The food was delicious-- at least what I had of it. And they were great to work with, but they had some trouble communicating all the ideas we had discussed. If I were going back over it, I would have made a point to speak with the head server ...that will be on sight. For example, some of the food was served as apps when it was meant to be on the dinner buffet. They were also going to pass the wine during the cocktail hour, but that did not happen. I would also request that they SERVE the bride and groom, rather than having us go through the line. It was very difficult to get to the buffet, while people were trying to speak to us. That would also allow us to try all the food that we paid for. Our families, including us (bride and groom) never got any of the appetizers or our cake, which was really sad.
The bartenders and the staff were all very kind, and willing to do anything I needed. They made sure I had a drink, and went out of their way to help. Just a few changes could have made it spectacular. Overall I would hire them again, but I would want clearer communication between their coordinator and the people actually working the event.
