of but fairly responsive until May 27th. Our video was due by May 19th but we have not received anything and now he is in the wind. We checked his reviews before the wedding and everything was great but something has obviously changed for Jason and this company. Our wedding memories are lost and this break our heart. We paid upfront (typical practice) so basically we have been taken for 1300! How heartless can you be? I am leaving negative reviews everywhere, contacting the BBB and Channel 9, and possibly looking into small claims court at this point!

oesn’t work! He doesn’t return any emails. Best communicator but once he was paid just disappeared of the face of the earth! MAJOR SCAM! BOTH THE KNOT AND THIS GUY!!! NO ONE WILL HELP!!!

I. We had to BEG him to send us our photos 3 months after our wedding (calling and texting him regularly but with barely any response from the owner Jason). The photos were poor quality. Jason stole our money and now wants nothing to do with us even when we threaten to sue him. He simply does not care. As of now, he completely ripped us off. I went on Yelp to research if this has happened to other people and there were 5 other reviews stating the same exact thing! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. TOTAL RIP OFF! Not only has he not sent us our video, there were several other breach of contract the day of the wedding that we would have easily ignored had he provided us with the services we paid for. BEWARE.

recently read reviews of brides with similar experiences from working with this company. I just want my video, and will be happy to take down this review when I receive any sort of assurance.

t Bright brands to respond to our call, emails, facebook messages and we HAVE NO PHOTOS! This is my worst nightmare, the thought that I wont have any wedding photos to remember the most special day of my life. We paid in full, on time, and expected to have our photos 6 weeks after the wedding, instead we leave voicemails and send email and get nothing in response. I dont want to sue, but it looks like we will have no choice. Stay far away unless you want to be a crying bride like me!

ncy that happened and he was unable to make it. I understand that things happen, but I even waited a few days to hear from him and wait for an apology for not showing up to my wedding. Luckily, my wedding planner videoed our wedding. I am thankful that she did, however I know that she was doing the best she could and multi-task from coordinating to videoing. I hired videography so we didn't miss a minute of anything. I am disappointed.

During the reception you could tell that they were around but they weren't smothering and let you really enjoy yourself. I can't wait to see those action photos!!! If you don't book Jason you're missing out!

ey. Right from the start it was a pleasure working with him and getting ready for the wedding was a breeze with his expertise on the videography involved. We selected the type of video we wanted, he offered to provide the first dances as separate videos and even stated he would be giving us all of the raw footage they filmed throughout the entire day / night which was A LOT! Jason and his team showed up the moment we arrived onsite to begin getting ready and even provided drone coverage of our exit and various other points of the evening. They stayed all the way through the event! The video turned out perfect and we can’t stop watching it. I would recommend Bright Brands Media and Jason for any and all videography needs whether it’s for a wedding or a business. You will not be disappointed at all!

is morning and I have watched it at least 10 times already! Before, I did not believe that we needed a videoaugrapher because of our budget, but my parents got it for us as a wedding gift and I am so happy they did. I would tell anyone getting married that having a videoaugrapher is a MUST and would highly recommend Bright Brands to everyone!

His customer service was superb as he suggested that we purchase an album instead of digital because it will be a much easier to pick up off a coffee table 10 years from now than it would be to find digital photos on an SD card, and he mentioned that our friends and family will enjoy an album more too. After going this route with the album, he also gave us the digital photos so we could use them for Facebook and social media. In addition, I was very impressed by the album and the photos. I highly recommend them!

They made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I knew I was on camera and in front of a lot of people. After receiving the video, I was very happy with the quality and overall style. I am a very satisfied customer!
