Her knowledge on the different resorts and venues helped us out tremendously on choosing our wedding resort and venue location. Megan was a huge help in planning our destination wedding! I hired Megan to plan our dream honeymoon and she delivered! She curated a carefully thought out French Polynesian honeymoon that included the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, & Bora Bora. She helped us choose this location based off of our budget, time of year, weather, & things that were important to us to have on our honeymoon. The hotels she chose were great. Recommendations for activities and making restaurant reservations for us was very helpful. The app with the detailed trip itinerary that is available offline was so valuable to us. Megan is easy to get ahold of and was responsive even during our trip when we had questions. Would definitely recommend booking your honeymoon through her!

I googled wedding planners in my area and Megan popped up with excellent reviews. I visited her website and set the appointment. After speaking to her via zoom, I fell in love. I hired her right then. She helped me book 2 site visits to Finest, Playa Mujeres Mexico. Megan helped all 55 of my guest book their trip to Mexico. She also got me some excellent incentives with the resort. She’s very organized and I loved that about her. 5 stars hands down!!! I couldn’t have done it without her.

THE BEST!!! We started working with Megan to plan our Italy honeymoon about a year *or more* in advance, this was our first international trip together and we had so many questions, Megan was not hesitant to respond to all of our questions. She took the time to get to know what we wanted out of our trip, our likes/dislikes, must sees and budget. She ensured we were comfortable with the plans, process and gave some awesome tips along the way. We had a 2 week trip in Italy visiting various different cities and doing tours. Her services helped make for a flawless honeymoon with no stress or worries. From the time we arrived at our first destinations to traveling in between cities and leaving- our experience was superior. We were so nervous about traveling to a country we've never been, but with Megan's itinerary we really couldn't have made any mistakes on anything. She is consistent, concise and passionate about what she does and it shines through in her travel plans. We will definitely be calling Megan for all of our major travel plans in the future!

My husband and I worked with Megan to plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia and had a wonderful experience with her. The trip itself was AMAZING and I felt like Megan really nailed our relaxed-luxury vibe. When it came to the travel itself, we had zero logistical issues which had a lot to do with Megan's communication and planning. Megan made everything seamless - the trip app that she uses had our entire itinerary listed and made the travel so easy. She also shipped us all of our details so we had physical copies of everything, which was so helpful. Our honeymoon itinerary involved multiple modes of transportation (5+ flights & a boat ride) and the way Megan scheduled everything made it stress-free and manageable, but still felt like we were making the most of our trip. I would recommend Megan and hope to work with her again for future trips.

Megan was wonderful and so helpful. She asks just the right amount of questions to ensure she can pair you with the perfect travel plans. She gave us a lot of feedback and was quick to respond to messages. She made our travel plans to Montego Bay, Jamaica so easy, and I appreciated the automatic reminders for payment. She was even so kind to give us important information like the number to the US Embassy, gave us a list of things to pack, and even made sure we downloaded WhatsApp with her contact information in case we needed to get ahold of her. Megan at Bridie Travel was fantastic! She made planning our honeymoon stress-free during a time we were overwhelmed with wedding planning. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us a few recommendation on honeymoon locations. Once we decided she booked everything from air-travel, shuttles, and hotel accommodations quickly. She provided us will all the information about traveling requirement and covid requirements so make traveling easier. On the second day of the Honeymoon, I stepped on a Sea Urchin. Megan was in touch with me the entire trip and help me look into making a medical insurance claim. She does it all. Highly Recommend!

