plan a wonderful menu that fit our budget. On the day of our wedding, the staff was outstanding! They set up everything in a wonderful manner, and were super professional and friendly. All of our guests complimented us on the catering and service. Bristol was terrific and I'm so pleased they were our caterers for our wedding!

m they made sure to ask if we were ok on drinks or food! Our only disappointments were some of the items that were supposed to be on the bars all night were either passed or didn’t show up at all. Libby was quick to make this right after the wedding when mentioned it. If you have and open bar and a family that definitely only drinks certain beers, make sure you emphasize that and they get more cases of this. I thought we had made this clear enough, but we ran out of the big three (I was told there was plenty of craft and imports available, though) they just underestimated when we made the point that this was a Bud Light family. All of the food was delicious, though, and our family style was a massive hit. We are overall happy with the experience; I would just caution other brides and suggest to Bristol that the catering supervisor on the day of the wedding be available for the in person meetings with the couple. It just seemed like some details we were specific about fell through the cracks.

mimosas and bloody Mary’s passed about before the ceremony - guest loved it! I did not have to ask for a bite or a drink all night (and felt like such a princess bride)! After the ceremony Bristol was ready - food stations opened immediately per our request, heavier brunch themed bites were passed, and the bar lines were moving quickly! I am so glad we booked with Bristol.

nce COVID didn't allow us to complete one in person. They had amazing service day of our wedding, and everyone was extremely personable and professional.

were part of our family by the end of it all. From the first tasting we were welcomed by a professional yet personal team of people who really cared about us as a couple. Emilie got to know us, she guided us, and she committed herself to making sure that her and her team would do everything they could to make our day perfect. I joked with Emilie that I knew nothing could go wrong at our reception with her on our side but I really meant it. From on time and easy set up to delicious hors d'oeuvres, entrees, CHURROS, and open bar to each staff member coming up to my husband and I to congratulate us, we cannot recommend enough the Bristol!

ver it, I would have made a point to speak with the head server that will be on sight. For example, some of the food was served as apps when it was meant to be on the dinner buffet. They were also going to pass the wine during the cocktail hour, but that did not happen. I would also request that they SERVE the bride and groom, rather than having us go through the line. It was very difficult to get to the buffet, while people were trying to speak to us. That would also allow us to try all the food that we paid for. Our families, including us (bride and groom) never got any of the appetizers or our cake, which was really sad. The bartenders and the staff were all very kind, and willing to do anything I needed. They made sure I had a drink, and went out of their way to help. Just a few changes could have made it spectacular. Overall I would hire them again, but I would want clearer communication between their coordinator and the people actually working the event.

The big thing is that we had donated tablecloths for the wedding and 14 of them were missing the MAC viewed security footage and the Bristol took them and gave them to another vendor and after I asked for reimbursement since I had to order some new ones and return to the donor I was told, "I am sorry, they are instructed to take everything out of venue.." So apparently they are trained to take stuff that they did not bring. I will not be a returning customer because this truly left a bad taste in my mouth and if you have some of your own stuff beware b/c they are trained to take it!

ral allergy specific dinners. Everything was perfect and they went above and beyond their duties to help me with items that a caterer typically does not do to make our day the best it could be. I would highly recommend Bristol, they are fabulous!!
