We had some issues in the beginning being able to contact them due to covid and being short staffed. We were able to get a meeting set up about 40 days before the wedding to go over catering and cake and layout, etc. However, even with it being so close to the date, Nathaniel went above and beyond to make it all go smoothly. He was a serious superhero when it came to getting everything the way we wanted it. I loved the rock room and the ability to have my ceremony in the reception outside in the patio.

The train station was such a perfect spot for our reception. Mildred was such a help in planning and getting organized and Michael went out of his way to make our event go smoothly. We highly recommend the train station for your wedding and/or reception. It is a beautiful spot with kind staff.

My daughter had her wedding and reception at the Bristol Train Station on 09-29-18. Not only is this a beautiful venue but the staff is excellent. They met with us after hours twice so that we could plan the set-up. We arrived at 9:00 am on the day of the wedding to decorate. Mildred was there to help with anything we needed! During the ceremony and reception Michael was on hand for last minute adjustments and he helped us clean up and load our things providing carts to make it easier to transport to our car. I would highly recommend this venue. You will not be disappointed!

The first time I remember seeing the Bristol Train Station when I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to get married there. The Bristol Train Station was the most perfect venue for our fairytale wedding. The staff is wonderful to work with and the location is easy for guests to locate. Our wedding ceremony was held in the cozy, intimate space upstairs followed by the reception in the grand ball room. I couldn’t recommend The Bristol Train Station enough.

I had my wedding here in 12/15/12. I booked the venue about a year and a half before the wedding. The staff was wonderful for the year and a half. The week before the wedding they were not so nice. Rehearsal was horrible because I could not get into the ceremony space. I had to tell the guy working where to put everything even though I planned everything out prior with the manager. I had to ask another employee to get the first one working. The morning of the manager which was super nice during the planning got mean with me about coming in at 10am to decorate. They were mean to some of the wedding party especially the kids helping to decorate. In the middle of my reception the same staff member told me that my contracted time would be up in an hour. I had to have all my stuff out within the hour. He told my dj to pack up. We had to rush and guests had to help.

We LOVED the train station for our reception venue. The staff is great to work with, and helped us get things set up as quickly as possible the day of. I have worked a side job as an assistant wedding planner for several years, and the train station is always my favorite place in Bristol due to the history associated with the building, the beauty of the architecture, and the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, affordable venue in the Tri-Cities Area!

Loved using the Bristol Train Station!! Beautiful space, a little narrow, but we were able to fit approx. 160 guests a DJ, dance floor, and buffet and had a bar outside!! Loved how it was right on the border of TN and VA! The historic building was also beautifully renovated! My only complaint is that there was a little disorganization with the building hosts on the night before. We were decoating and they werent present at the facility on time and didnt know where the linens and the cocktail tables were that were provided by the facility, but i think the hosts were teenagers and just werent well informed, but other than that the facility was and is wonderful! They provide tables and chairs and set up and clean up free of charge in the rental agreement and they are willing to work with you! Loved the train station and so did our guests!