Megan is the best! She helped us plan our honeymoon... twice. Pre pandemic, Megan and I talked on the phone where she asked me questions about likes/dislikes/must haves for our honeymoon and she answered all of my questions. Within a few days, we had a few different proposal options for exactly what we were looking for.  It was difficult to decide where to go! As the pandemic approached us and with our honeymoon scheduled at the very beginning of everything shutting down, Megan was in contact to keep us updated on how the travel world was working.  Eventually, we had to cancel all of our original honeymoon plans.  Megan was a lifesaver in taking care of canceling airlines, hotels, and private transportation to and from the airport.  She even reached out to the airline to inform them of our current situation, and was able to get us a full refund instead of travel vouchers. This was a huge relief and took a lot of stress off our shoulders, during an already stressful and hectic time.  In June 2021, we were finally able to get away for our honeymoon. I attempted to plan our Maui honeymoon on my own, but eventually it was time to hand it back over to Megan. We scheduled another phone call to talk about all of our ideas/thoughts for the new honeymoon location. We were sent a few more proposals with different hotel locations on Maui. Again, we had a hard time deciding because every proposal looked absolutely perfect! In the end we could not have been more happy with our decisions! Megan was so helpful in the weeks leading up to the honeymoon. Maui was very strict on the covid protocols prior to and after arriving on the island. Megan made sure we followed all of the required steps and double checked that we did use an approved Covid testing facility and received our negative covid results to avoid quarantine. Upon arriving to both hotels on Maui, we were offered upgrades and surprises- thanks to Megan from Bridie Travel! All of our documents and the itinerary were easily found on the app, so we had a clear schedule for all the days we were in Maui and knew exactly when it was time to check out of one location to stay in a different spot on Maui. Megan was beyond helpful and detailed not only once, but twice. We are so thankful that we found Bridie Travel to plan our honeymoon. We are looking forward to planning another trip with Megan soon!

Megan was so great in helping us plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia. She really worked with us to create a trip that we absolutely loved. She was so organized and put everything together in a little folder for us to bring along on the trip and did not need to worry. Once we got to there, all of our transportation and transfer between islands was all set up, all we had to do was be there at the right time which made the trip run so smoothly. Megan is AMAZING!!! She is so warm, so so so helpful and organized! We reached out Megan earlier in the year to help us plan our honeymoon and she delivered! She planned an amazing time away for us to St Lucia, despite the travel challenges that COVID presented. We needed someone who would do the research for us as we couldn’t add another task while planning our traditional wedding in Lagos, Nigeria. Megan literally was so invested in making sure that we could get the best honeymoon and just relax. She makes sure to provide options that meet the criteria you’ve explained. Megan is the BEST!! Pre-pandemic my husband and I met Megan at a local brew pub where we sat down and went over our dream honeymoon! Megan answered all our questions and a few days later sent over a proposal and itinerary for the 3 week honeymoon! It was amazing with so many activities planned into each location. Once the pandemic happened, and we decided it was best to reschedule our wedding and honeymoon until 2021, Megan was on top of everything! She let us know our options in regards to airline credits/rebooking as well as different safety protocols and measures that were taking place at our destination (which was constantly changing). It was one less thing we had to worry about and took some stress off our shoulders. Before we left Megan dropped off some amazing treats (pool float, adapter, sunscreen, baggage tags) as well as all the necessary paperwork we needed to have for our trip. The app she told us to download to see our itinerary was also a tremendous help since we took multiple flights, stayed at multiple hotels, and needed other transportation services. Megan was great! She helped us plan the perfect honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! At the beginning she gave us good options within our budget, and had a lot of knowledge of the places and what was a good fit. Even more importantly, while we were in Mexico, we had trouble contacting someone for one of our excursions, so we told Megan, and she responded quickly and worked with us on getting us what we needed! It was a great experience having someone help with planning your trip and being there to help you even on your trip.

