ly disappointing, especially considering we spent a significant amount of money between the venue, the getting ready locations on the property, and the alcohol services we purchased. Leading up to the wedding, it was often difficult to get clear answers to questions. Then, on the wedding day, we discovered that the groomsmen loft we had paid for was not available because it had been rented out to someone else. Our groomsmen had nowhere to get ready for the wedding even though I had confirmed the rental and paid months beforehand. This caused us major stress and significantly impacted our wedding timeline, getting-ready process, and our photos. While the loft fee was refunded, the lack of communication surrounding the issue during and after was frustrating. After reaching out to the owner about the situation on both the wedding day and the day after, I never received a return call or any personal apology for such a serious mistake. We truly appreciated the beauty of the venue, but unfortunately the professionalism and communication did not match the price point or expectations for such an important day. Because the owner caused so much stress for us with no absolutely no apology to me, I would definitely not recommend this venue - you can find much better service and professionalism elsewhere.
