Britt Smith Events

Britt Smith was our month of wedding planner and I couldn't have imagined our special day without her. She did an absolutely amazing job with every aspect of our event and didn't miss a beat. I can honestly say she left myself, mother, vendors and wedding party stress free! She brought to my attention multiple things I would have never thought of needing or last minute pick ups. She also did absolutely everything the day of and the day was perfect! I would highly recommend her for your special day or month of leading up. We are so grateful we chose Britt to be our month of planner and wouldn't have changed it for the world. She is truly amazing at what she does and so sweet. We cannot thank her enough!

Where do we start?? We spoke with a number of wedding planners before landing on Britt. Within a half hour, I knew she was going to be our planner. She pays attention to what is important to you and makes that her focus. We have relocated to Delaware and were planning our wedding in Pittsburgh. If there was a weekend we had to travel for wedding planning, Britt made sure we didnt waste a minute. From scheduling venue tours to cake tastings, Britt made sure our trips were productive and scheduled every stop for us. Britt kept us on track the entire process as well. She had her own systems set up for budget keeping and meeting timeline. Britt offered to conference via Skype bi-monthly to check in. The entire process, I was convinced that we were her only clients, and our wedding was her only priority. Britt has the diligence and experience to make your dream wedding a reality. She is the type of professional that has a true passion for what she is doing, and wont let up until her client is happy. We will absolutely recommend Britt to anyone that is planning a wedding or newly engaged. We couldn't be more happy with our choice.

Britt smith truly made my wedding day the smoothest and most enjoyable day I could have ever imagined. I cannot say enough about how helpful, organized, and wonderful she was. I hired her because I needed someone to decorate my wedding reception venue since I couldn't be there to set up that day. Not only did she and her partner decorate the venue absolutely beautifully and to the "T" from my instructions and decorations I gave her, she anticipated my every need I didn't even know I needed! She contacted all of my vendors for me and made sure everyone was on the same page and everyone knew exactly what they needed to do, She helped me schedule my entire day from start to finish so that everything would run on schedule and smoothly (and most importantly I wouldn't forget anything), she drove to my house to pick up all the decorations the morning of, she offered to let me use her number on my invitations so that if any of my guests that had a question or needed directions they could call her instead of bothering me on my wedding day. She truly was the most amazing asset to my wedding that I didn't even know I needed. I don't know what I would have done without her, and I thought I was a very prepared bride. I mean, she even noticed that we didn't have enough ushers and helped pass out programs, she directed people who looked confused, she ran to the store for us without a second thought when our unity candle broke, she even overheard my mom saying she wished she had a mint, and Britt walked over immediately and popped one in my mom's hand...she was that prepared. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the many things she did to make my wedding an absolute success, but I truly would recommend her to anyone who wants their wedding to be perfect. She's so organized, personable, professional, and flexible. If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, trust me, you need one, and she is the perfect choice. All I had to do the day of my wedding was sit back and enjoy the day, and that is truly priceless.

I hired Britt to do a bridal shower for a friend in June, and I'm so glad I did. She made everything so easy for us. I live in Florida, so it was difficult to plan something in WV, but she took over and handled everything and made sure it went smoothly. She showed up early, and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect, seating, food, decorations etc, and was very responsive if I had any questions. She always got back to me right away. Would recommend to anyone planning an event!
