HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID THIS COMPANY I had a terrible experience with this jeweler. My custom-made platinum ring arrived dented and unpolished, nowhere near what I requested. After returning it for repair on 10/29, they delayed sending it back for over a month and prioritized pressuring me to remove a review over resolving the issue. They promised a $300 refund if I took down my review, but I received neither the refund nor proper service. When the ring was finally returned on 12/3, it was intentionally damaged and unwearable. I’m now stuck paying for a defective ring and will need to spend $1,200-$2,000 with another jeweler to fix it. Their dishonesty and negligence are unacceptable. Think twice before buying from them!

I ordered the French Ballerina ring with a 2ct center stone on 12/19. It stated “guaranteed delivery by 12/23”. The ring wasn’t shipped for days. After 5 phone calls made by me, numerous promises of arrival and compensation for late delivery. The ring arrived on 12/24. Well, it was the wrong ring. The ring I had orders and paid for 5 days prior had a band with .55 ct diamonds. The ring they delivered had .40 ct diamonds. I immediately informed them of the issue. After 13 emails, and yet another phone call…. Their response was to send back the ring I received and once they received it and verified it they would make and send the correct ring, at their discretion. I assured them that since I had paid for the correct ring on 12/19, once I had received that ring, I would gladly return the incorrect (less expensive) ring they delivered. Yesterday, I sent 3 unanswered emails and I am awaiting a response for resolution and compensation. They are not attentive, do not rectify their errors and clearly are not diligent in assuring that you get what you pay for. DO NOT ORDER FROM BRILLIANTEERS. I filed a complaint with the BBB and if I do not get resolution , I will handle this is Small Claims Court. I ordered and paid for an item I did not get, nor did I receive it by the “guaranteed” date and they do not care.

I can't recommend Brillianteers highly enough. This was the best customer service experience of my life, and most importantly, the ring is absolutely beautiful. When I wanted some adjustments made after receiving it, their customer service team were so helpful and accommodating, and made all adjustments free of charge. I cannot believe I got such a stunning, diamond/platinum engagement ring for the price I did. You will not find better value anywhere. My fiancée adores her ring and I will definitely be shopping at Brillianteers again. 10/10.

Great communication and service over and beyond. My ring was shipped to Australia and was here less than two weeks wonderful. Loved it absolutely beautiful. I will buy from here again