My husband and I hosted our wedding at Now Jade in Mexico. It turned out beautiful and Megan played major role in the success. When we were in the process of picking a resort, Megan gave us options that highly aligned with our personalities, wedding plans and resort requirements. She was very patient with us in the picking process. Megan planned the travel for about 50 people, include my husband and me. Megan handled all the questions regarding travel for all of my guests, which made it less stressful for me. Unfortunately, with all of the wedding planning, I didn’t even realize that I changed our flights without telling Megan. Once she sent our itinerary, I realized that we would basically be hotel less for two nights; however, Megan swooped in the like superhero she is and was able to extend our hotel stay. We spent the first week in Spain where she booked us the most amazing tours. We had a private guided tour of the Prado, a private food and wine tour with a local guide in Madrid and a guided tour of Toledo. Our second week was a magically river cruise with Uniworld through France. The uniworld trip was amazing. We got to see fireworks by the Eiffel tour. It was a dream come true. As you know travel can be problematic, our flight to Spain got delayed and she helped us change our pickup times with such ease. I can’t wait to book my next trip with her. I was not thrilled when my bride to be told me that I was in charge of planning our honeymoon. I never planned a vacation in my life, so to say there was a ton of pressure on me was an understatement. That's when we met Megan. We met Megan at a small bridal expo and I knew when we left that I would be contacting her for help. From the first email I sent to her I knew I had chosen the right person. She responded very quickly and set up a time to call me. From there she asked what I was looking for in terms of destination. I told her white sandy beaches, clear water, excursions, all inclusive, and warm weather. She got back to me with three different destinations that might interest us. All three places that Megan chose for us to look at had everything we had asked for. It was a tough decision but we ultimately decided to honeymoon in beautiful St Lucia at Sandals Grand Resort. Megan had been to that resort before and told us everything about it and gave us suggestions on what we should do while we are there. Personally I think she undersold St Lucia! Everything was perfect! We had such a great experience on our honeymoon and a lifetime of memories! We appreciate everything that Megan did for us. We were probably kind of a pain in the butt to work with, but she answered our million questions with no hesitation haha. We highly recommend using Megan Amelio as your travel agent! Here’s just a few reasons why: While planning our entire wedding, I knew the last thing I wanted to do was plan our honeymoon on top of all that. Even for the most confident DIY-er, planning a honeymoon that’s out of country (Italy), meant more logistics and uncertainty, and that was something I did not want to be responsible for. Working with Megan was SO easy! During an initial consultation, we met with Megan and told her what we were looking for in a honeymoon, where we wanted to go, our must-haves and our nice-to-haves, and of course, our budget. She also helped us navigate decisions around the length of time we should stay at each destination; it was important to me to visit at least a few places, while my husband didn’t want to spend a lot of time traveling in-between destinations. She put together a couple different proposals for us based on the information we provided her, that included information about each city, some recommendations, as well as photos of, and all sorts of information about the hotel recommendations. Picking and choosing what we liked was as easy as ordering off a menu! Working with Megan was an absolute dream, and our honeymoon was the best trip we’ve ever been on! She made our entire trip so easy, seamless, and stress-free. We plan to go back to Italy for our 5 year anniversary, and will undoubtedly be working with Megan again to plan that trip as well.

Megan planned our honeymoon trip to Italy and it was one of the best times of our lives. We went to Florence, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast. She printed out our whole itinerary and made it availiable online which was great and very organized. Booking the trip with Megan was easy, intuitive, and most of all fun to do. She saved us a ton of money. She got us private drivers and coordinated to pick us up at certain times which was incredibly helpful because when i went to Italy before i took public transportation and it was terrible you waste so much time. I can't say enough good things about her. In fact, i even had her plan my Bachelor party in Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel. Megan was amazing! She was very helpful planning our honeymoon to Europe every time we had a question she was always quick to respond and always have an answer ASAP. Megan and her team did a perfect job planning our Honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. 5 star hotels as requested, all transfers were perfect to and from hotels and airports. She was wonderful with any issues that came up even with the 14-16 hr time difference. Great tours of the regions, highlight of our trip had to been snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef and all the great people that we meet along the way. My wife and I would highly recommend using Megan for your get away needs.

Megan booked our trip to Hawaii for a family wedding. Everything was taken care of from flights, to transportation to hotels. Each resort we stayed at we received upgrades. Our suite on Oahu was unreal. On Maui, instead of a standard tower room, we had a great cottage that walked right out to the pool and water. Megan took our budget into consideration and gave us options that kept us within that budget. We will book with Megan again in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Megan!! We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th in Belize. I would have never picked Belize on my own but Megan found it for us and we loved it! The resort was amazing and so clean. All the employees were so nice and accommodating. All our excursions and travels went smooth and I didn’t feel stressed about it. It wasn’t peak season in Belize but we barely saw any rain. We were able to relax at the swim up pool or go in the warm ocean. It was the best trip I have been on! From the beginning of the process, Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable about suggestions on different locations and resorts that would fit what we were looking for. We ended up going to El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya and it was great! Megan made sure all of our transportation to and from the airport was arranged as well. A part of the reason we chose this resort was based on Megan’s recommendation on night life and good food, and it definitely did not disappointment! Megan Amelio was our travel agent and she was amazing! She was very informative and gave us many options that she knew would be prefect fit for our destination wedding. We had 63 people attend and she was on top of everything and made the process stress free. Any problems I came across she was there to help and take the lead to get resolved. We had the best trip ever all thanks to Megan’s expertise for our wedding and honeymoon.

