive over email and phone. She was one of my favorite wedding vendors to communicate with, because it was always easy and I knew she would get back to me with the information I needed. We were thinking about having the wedding at our home in the Hamptons, but were worried about a rain plan. We're so glad we went with BTSC instead of a tented wedding. On the day of our wedding it was a little overcast all day, but it seemed like the ceremony would still be ok on the beach. About 30 minutes before our ceremony, an unexpected rain shower came through. The team had to figure out where to move our ceremony and fully execute it in 30 minutes. They did it beautifully and our guests were still able to experience the ocean from the deck. It continued to drizzle/rain until about 9pm, but guests were still able to stand on the covered portions of the deck, while the party continued inside. I cannot recommend BTSC enough.
