Kayla and Chris were a DREAM TEAM. From our initial meet and greet to our wedding, they truly personalized each photo session to match their guests. Kayla continued to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and Chris was always there to capture the moments we didn't even know existed! Kayla has such a natural editing format, and continues to ensure we love our photos. We could not have been happier to choose them to capture our favorite day! My husband and I first met Kayla at a wedding expo and initially felt so at ease with her, that we decided to book with Bright Lights Imagery. We initially booked with an associate photographer but after our engagement session with Kayla, we felt so comfortable working with her, that we decided to have her be the one to capture our wedding day. Kayla is a joy to work with! She is kind-hearted, responsive and a professional at what she does. Having Kayla as our wedding photographer helped make our wedding day run smoothly. She was extremely organized and ensured that we got all the "must have" shots on our list. She was also very responsive to all our emails leading up to the big day. We just got back our wedding photos and are so happy with the results!

We first learned about Bright Lights through our venue. They are a trusted preferred vendor and we can see why. Kayla was incredibly easy to work with and talk to. She is an expert at wedding photography and it shows! We had her do our engagement pictures and she quickly put us at ease – by the end we felt like we were with a friend on the beach instead of taking professional photos for the first time. We are in love with our wedding photos and will cherish them forever. Kayla captured so many beautiful moments throughout our day. Her husband, Chris, is also a talented videographer! It was such an easy choice for us to add him to our wedding package and we are so glad that we did! We have a beautiful 5 minute highlight reel that we watch all the time and the entire ceremony. I cannot say enough good things about Kayla and Chris. First of all, they work seamlessly as a team; we loved their dynamic. They are both so personable, and ensured gently but firmly that everything kept on track despite the Mass running 20 minutes over and almost throwing everything off schedule. I had shared an extensive "wish list" of shots with Kayla in a Pinterest board, gathered from over a year of stalking the venue on Instagram, and she made sure that we got every shot. She and Chris also suggested wonderful locations and pose ideas I never would have thought of, which (from the sneak peak) look incredible. They are kind, talented, and consummate professionals, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kayla was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was beyond accommodating fitting in our engagement shots last minute, and was phenomenal at keeping our large family in check and on schedule the day of the wedding. Her pictures are stunning and she really captures the love. I hope we are able to work with her again!!

Kayla was an absolute dream to work with! Very professional and so nice! We did our engagement and wedding photos with her. Our engagement photos came out amazing and our sneak peeks of our wedding photos I am in love with already! She always answered any questions or concerns we had and was super easy to talk with. We contacted Kayla for our wedding. As soon as we started talking with her, she is so friendly it is like talking to your friend. We booked our wedding immediately with her because of this, and we do not regret it one bit. Every twist and turn of planning a wedding Kayla was there offering to help with anything. And then her work is AMAZING I was blown away with our engagement pictures, but our wedding pictures are just amazing too. She knows how to capture people perfectly. I have recommended her to everyone I know that is getting married or needs a photographer and I will definitely continue too.

Kayla and her husband were hired as my photographer and videographer! They were amazing to work with from the booking process to the day of the wedding! Kayla and Chris were prompt, fun and so helpful. Prior to the wedding Kayla sent care packages which was so thoughtful and made the stressful planning fun! The day of my wedding Kayla, Chris and the second photographer Ashley arrived on time and got right to work. Kayla went above and beyond to ensure that my day went as smooth as possible. Kayla helped pin my dress up and even when things got overwhelming she constantly asked how she can help. It’s only been one day and I have already had a preview of some of my photos and they are perfect. If you are looking for someone who is professional, kind, caring and fun look no further!!!

