Brie Grazing Boards

I’m so sorry this review is so late. It’s embarrassing! In December 2021 my son who lives in Berkeley, California decided throw himself a 35th birthday party. We (his parents and sister) live in Toronto. We were unable to attend because of Covid. My son, Alexander was travelling for work and was not planning on being back in San Francisco until the day before the party on Thursday, December 9th. The party was scheduled for Friday, December 10th at 8:00pm. I called my daughter-in-law Tuesday evening to see how the plans were going for the party. She sounded a bit stressed and said that the caterer they had hoped to engage had not been available. I said I would see what I could do. I checked online and much to my good fortune I found Brie Grazing Boards! Not only would she rush to accommodate our emergency in two days but she delivered the most delicious and beautiful boards. Because of Covid we chose to have a number of medium sized boards instead of a bigger one so guests didn’t have to crowd around one board. We also had delicious individual cones so people could have their own little meal. And she made a few smaller dessert boards. The guests were raving about the food and the presentation. It was a wonderful success! She also waved her magic wand and found me another vendor who arrived at 5:00pm with bartender in tow and they set up the tables and the bar and cleared things away as guests were finished. They stayed until midnight, cleaned up and took out the garbage. Brie Grazing Boards made our last minute party a tremendous success.