Megan was incredible start to finish. She made the planning process so simple, providing a large variety of many wonderful experiences to choose from and enjoy. She was super available to plan, answer questions, and make modifications. She was also very proactive on weather related news that may have impacted our trip, which was very appreciated. She was always ready to go to ensure our honeymoon was perfect. I would definitely work with Megan again.

Megan is WONDERFUL. I can't recommend her enough. We just got back from our 10-day honeymoon to Italy and to say it was once in a lifetime is an understatement. We went to Rome, Florence and the Tuscan countryside. We had a perfect mix of exploring and relaxing. The planning was easy, the trip blew our mind -- we can't wait to work with Megan again!

My husband and I had never been out of the country before, so I wasn't sure where to start when planning our honeymoon. However, Megan was amazing in helping us! Megan did a fantastic job planning our honeymoon in Italy. We had a three week itinerary with over 6 locations. I am a seasoned international traveler but really needed someone to take the pressure off me in planning my honeymoon (since I was already planning a wedding!). Megan did that and then some. She provided great recommendations, booked our flights and hotels, and took care of all the logistics so that I didn't have to! She made my life so much easier. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a honeymoon!

My husband and I were still trying to figure out where we wanted to go on our honeymoon, and we definitely had a budget in mind. Megan was mindful of the budget and all our wants and needs when giving us suggestions, and she found us amazing travel options to Jamaica. We wanted an accessible gym with water views, but not just the pool. She managed to find us a room at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica with bay views and literally a one minute walk to the onsite gym. We had hiccups on our return flight once we returned to the states, and Megan was there to help us there as well with getting compensation for our travel delays. Highly recommend Megan and Romance and Leisure. And would definitely use in the future.

Megan did an amazing job planning our all inclusive vacation to Mexico. My husband has some health issues and she made sure the resort we were staying at worked for him. Thank you Megan for making sure our vacation was perfect from beginning to end.

Megan was beyond fantastic helping us to plan our perfect honeymoon. Neither my husband nor I had ever been out of the country and she helped us through every step and told us exactly what to expect. I was a bit anxious travelling to a place that was unknown to either of us but she was available for questions and advice all the time. We first thought we wanted to go to the Bahamas but after looking at different options and telling her what our interests were, she suggested that we consider Jamaica. I would go back IN A HEARTBEAT! She was so spot on with everything we were looking for. To be honest, I wasn't going to use a travel agent and thought I could do it all myself, I'm so glad that I didn't take on the task. Not only would I have been stressed out but I know our trip would have been no where near as wonderful as it was had I made the attempt. She even found us nonstop flights to Jamaica and back home, that made a WORLD of difference when you're anxious to get to your destination. From filling out our passports to having us VIP expedited through customs, I couldn't have asked for a better trip. Thank you so much Megan! (And no we are not rich by any means, she worked with exactly what we wanted to spend!) We HIGHLY recommend her!

Megan booked us a fabulous honeymoon to Hawaii! We had a lot of questions during the planning phase and Megan assisted us in every way. She told us about all the different options and where to stay on the island to best serve our needs. She was very mindful of our budget, but still allowed us to island hop and explore three of the islands during our stay. She answered all my questions throughout the process effectively and quickly, which made me at ease. Megan also made an excellent itinerary, which suggestions on what we could do and hot spots on each of the islands with excellent advice. I didn't realize that advance reservations are required at Pearl Harbor, but Megan took care of the situation and booked us a tour way in advance ensuring that we would not miss going on Veterans' Day. Even when we were in Hawaii, I sent messages to Megan regarding more places to eat and snorkeling sites and she responded quickly letting us know where to go. I felt confident that if we ran into problems, Megan would be there to assist us along the way. We were also surprised at the thoughtful honeymoon gifts she left for us at the different hotels. It was a great added touch. I will definitely be using Megan in the future for more trips and hopefully a return one to Hawaii! The experience was amazing and I will never forget it!
