Brio Photography and her team are amazing, and we could not recommend them highly enough! I had the pleasure of meeting Brio and her husband Aoib at the bridal expo about 6 months before our wedding. What drew me to them was their booth’s incredible photo wall that showcased “the shot” that captured each of their couples. Aoib introduced himself and immediately my friend and I were compelled by his passion for their business, the lighting and logistics behind every shot, and the famous engagement shoot! Brio helped me plan the perfect engagement session and timed it perfectly with Austin’s blue bonnet season. I still obsessed over the photos. Brio captured the “real” us and delivered our photos within a few weeks. We were so impressed that we asked them to shoot our rehearsal dinner in addition to the wrdding. My family and guests are still raving about their radiance and contagious energy - Aoib’s signature thumbs up gave my family the confidence they needed for all the photos. We ended up with a total of 1500 (!!!!) photos from the engagement shoot, rehearsal dinner, and wedding when all was said and done. They capture every emotion of our wedding weekend and bring me so much joy to look through. I find a new photo I’ve missed very time I look through them! Hiring Brio and Aoib was the best decision we could have possibly made and we recommend them to ANY couple looking for fun, bold, and genuine photos on their wedding day (or wedding weekend). We had a fantastic experience with Brio. We had our wedding at Umlauf and Brio is a preferred vendor. They are a husband and wife team who are each incredibly talented photographers in their own right. They really got to know us and took stunning engagement and day-of photos in the sun, golden hour and low light. They put us at ease and we had a lot of fun working with them. Brio just really knocked it out of the park. She is incredible, beyond talented, easy going/fun and can make two people who are awkward and shy feel completely comfortable and (with gentle coaching) look like they were born to be photographed. She asked us what word or sense we wanted to capture for our photos and I believe I chose "fairytale" and she nailed it - from our engagement photos and the location she chose, to our wedding photos (including running around us in a circle in the dark with a sparkler nearly burning her in order to capture a specific photo I had wanted to recreate). I never thought choosing which photos to put in the album or on the wall would be this tough - but I think I have about 800 photos to choose from and not a single one is anywhere less than amazing. Brio was so amazing to work with and captured our day perfectly! Her and her husband work seamlessly together to make sure every aspect of the day is captured! My husband and I are not photogenic people whatsoever, but you would think we get our pictures everyday from our wedding photos! Choosing Brio as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made. We couldn't be happier with how the photos came out! They are beautiful and Brio and her husband really captured the energy of the night. We've looked through these photos about a million times already on their online system that's super user-friendly. I also love that guests have access to the pictures and can download some on their own! The only hard part has been narrowing down which pictures to include in the leather-bound book we'll be getting from Brio. In addition to our wedding, Brio also completed our engagement photos. I'm not a person who's very comfortable in front of a camera and was a bit nervous about this shoot. Brio was so fun and chill and we wound up having a blast (and getting some awesome pictures)! My husband and I couldn't recommend Brio more. She and her husband are awesome. Their calm energy is exactly the kind of energy you want to be around on a day that can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Brio was absolutely amazing for my wedding last October. She made my engagement photos and wedding feel like a breeze. We found Brio at the Austin Wedding Expo. They had a huge booth with awe inspiring pictures. We were looking for innovative photographers who specialized in night photography. They truly fit the bill. Edwin and I met each other while rock climbing so Brio suggested that we try to find a place in downtown Austin where we could pretend to climb for our engagement pictures. We had a hard time finding a place but Brio found the side wall of a garage. With a little bit of cool lighting and Brio's magic, she took a picture that made us look and feel like super heroes climbing the wall. They are the photographers that you go to if you want to try something different from the boring typical wedding pictures. They are super creative and they will make you look good. Another thing is that I am not photogenic at all. I try to follow the tactics online but it never seems to work. But, Brio saved me. She gave me verbal and physical cues that helped me to get over my fear of taking pictures. I looked great in all of them. On the day of the wedding, Aoib gave the grooms party pointers on how to look sharper and dapper while they were doing the getting ready pictures in the groom’s suite at Allan House. He had interesting stories to keep the groom’s party at ease. He continued with those stories and really knew how to persuade the families and friends to cooperate for the pictures. Brio also, knew how to keep a lighthearted and fun vibe while taking the many pictures that are needed for the bride and groom. She really went out of her way to get us some amazing shots. We cannot wait to see the final pictures in a few weeks. Choose Brio as your wedding photographer! You won’t regret it.

