Our wedding would not have happened without Brittany. She works the utmost professionalism, joy, and understanding. Every vendor who heard we were working with her said “Oh! We love Brittany! She’s our favorite wedding planner. You chose well!” We really did. She works wonders with vendors, family members, and bridal parties, and the whole wedding went off without a hitch.
Both my fiancé and I were in separate states from where we were getting married, and neither of us had the time or energy to plan anything so we wanted to be very hands off. Brittany masterfully planned and executed the entire event, was readily available throughout the planning process. She would communicate when things needed immediate attention from us and when we could sit back and let her work. She also was very willing to hear our ideas and work with what vision we did have. Brittany also works miracles when it comes to finding the right vendors for couples, and is able to source unconventional vendors if the couple thinks they would like it.
On the day of the wedding, she made sure we were cared for and everything went smoothly. Her team member Megan joined her for the day of and was also incredibly competent and kind. The level of stress we felt was so minimal, it felt like going to someone else’s wedding where we could just show up and have a good time. The wedding was beautiful, and it was due to Brittany’s dedication to working with good people, incredible organization, and superb communication skills. While my partner and I wanted to be hands off with the planning, I know Brittany would also work well with people who want to more involved with the planning. She works well with everyone, is incredibly inclusive, and was such a bright spot throughout the whole experience.

Throughout the year- long planning process our wedding was tailored to who we are as a couple and not just a generic vision. great wedding planner who knew the area well and could execute our vision from afar. As soon as we interviewed Brittany we knew she would be a great fit. She was so warm and bubbly, easy to work with, and knew how to bring our vision to life (even when we didn't know exactly what our vision looked like). We had the BEST time throughout our multi-day celebration and I know none of this would have been possible without her hard work and coordination. She truly took the stress out of the process for us so that we could just enjoy the weekend, and for that we are extremely grateful. We could not have done this without her and we are so appreciative of the almost 2 years we spent working together from the time we got engaged to the time of our wedding. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. We wanted a wedding that ran on auto-pilot and that is exactly what we got! No need to have family, friends, or ourselves manage anything the weekend of the wedding. We all just enjoyed ourselves and left everything up to Brittany and the team of amazing vendors she helped us find.

there were a lot of unknowns for us. Brittany's experience and talent really helped us to clarify our vision or our big day and helped us determine what we wanted and needed for our wedding.
When the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to postpone our wedding just weeks before it was supposed to take place, Brittany was so great in contacting all of our vendors and getting a new date that would work for everyone. When our original florist bailed on us, Brittany came to the rescue and was able to get us some estimates from her contacts and we ended up being in a way better (and prettier) situation than before.
On the day of, Brittany and her team took care of everything. I don't think I did a single thing. Even when I made a last minute change to our reception layout and seating chart, Brittany and her team were on it and nobody was the wiser that a change had been made. She made sure everything ran so smoothly, and it truly did. Brittany is a huge reason that our big day was such a success and will be so memorable for us. I can't imagine what it would have been like without her.

It was a magical night.... and she was there behind the scenes the entire time directing and helping vendors. The wedding could not have been more beautiful and fun!!!

We wanted to incorporate Taiwanese culture and traditions into the wedding - including a tea ceremony. We also had a morning wedding which made schedule a little difficult to figure out! Brittany helped us prioritize what was important and made the flow of our wedding less of a stress on us. When our outdoor ceremony got rained out, Brittany made sure the indoor ceremony and reception were just as beautiful. If you’re looking for a coordinator who is able to come alongside you in the “ninth-inning” and make the not-so-fun part of wedding planning easy, she’s your girl. What’s the point of having a wedding if you’re not able to enjoy it?! Hire Brittany and you’re guaranteed to remember only the fantastic parts of your wedding - because there will be no bad memories!

We were right on schedule most of the day and that was in large part due to Britney. We did not have a worry on our special day. re taken care of so that I could enjoy the day. Brittany was awesome! She arrived at the chapel early and coordinated with the vendors. She made sure that the guests were seated, the doors were manned, and the photographers were unimpeded. After the ceremony, she took care of the reception venue while we remained at the chapel for pictures. Even though we were delayed in our arrival, she made sure that the cocktail hour went off without a hitch and that the ballroom was decorated exactly the way I wanted it to look. Once we arrived, all we had to do was take off our coats and put on a smile. The reception was exactly what we'd hoped for and I didn't have to lift a finger.

I don't know how we would have managed when we were delayed at the chapel for over an hour longer than anticipated, but I had no worries.
