My name is Presley, and I started Brie & Bartlett in a 120-square-foot cloud kitchen that I built out myself. I started with a single credit card, a secondhand commercial sink, a refrigerator I bartered for, a few thrifted IKEA shelves and a 6-foot folding table, and a lot of faith. (Some called it "delusion", but I called it a "gut feeling".)
Five years later, B&B has built out (and outgrown) 4 commercial kitchens and catered for as many as 500 people in a single day.
