We CANNOT (in good conscience) recommend Brindley Beach Rentals.

ley Beach. We began our journey by receiving a notification from Brindley Beach) the evening before we arrived stating that the A/C was out on the second floor of the house and no longer cooling that level of the home. We appreciated the notice (albeit last minute), and Brindley Beach stated that they would have someone out to repair it promptly. Thankfully, they did send someone out quickly, but the A/C was not repaired or functioning for 5/7 days of our stay. We would suggest that Brindley Beach ensures the repair of broken appliances (A/C, clothes dryers, DVD player & movie theater equipment, etc.), as well as ensure that cleaning/housekeeping staff actually clean the home prior to new guest arrivals. Upon arrival, there was garbage and wrappers on the floors throughout hallways, countless cockroaches on the floors, in cabinets, closets and pantries, there was old/rotten food in 2/3 refrigerators, and broken glass that was scattered all over around the pool area.
We also paid significantly more ($845.63) in additional to our $6k rental fees for the pool to be heated throughout the duration of our stay in KDH. The pool heater and equipment was not running or operable upon our arrival; a pool repair technician was out at the house after the 2nd day, but did not repair the pump or heater. The poor repair technician came out to work on the pump and heater subsequently, and thought they had repaired it; however, it only worked for part of one day. The pool heater was inoperable for the remaining 6+ days of our stay. To date, we have still not been reimbursed for these “Pool Heat” charges which we did not receive, and that was contractually agreed upon.
**UPDATE (since I wrote a Google review)- Brindley Beach Rentals contacted me the day after I left my review and have now refused to appropriately reimburse our family for the additional pool heating service fees that we did not receive. The pool heater and pump was inoperable for 5+ days out of the 7 days that we paid for.

amenities advertised, like a basketball hoop or playground, and the condition of the home was poor in many ways. Specifically, the roof was leaking and dropping drywall and water on the couch, and the railings on the second and third floor decks have loose spindles causing major risk to our children. Unfortunately, Brindley Beach was not proactive to address these items during or after our stay.

was beautiful and well maintained. The pool cleaners were out 3 times during the week to make sure the pool and hot tubs were clean and ready for the wedding. The staff at Brindley Beach were very helpful and answered all questions i had about finding my way around the area. Can't wait to return next year! Making it a yearly summer vacation!!

und 4pm, we were allowed in the house around noon. Which made us feel like we had the a whole extra day of vacation. The oceanfront house was a gorgeous 8 bedroom, 7.2 bath home. The few minor problems we did have were promptly fixed. The staff we encountered were very friendly, and helpful. Booking the home was easy. Emails were answered promptly. I high recommend Brindley Beach Vacations to anyone. Can't wait to go back next year!
