We had the most amazing experience with Brightside Coffee Bar! 🤩 we had well over 500 guests at our wedding, and they continued to serve our guest with amazing service. Our guest were so pleased with the baristas! And the coffee was ON POINT 💯

Booking Brightside coffee was one of the best decisions for our wedding. We are both huge coffee lovers and had Pan Dulce and cake as dessert and of course they went perfectly together. Guests were also able to have coffee while we took our photos after the ceremony. They also have a bunch of option to customize your cart if you’d like. I was able to choose a few different flavors, hot chocolate for kids or those who don’t drink coffee, and even had gelato for affogatos!! In addition to delicious coffee they have the cutest cart, (check out their IG) which we did not customize and still looked great as is. Their owners and barista were very friendly and professional, and they set up and cleaned up seamlessly so we didn’t have to direct or stress about them at all. They also have all of their quote and payment process very organized so it’s quick and easy to get prices and pay if you decide to book. If you are at all interested in having a barista at your event, Brightside is the way to go

10/10. From the moment I first worked with JJ and his team I knew it would be a great fit! After two weddings with the Brightside team- I can happily say I will refer them to couples - NO DOUBT. The work the baristas put into the night is exceptional! They pump out the coffees quick (but not rushed!!!) which takes efficiency and great use of time! All of the lattes were delicious and had such a beautiful pour art! Will definitely recommend all my couples use them as their coffee service! Thank you!!!

JJ and his team served espresso drinks and hot chocolate at our wedding on 11/4/23 at Bridal Oaks in Cypress. We got constant compliments from attendees about the quality of the coffee and the service of Brightside! In the hustle and bustle of our reception and obligations, I was able to get a cappuccino toward the end of the night. I can assure you without a doubt, that you will be getting a drink that will be better than most coffee shops you have been to. It is extremely clear that JJ has passion for coffee and service. My wife and I hosted a post wedding brunch, and we luckily hired Brightside Coffee Bar to provide the Coffee! JJ was our barista, and he was amazing! JJ and the team at Brightside Coffee Bar were INCREDIBLE! We found them via instagram and honestly it felt like we were talking to family right from the beginning. He was incredibly patient and great with commmunication as we went back and forth making decisions, discussing with our venue and coordinator, and ultimately this was one of my FAVORITE parts of our wedding! There were so many varieties of coffee based drinks the team made - and they even create custom drinks based on your favorite flavors. We chose Rose , Vanilla and Pumpkin and they were delicious! They also decorated their coffee cart with our monogram and we had stickers for the cups as well! 10/10 recommend. You won't regret it!

My fiance and I are coffee feens so I when I discovered Brightside I immediately hired them for our morning wedding ceremony at our temple (Sikh Center). Due to the event being at the temple, head coverings are required inside and JJ graciously said his team would follow any guidelines as needed. JJ was very communicative and answered questions quickly leading up to the event, he was also able to accept my week-of flavor change request and the add on of custom stickers. Our guests were loving the coffee cart so we asked if they could stay a little while longer and they were able to accommodate an additional hour of service. It may sound expensive for 'just coffee' but if you love coffee, and your friends love coffee, have coffee at your event :)

We used Brightside Coffee Bar for our wedding and they were amazing!! The coffee was so good and our guests loved it! I wish I had more of it while they were there because it was so good. I highly recommend using them, such good coffee and service!

My husband and I got married back in April 2023 and had Brightside come shower our guests with coffee and Chai tea! Ericka and JJ were so kind to all of our guests and had great communication throughout our planning process. They even had our logo on the coffee cart! Even though our wedding was 5 months ago our friends and family still talk about how amazing the drinks were and how they crave another.

Brightside Coffee Bar was a huge hit at our wedding! The coffee was delicious, service was excellent, and it was a definite guest favorite. I lost count of the number of people who told me they loved the coffee bar and couldn’t believe we had one at our wedding. The price is very reasonable especially given the wedding industry. It was one place I did not regret allocating money to in our budget. Would book Brightside again and again!

Bright side was one of the best parts of our wedding reception! JJ is kind and friendly and walked us through the flavors we could choose and let us try them! Their baristas are well experienced and Moriah was awesome at our wedding. We had many of our guests compliment her service and the great tasting espresso and lattes. She was patient with all the kiddos wanting hot chocolate and our many guests coming back for more coffee. Also the flavors Brightside offered for the lattes and cappuccinos were delicious! I have nothing to complain about and it was worth the cost, which was reasonable to me who was on a budget for my wedding. 5 out of 5 stars hands down!

I had the best experience with Brightside coffee. They were so so easy to work with and everything went perfect. My guests loved the coffee so much! Everyone was talking about it all night long. Hired JJ and his booth for our wedding at the Astorian! I am not exaggerating at all when I say there was constantly a line for this stand, people went back multiple times, AND it was by far the best addition to our wedding! Many people were literally mad that they didn't get to try any and so many people asked who brought the coffee and where they could get more! You won't regret his amazing service, responsiveness, and quality of coffee & flavors.

Brightside catered our wedding and we are so glad they did! They are so friendly, the coffee cart is adorable, and their drinks were delicious. We love quality coffee shops and will recommend Brightside to anyone! They custom made our menu and even included my husbands favorite - chai :) Their rates are fair and you will not regret hiring them!

The coffee bar was the star of the show!! My sister in law and dad went back to them 3 times durning the night and my grandma (who loves coffee but doesn’t know what to order) kept going around telling everyone that the gentleman made her a special coffee and it was the best one there. My husband and I aren’t coffee drinkers but both sides of our family are absolute fanatics and have to have their coffee with their cake. Such a hit and 10/10 would recommend!

Bright side coffee bar was amazing! It was a fantastic addition to our wedding reception. Every guest loved their flavors and went back refills. Their barista was so skilled in making the coffee taste fresh and not burnt, and their syrups were fantastic. No artificial taste at all! My husband and I are so happy that we booked with them! Their customer service and communication were phenomenal too.

I hired Brightside Coffee Bar through a college contact, and got to meet Ericka and JJ. They are wonderful people, allowed us to sample their coffee prior to hiring them and picking out our menu. They showed up on time and set up everything beautifully. And it goes without saying, their coffee is delicious. My favorite flavors are the maple bourbon and the 'cookies n cream'. Their cold brew latte is delicious as well and comes in very cute bottles. Our guests appreciated that we had a non-alcoholic option at our wedding and highly recommend their service!

Longer line than our complementary bar! Our first date was at a coffee shop, so we knew we had to have a neat way to grab coffee at our wedding. Brightside Coffee delivered not only a beautifully staged espresso bar, but delicious lattes and syrups all night.
