She ensured we were comfortable with the plans, process and gave some awesome tips along the way. We had a 2 week trip in Italy visiting various different cities and doing tours. Her services helped make for a flawless honeymoon with no stress or worries. From the time we arrived at our first destinations to traveling in between cities and leaving- our experience was superior. We were so nervous about traveling to a country we've never been, but with Megan's itinerary we really couldn't have made any mistakes on anything. As the pandemic approached us and with our honeymoon scheduled at the very beginning of everything shutting down, Megan was in contact to keep us updated on how the travel world was working.  Eventually, we had to cancel all of our original honeymoon plans.  Megan was a lifesaver in taking care of canceling airlines, hotels, and private transportation to and from the airport.  She even reached out to the airline to inform them of our current situation, and was able to get us a full refund instead of travel vouchers. This was a huge relief and took a lot of stress off our shoulders, during an already stressful and hectic time.  In June 2021, we were finally able to get away for our honeymoon. I attempted to plan our Maui honeymoon on my own, but eventually it was time to hand it back over to Megan. We scheduled another phone call to talk about all of our ideas/thoughts for the new honeymoon location. We were sent a few more proposals with different hotel locations on Maui. Again, we had a hard time deciding because every proposal looked absolutely perfect! In the end we could not have been more happy with our decisions! Megan was so helpful in the weeks leading up to the honeymoon. Maui was very strict on the covid protocols prior to and after arriving on the island. Megan made sure we followed all of the required steps and double checked that we did use an approved Covid testing facility and received our negative covid results to avoid quarantine. Upon arriving to both hotels on Maui, we were offered upgrades and surprises- thanks to Megan from Bridie Travel! All of our documents and the itinerary were easily found on the app, so we had a clear schedule for all the days we were in Maui and knew exactly when it was time to check out of one location to stay in a different spot on Maui. Megan was beyond helpful and detailed not only once, but twice. We are so thankful that we found Bridie Travel to plan our honeymoon. We are looking forward to planning another trip with Megan soon!

She let us know our options in regards to airline credits/rebooking as well as different safety protocols and measures that were taking place at our destination (which was constantly changing). It was one less thing we had to worry about and took some stress off our shoulders. Before we left Megan dropped off some amazing treats (pool float, adapter, sunscreen, baggage tags) as well as all the necessary paperwork we needed to have for our trip. The app she told us to download to see our itinerary was also a tremendous help since we took multiple flights, stayed at multiple hotels, and needed other transportation services.
