as we didn’t hire a wedding coordinator. He is very knowledgeable and demonstrates his experience in a professional way. We got so many compliments from our guests saying that “it was the most fun wedding that they had been to!” We would recommend bright Night Entertainment any day!

m day one of planning, Rob was so helpful and attentive. He dedicated so much time over the year of planning to ensure he got to know the bride and groom, their vision, and their personalities. I was completely blown away by his expert knowledge of every single minute detail of wedding planning. If I could, I would have hired him for not just the DJ and Officiant services, but the entire wedding planning, he's that good! From pre-wedding meetings (which he was so gracious and flexible with his time given the bride & groom live in Japan), to the rehearsal, to the wedding... Rob made everyone in the room feel heard, understood, cared for, and confident. He makes you feel as if you are the most important wedding on his calendar (even though I know his calendar is full). He was able to bring a very unique wedding (with many cultural ceremonial elements) to fruition. He perfectly balanced humor with heartfelt moments and a touch of pomp and circumstance so the bride and groom and guests were brought along on a magical journey throughout the day and into the night. He made sure the event flowed seamlessly (even despite the inevitable chaos that lurks below the surface at any wedding), so there was no apparent lull in the action, no apparent confusion, and as the mother-of-the-bride, I was able to focus on the couple and the guests instead of the planning details. We had a room full of professional radio talent in attendance, and they, along with all of our guest can not stop raving about how good Rob was! Most importantly, the bride said the wedding was everything she dreamed of, and honestly, I have Rob to thank for that. Hire him. He's the absolute best!

e I had water and my marriage certificate and even took my second pair of shoes to my table so I could stay hidden. Such a sweet human being! .........That being said, I was not going to write a review since it had been over a month since my wedding but I felt a bit cheated out of my experience. We were asked to fill out a wedding worksheet of everything he needed to organize the day. I spent months and months fine tooth combing the worksheet, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and outlining how I wanted the layout to go when it came to the order of people for both ceremony and reception and honestly felt like I did the best I could. The morning of the wedding I was asked to go over the line up again which added to my stress a bit as our venue also had me going over everything I told them as well. I had also filled out every song I wanted him to play and aside from the traditional dances, not a single song was played that we wrote down. I had to request a few of them during the reception. We were both excited to dance to our favorite songs and he only played the generic wedding songs. Yes we danced to them and had a decent time but it made all that work I put into the worksheets feel pointless. I did not feel like he paid much attention to our song requests and just did what he thought was best for a wedding reception. I want to reiterate, he was such a nice person and made sure the traditional songs ie ceremony, first dance, FD dance, cake cutting and all the other songs in those categories were great. The fee was super reasonable and he was flexible with how far he had to drive. I just was disappointed in the dance music.
