My consultant (Kayla) greeted me with a smile and attentively listened to my preferences while also gently encouraging me to go outside my comfort zone. She was incredibly helpful with getting into each of the dresses and also made me feel like a beautiful bride every single time I made an appearance in front of friends and family waiting to see the next option. Kayla also wasn't pushy when it came to making a decision and even encouraged me to explore other options elsewhere before officially saying yes to the dress. Of course, I couldn't find a more perfect dress elsewhere and found myself constantly comparing others to the first one I tried on at Bristol Bridal. It is an added bonus that all purchases from this facility benefit a wonderful cause in the community!