Brio is such a kind person and we were so blessed to have found her to capture our big day. She helped us all along the way from what to wear, how to “pose”, sent us cards, and sweet gifts of the beautiful pictures she took! Brio and her husband were BEYOND amazing to work with. We ran into their work at the bridal extravaganza in Austin and put down our deposit that day with zero regrets. I had a lot of anxiety going into our engagement session, but Brio was confident and fun and encouraging and really helped to dispel any concerns about being in front of the camera - and the shots turned out amazing! Our wedding day was just as perfect, and the moments Brio and her husband were able to capture were incredible. I can honestly say I love every single picture they sent over. My husband and I haven't gotten anything printed yet because we just can't justify printing 1000 photos! Ha! They are all that amazing. Trust me when I say you won't go wrong with Brio.

In short: Brio and her husband are highly professional and incredible at their craft. I spoke to several photographers, but what sold me on choosing Brio was when she told me she could set up 20+ simultaneous flashes so our reception photos wouldn't look like they were straight out of the 80's (those weren't her exact words, but you get the point). Let me tell you, she delivered on not only the night photos, but also the getting ready, ceremony, formal, sunset, reception, and twilight photos, too. I love every single photo she sent us from the wedding - and there's over 1,000! Besides being a master of lighting, Brio also sells her work as being unique and candid, which is true. She did a fantastic job on the standard family and wedding party photos, but she truly excels at capturing photos that transport you back to each exact moment and remind you of how felt in that moment. I'll forever cherish the photos I have from my wedding day thanks to Brio and her amazing work!

I have only the best things to speak of my experience with Brio. My maid of honor and I were at the Bridal Extravaganza, not planning to actually book anything, but just to get an idea of what I wanted/get to know some vendors. I talked with Brio and saw her photos, wandered around and looked at some of the other vendors photos...I kept going back to Brio in my head. After the extravaganza, I spoke with my fiance, showed him photos and we started the process of booking. We HAD to have her. She really got to know us as a couple to perfectly capture who we are and what vibe we're going for. We had so much fun with her at our engagement session at Sekrit Theater. She is such a bubbly, positive person. She was great with guiding us since we were nervous at first. She totally puts you at ease. The pictures came out beautiful and we got REALLY excited about what she would capture on our wedding day. The day of was a little bit of a blur as to be expected. We trusted Brio to do her thing and she totally nailed it. She gave us a sneak peak of the sunset photos and we were already itching to see what else she was capturing that night! The photos she got are absolutely stunning. I've looked at all 800 of them so many times I lost count. She caught some of the most goofy, special, heartwarming and amazing quality photos that will stay with us forever. The photos truly captured how beautiful and special that day was to us and our loved ones. Book Brio. You won't regret it. Brio Photography was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. They were always available for any of our questions and concerns before the wedding. Brio did an amazing job! The photos were everything I dreamed and more. We had a horrible experience with another photographer, who I had no faith in and we were really left in a pinch. Photography was for me one of the most important parts of my wedding. I am struggling to find the words to truly say enough how absolutely amazing Brio and Aiob are and how seamless , stress free and wonderful they made our wedding day! It didn't even begin there though. The day we met them, at an open house, their infectious smiles, huge hearts and personality stole the show! We knew that no matter what else we did for our wedding, we had to have them as part of it! We did our engagement session together... my husband decided that we needed to jump, fully clothed into a freezing spring in Austin and when Brio got in the water with us to get the most perfect shots I was blown away, but really I wasn't at all surprised. That's just how above and beyond they go to make you feel so completely at ease and capture every single perfect moment. We were all laughing and having the best time and the resulting pictures were nothing short of genius! Fast forward to the wedding day and by now, they were just like part of the family. It was so natural and easy and we never even felt like we were being photographed. They captured the most beautiful images, the smallest moments that would have been lost in the blink of an eye were kept so perfectly that it gave me so many little surprises when we got to go back and see them all. I still am not sure that my words are enough and if there were better words I'd use them but to say that these two beautiful people are the most perfect people to ask to capture your special day would be a total understatement. I am so unbelievably grateful that we found Brio and Aiob and that they have since become such a special part of our lives even beyond our wedding. We will continue to ask them to capture our most important parts of our lives, big or small!

