r, I was not stressed at all when I saw the beautiful pictures of the brides/bridal parties they have done before. I knew I wanted a natural look and BrieArtistry is perfect for this. We had a lot of snow on my wedding weekend and my makeup artist was a little farther away, so they sent an extra makeup artist who was closer to help out (which was amazing!). We had Shirelle and Trina doing our makeup and everyone was so happy with their looks. They knew the ceremony was outside, with the possibility of snow so they made sure our makeup would stay all night, and it lasted!

However, the organization and contract/payment process unfortunately impacted my overall experience with the company. We only booked makeup services through BrieArtistry since hair was done separately. I was originally quoted an $80 travel fee for makeup-only services because only one artist was needed.
I had 8 girls total, including myself, and paid a $40 deposit per person. One bridesmaid ended up unable to attend because she had a baby the week before. While I understood that her deposit was nonrefundable, I was disappointed that it could not be transferred to another service or applied toward the travel fee.
Then on the wedding day, I was informed that the travel fee was actually $120 instead of the originally quoted $80. I chose not to address it in the moment because I didn’t want any uncomfortable energy on my wedding morning, especially since Shirelle herself was wonderful.
I do still have the original email showing the quoted travel fee, but there were no specific travel fee amounts documented directly in the contract. If you book with them, I would strongly recommend making sure all fees and expenses are clearly outlined in writing within your contract ahead of time.

They did hair and makeup for four women in my bridal party, and as soon as they arrived, the party really got going. Their fun attitudes and professionalism made us feel like we were getting ready for a runway show. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt beautiful. As someone who never wears makeup or rarely does her hair, I was nervous going into this experience, thinking I wouldn't look like myself. But they both made sure I looked absolutely stunning on my wedding day. I couldn't be happier.

Beth and Sam did all the hair for my bridesmaids as well as the mothers and sisters, and Brie did my makeup and three of my bridesmaids. Everybody loved their looks and we all felt so beautiful being done up! They took any comments into consideration to make us feel our best. Beth also showed my bridesmaids how to put my veil in and remove it because it was heavy, so I didn’t have to wear it around before the ceremony. Our makeup and hair held up all night! aw photos of Brie and her team's work on The Knot and Instagram, I knew they were the best option! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so I was a little nervous about not looking like myself, but Brie "enhanced" my natural look and made me feel absolutely beautiful for my wedding day! My four other bridesmaids who had their makeup done loved their looks as well and were really grateful Brie was able to make touch-ups and changes they requested. Beth did my hair, five of my bridemaids and my mom's and she was amazing! My hair never holds curls and I couldn't believe that both my hair and my makeup lasted all night through hours of dancing! And on top of doing amazing work, the prices are really reasonable and scheduling our reservation couldn't have been easier. Brie's assistant JB was really communicative and made the whole process a breeze! I'm so happy I chose Brie Artistry for my wedding makeup & hair!

I had 8 bridesmaids and with the two of them, we actually ran ahead on schedule! They really listened to my girls and made the tweaks as needed, I had a few picky bridesmaids and they followed suit with making sure they were all comfortable with their looks as well. My bridal party was assigned Amanda and Trina for day of hair and makeup services. Amanda and Trina both did a fantastic job handling our party of 7 which included myself, 4 brides...
maids, and both moms. They were on time and efficient and took our feedback and desires into account as they worked. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to communication issues (not the fault of Amanda and Trina). It was quite difficult to get a hold of the company via email because they started using an administrative assistant who only answers emails 3 days a week. We also had a scheduling issue that I had to go directly to Brie to resolve. Once I stopped working with their assistant and went right to Brie, the issue was resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and I think Amanda and Trina would definitely do a great job on anybody's wedding day.

Trina did such a great job customizing makeup for everyone in my party! I felt beautiful, soft and natural, but special. Some ladies in my party were more comfortable with more makeup, others were more comfortable with less, and she made everyone look amazing and highlighted their natural beauty, while respecting their comfort levels! My makeup stayed in place even through dinner and getting sweaty on the dance floor! Highly recommend, these ladies do an amazing job, and are so friendly to boot!

rina, they were both amazing and wanted to make sure I was happy and getting exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. When the wedding day approached, they knocked everyone's hair and makeup out quick in order for us to stick to our timeline. Everyone LOVED their hair and makeup! And it stayed ALL day.
