Everyone at Brillman's is warm and friendly. They are also very upfront about the prices at the beginning before we signed anything. Yes, they are a bit hard to get a hold of by phone sometimes, but Mary Beth was always accessible by email to answer my questions. Everything came together so wonderfully, and Mary Beth truly seemed to make us feel like our wedding was her priority! Thank you, Mary Beth and Tina, for making our wedding so perfect!

The showroom is immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful while we were picking out everything for the wedding. Highly, highly recommended!

what steps I needed to be taking for someone who was newly engaged. Brillman's was really helpful with all the questions I had, whether it was regarding the actual rentals, or what I should be working on at that moment as a bride to be. I worked closely with Katie to go over my wedding style & expectations of the day itself and Katie helped me pick out the rentals based on what I needed. Mary Beth was also very helpful and informative when Katie was out of office and I needed help instantly. I thought that they had a great selection of linens, chairs, tables, etc. that would fit what most brides are looking for. I was a bit non-traditional with my wedding, but I still felt like Brillman's was able to handle my needs. When I wanted to see the venue again to take measurements and photos, They were more than accommodating to my schedule and planned a time for me to see the Mill again. At times it was hard to reach them, but I never waited more than 24 hours to hear back from someone. Some items I liked were a bit overpriced to me, but the things I loved, I didn't mind paying for and the rest were altered to what I could afford. Brillman's worked with my caterer, liquor & venue to ensure that everything was taken care of so I didn't have to make so many phone calls, which I loved. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brillman's Rental Barn and I was very happy with the rentals and experience I've had with my wedding.

l tables I ordered was not delivered, (but I was still charged for it). And two items I did not order were on my order form but not delivered. These weren't HUGE issues so I didn't care too much.

The selection and pricing was very competitive, we didn't have any of the issues as that the other bride listed at all. We loved the site so much and working with them, that I'm in process of looking at the Prallsville Mills and Brillman's for my own upcoming wedding in 2013.