If you want a fun and amazing photographer to capture your special day, Kayla is your girl! She photographed our elopement and we are in love with all of the images. First off, she was able to make it work with a weeks notice. AMAZING! Secondly, she was incredibly responsive leading up to the event and so kind. She even messaged me the night before and the day of just to be sure I was all set! She was fun and engaging the entire time she was with us and even lent me her alpaca hand warmers when my hands were going numb from the cold (it was December and FREEZING!). Lastly, she had a sneak peek ready in no time and our pictures were done well within the timeframe she gave us. :). If you let her capture your special day, you won't be disappointed!

If you need a photographer and videographer, look no further than Kayla and Chris! My husband and I set our wedding date of 07/17/2020 last fall. We put our deposit down with Kayla and Chris this past winter. Then, COVID-19 hit! Everything was up in the air for us. Kayla was SO flexible, kind, and accommodating. She even sent me a little care package in the mail to show me that she was thinking of me through replanning a wedding during a pandemic. My husband and I decided to postpone our reception but we wanted to go ahead with our ceremony just with our immediate families. It was really important to us to get everything documented with pictures and video. Kayla and Chris were comfortable shooting our ceremony. A week or 2 before our ceremony, Kayla spent over an hour on the phone with us finalizing details, the locations of pictures, and shot lists. The day of our wedding ceremony came and Kayla and Chris were a dream to work with. This is the kind of person Kayla is- my mom had a fall coming out of the hotel. She was fine, luckily, but was a little unsteady on her feet. When we got the church, my dad was walking me down the aisle and I didn’t want my mom walking by herself without any assistance. The rest of my family was already seated in the church. Kayla was taking some pictures and I asked her if she could please help my mom down the aisle. Kayla did it without any hesitation! Kayla’s attention to detail is spot on. We were able to get all the pictures we wanted. I look at them on a daily basis because they are so beautiful. We have watched our ceremony and mini-reception and we love re-living our special day. We can’t wait to work with Kayla and Chris again next summer for our big celebration. Thank you so much!!

This is the review- I think... Bright Lights Imagery is amazing! We worked with both Kayla and Chris for video and photography for our wedding. We started working with Kayla for our engagement shoot. Wow were we impressed! She was super kind and was very flexible! I wanted snow so bad- after postponing a couple times, due to lack of snow this year, we met at at our favorite beach, where we got engaged! And Kayla took the most beautiful photos of us, I was just recovering from being sick for 3 weeks and the pictures are flawless! And Kayla was able to capture the little snow at the beach! Then it was time for our wedding and COVID hit. Kayla was super flexible again and kind. She walked me through my crazy questions for days! She was way more to me then just a photographer! She was my go to girl! We chatted together and decided to do a backyard wedding at my parents house.This wedding was put together in 6 weeks due to Covid. I was so nervous because this wasn’t what I envisioned and Kayla relaxed me. She met me at my parents to do a walk through and go over all the angles and photo opportunities in advance! Calmed me right now! She’s the greatest! And how did the photos turn out? WOW! Simply stunning. We came up with so many funny ideas and photos and Kayla executed them amazingly. To top it all- our video for our wedding. BEAUTIFUL. I cried and everyone else that I have spoke to cried. Our friends and family members have told me that the photos and videos captured the day perfectly and reflect us as a couple! I absolutely love working with them! So kind. So sweet. They both go above and beyond for you! You feel so comfortable and they walk you through the whole process. I can’t wait to work with Kayla and Chris again in 2021 to capture our large reception we had to postpone due to Covid.

Kayla is an amazingly talented photographer! I had her do my wedding photos and they turned out beyond beautiful! Not only was she there to take pictures, she is also super personable and with you every step of the way to answer all your questions/concerns. We used Bright Lights Imagery (Kayla) for our wedding photographer and she was fantastic! She was able to round up the bridal party (which is a job in and of itself) to get the pictures we wanted and she captured all the beautiful moments of our wedding perfectly. She listened to what we wanted and she delivered. She kept us updated as she was finalizing pictures after the wedding and sent us some “sneak peeks”. Turnaround time was quick and the pictures were just what we hoped for. When we start our family, we will definitely be back with Kayla for some new born pics