Brio was an amazing photographer for our engagement photos and wedding day. She helped us secure two wonderful locations for our engagement session. Then she and her husband spent all day with us for the wedding. They were on top of everything across five different locations, covering everything from morning preparations, to wedding party photos in a public garden, to the ceremony, and finally the reception. Brio is amazing! We wanted someone who was easy to work with and very talented and Brio fit the bill perfectly. She made our rainy day engagement pictures/wedding pictures happen with no complaints. First of all, WOW SPEECHLESS!! I got my wedding photos back shortly after the wedding and I cried looking at all of them again because it made me relive the little and big moments throughout the day. That is how amazing Brio and her husband are. My mother, mother-in-law and I met them the bridal extravaganza and as soon as we met them we LOVED them and had to use them! We were in awe of her photos and her photo books so we paid the extra to have the whole wedding day with them and get photo books. Throughout our wedding day she captured every single moment from us girls drinking mimosas and getting ready, people chatting before the ceremony, and everyone dancing on the dance floor. I want to print out all of our wedding photos because they are so amazing and cannot wait to see our photo album!! If she asks you if you want a sunset portrait, yes you do. They are my favorite pictures from the wedding and make me emotional every time I look at them. They are such fun people to work with and if you are debating on using them or someone else, just go with them. You will NOT regret it! I will forever be grateful to have these flawless wedding photos they created for us so in 50 years I can still relive marrying my best friend over and over again.

We met Brio and her Husband Aoibhistin at the Bridal extravaganza in January 2016. We knew they were the ones that would shoot our wedding when I saw a picture of a couple running through a trail of sparklers at night. The picture was stunning. I only met with Aoibhistin and never got to speak to Brio face to face until the day of our wedding. I had 100% trust in them and knew they were going to hit it out of the park! They delivered and exceed our expectations. We just recently posted our pictures on Facebook and the comments we get are nothing short of praise. They have a gift. Brio was absolutely amazing! She took every care and attention to my needs and shots I wanted on that special day. The outcome was also more then I ever could have asked for. I love my photos and her price point made it tangible to get the best bang for my buck.

We had so much fun with Brio! She is energetic, spontaneous, and definitely knows how to work with what she has. The best part, is her candid photographs. I wasn't into the poised, stand at attention, everyone smile at the same time kind of pictures. I wanted the photograph she caught of us laughing about something or my husband looking at me and me not knowing. Brio and her husband did a fantastic job with our engagement photos and wedding photography! We loved her style and found her suggestions helpful (for instance, using the UT campus for engagement photos.......even though I am an Aggie=)). We had a blend of Nigerian and American cultures in our wedding, which was captured beautifully on film! They also did a great job of compiling and helping us edit our wedding album! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our experience was with Brio and her husband. We met them at a Bridal Expo; after speaking with LOTS of other photographers we knew right away that they were the ones we needed to have at our big day. Which as a bride who planned everything on her own, I really appreciated. I could go on and on about everything we loved about our experience. Brio is AWESOME! From the moment I did my consultation I knew she was our photographer. She is so friendly, sweet, attentive and she listened to what we wanted! She took our engagement photos and totally rocked it! People are still talking about our save the dates and saying they look like something out of a magazine! My husband and I met at a bar so we wanted to recreate that downtown, upscale bar scene. The pictures were perfect. She got a beautiful picture of my husband holding his beer and me holding my wine so we printed that picture for the bar at the wedding (since we did beer and wine) and let me just say, people thought that was not only perfect but it looked BEAUTIFUL at the bar. I'm going to bw honest at the end of the night I was a little nervous about how the pictures would turn out because I saw her maybe twice the entire wedding...but OMG when we got the pictures back! She captured such beautiful, perfect moments that we will cherish forever and I have no idea how she did it. I was sceptical about not having a second photographer but those pictures made it look like there were two of them! She got my husband and his groomsmen in their suite, me and my girls, me coming down the aisle and she even got my sweet husband shedding a tear as I walked down ;) Brio went above and beyond and she is worth every penny. Photography is probably the most important aspect of the wedding because you will cherish those pictures for the rest of yoir life. Photographers are so important because the photos are what remain of that special day. When I was looking at different options, most photographers just didn't have that charm that I was looking for. It's clear that in Brio's work you can see the passion she has for her craft. She can have a playful air or a serious romantic tone, whatever the situation calls for. She definitely has the eye for great photo moments. Not only that, but she has been a wonderful person to talk to. Brio was fantastic during our wedding reception (we had eloped for the actual ceremony. Our wedding reception was on my husband's family ranch, the same spot that Brio had captured my sister-in-law's wedding reception party years before. We wanted to use Brio again since she was familiar with the location but also because she had captured so many perfect moments of decor, food, family, and friends throughout the event. Yet again, we weren't disappointed with the final product.
