They offered great advice to get the most use out of our florals from using them during the ceremony then repurposing them during the reception. They are super organized and offer a great vision board highlighting each individual arrangement so you truly know what to expect the day of! I would highly recommend them!!

COMPANY! They were hard to reach and not quick to respond. An inspiration photo board was made and the color of the flowers were discussed and documented in the photos on the contract. We reached out multiple times weeks prior to the wedding to verify everything, emails and phone calls went unanswered for a week. When the flowers arrived the day of the wedding. They were wilting and brown around the edges. The flowers looked like they have been made a week prior and left out. The flowers were also missing the colors discussed. This was brought to the attention of the delivery drivers before the flowers were even taken out of the truck, The drivers proceeded to argue stating they have driven an hour to get here and the bride will just going to have to deal with it. They said they would call the owner and went to a corner to do so out of ear shot. they then came back and started unloading. When ask what was discussed and a possible solution they stated they are doing there job and was to be left alone. the wedding planner then got involved. She said there was a florist down the road that had the flowers and could be picked up and added to the bouquets to make them correct. The delivery driver said he would pick them up and left an never came back. They were called and spoke to an hour later and we were told nothing was going to be done. They lied and caused us valuable time that we could have used to get the flowers ourself and resolved the bouquets before the start of the wedding. The Florist was paid extra to put the arch chiffon and flowers on. The incorrect flowers were placed and the chiffon was only partially placed before they left the job half done. The wedding planner and family of the bride had to correct the work before the wedding. The brides bouquet did not come with a holder. It was a bouquet of flowers in a vase. Brides do not carry vases as they are walking down isle. What was on the contract was a hand held cascading bouquet. These had to be fixed and reworked before the bride could even carry the flowers down the isle. The workers told the bridal party to “shut up and leave them alone because they are stressing them out”. Neither the bridal family, or the wedding planner (who works closely with companies for a living) could believe how unprofessional and how poor the quality of the flowers were. After the wedding we reached out to the company to try to resolve the problem. After all. We had to correct the work we paid for and did not get. Messages were left, email and texts. We were told the owner had a family issue and would call us when they could. A month later and after multiple attempts the company would not even reach out for a conversation to resolve an issue. The only response was to comment on a review. I would still welcome to this day the Courtesy of an attempt to resolve in a professional way. Using this company would be a big mistake! Please save your SPECIAL day and go with another florist!

I was not aware at the time but it was a giant pain to keep the arch standing and the staff relentlessly kept trying to keep it standing and it finally worked! I had no idea until after the fact and was very pleased they did not give up. Overall, book this great vendor if you are looking for friendly staff, little to no lifting and a great price!
