Working with Brittany was wonderful to work with and her photos are beautiful! She was absolutely one of my favorite vendors to work with and she made the entire process of taking photos so much easier. I personally have a relationship with Brittany as she and I worked together ages ago, however, when I decided to have my wedding reception here in Austin, I knew she was going to be my photographer - no matter the cost. She's personable, she listens to what you want as a client, she is compassionate, understanding and real. She'll be straight with you about whether she thinks X or Y looks good/works (as a bride, you'll have a lot of questions and need a sounding board to validate you!) and then will also make suggestions, based on what she knows about you, so you don't feel shut down, but the opposite: heard. And that's just her as a person. As a photographer, she's just as wonderful. I had my wedding ceremony in New England and didn't love my photographer and I sent her the photos from that experience. She didn't bad mouth that photographer's product (very professional!) but spoke to what she thought may have been missing and what she would do for my reception (that I was having here in Austin) - instead of saying bad things about the ceremony photos - which was very much appreciated! She melted into the background during the reception, brought the appropriate amount of personality, grabbed the exact kind of photos I wanted (candids!!) and made sure my husband and I were taken care of - along with the guests. She was so loved by our guests, my sister is thinking about flying her to Connecticut for her wedding . . . ! Brittany, thank you for a wonderful experience and for capturing what will be one of the most memorable days of our lives. I may need to have you in the delivery room when we have our baby - gotta bring you along to capture all of our memories!

From my bridal portrait to our wedding ceremony and reception, Brittany made me and those on the other side of the lens feel like a star. She captured the magic of our wedding beautifully and we were thrilled to have her as our wedding photographer. I wish I had the words to describe how awesome Brittany was! We booked her at the beginning of Covid and she stuck with us through a postponement! Brittany was a DREAM! I cannot emphasize enough how much I enjoyed working with her. As someone who is a little shy in front of the camera, it was very important to me to be photographed on my big day by someone who was mindful of that. I felt an instant connection when Brittany and I first met over the phone and my gut instinct was to BOOK HER RIGHT AWAY! I'm so glad I did. I had been told finding your photographer is one of the most important decisions you will make when planning a wedding and I can confirm this is 100% true. From the engagement shoot to the bridal portraits to the wedding day, she was more than a photographer, she was my comforter, my hype girl, and the honest opinion I needed during some stressful moments. You can feel how much she cares not only about getting the best photo - she is invested in making sure you and your significant other are having fun with the process too! Cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Brittany. We spent years (due to COVID) trying to pull our wedding off and Brittany rolled with the punches every step of the way with us. Brittany's eye and ability to work with our wish list while keeping it truly unique made for amazing wedding photos. Brittany is as good as it gets when it comes to professional photography. From the start, we interviewed a number of photographers and were struck by Brittany's calming demeanor, true interest in you as a person/couple, and her incredible portfolio of work. She photographed our wedding in Austin in May 2021 and, of course, it was raining the morning of. She was extremely nimble in changing some of our original photo spots due to the weather and provided a vibe that was a perfect combination of excitement, calm, and professionalism. The first time I met Brittany was 5 years ago at my friend's wedding where Brittany was my friend's wedding photographer. Brittany is an absolutely AMAZING person and photographer! I had looked at dozens of different photographers and continued to compare their work to hers. She never once pressured me into making a decision. When I finally came to the realization that nothing compared to her work, we decided it would be worth the investment. Choosing to work with Brittany was easily the best money we spent. She is a great communicator and very transparent. Planning engagement photos, and a wedding during COVID required extra communication and she went above and beyond. Once we got to take engagement pictures with her, it was easy to see the the genuine and sweet girl behind the emails was that and more in real life. She made being in front of the camera so easy for David and I. The shoot was fun and she had us laughing the entire time. Even when Brittany shared with us that she was pregnant and due around the time of our wedding, she came in to the conversation prepared with options and transparency. I will forever be grateful for that. The alternate photographer she picked for the day of our ceremony was equally amazing to work with. Our wedding pictures were delivered promptly within the timeframe she had committed to (despite it being the holidays and having a newborn) and we LOVE them all. Brittany was absolutely AMAZING. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. We got married in October of 2020 in New Orleans. Brittany was not only willing to travel and work with us during a pandemic but also in her late third trimester of pregnancy! 🤯 She really went above and beyond and brought a whole crew along with her to make sure everything went smoothly since she was so far along. We found BJP from a referral from our wedding planner. She was one of a few people that we interviewed and she immediately stood out to us from the rest by video chatting with us, spending literally an hour answering all of newbie questions, explaining her process and demonstrating a knowledge of key elements like light and the complexities of shooting at our venue. We felt like we were talking to a friend, not a stranger. After we met she sent us full galleries of her work to review which gave us a deeper view of her talent and style. Brittany shot two engagement sessions (because we got addicted to her taking pictures of us, not because there was anything wrong with the first!), our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding and we could not be any happier! Photography was really important to us going into the wedding planning process, and choosing her was the best vendor decision we made. She is so professional, fun, kind, and everything she does is amazing. She made us feel comfortable throughout our shoots, even though we are supremely awkward humans with no modeling experience, so that we could be happy and relaxed and have that come through in the photos, and they came out perfect. Throughout the planning process she was there for us as an expert and a friend. The day of our wedding she was such a help when things weren’t going exactly according to plan. She kept us moving without being pushy or stressing us out when our ceremony was delayed so that we wouldn’t miss out on the light we needed to achieve the photos we wanted. We are actually kind of sad that the wedding is over because now we will have to come up with more creative ways to get Brittany to take photos of us!

There are so many wonderful things to say about Brittany! I interviewed and received quotes from a lot of photographers for our wedding day. I left many of those conversations even more overwhelmed and unsettled. However, when I Facetimed Brittany for the first time, I immediately found myself at ease! We stumbled across Brittany's Instagram while on the search for the perfect photographer to capture our special day, and thank goodness we found her! We immediately felt connected with her over our video chat and knew right away that she would be perfect. We never thought about doing film but after one look at her pictures we fell in love with how she captures photos. It’s been a couple of months since our wedding day and we cannot stop looking back at Brittany’s unbelievable work. To preface, I spent weeks searching for photographers local to the Philadelphia area. I interviewed three different photographers and did not feel that connection or spark. After searching for traveling photographs on Instagram I stumbled upon Brittany. The rest was TRULY history. Brittany is relatable, charismatic, motivated, and professional. Unfortunately, our day-of coordinator had to go out on medical leave a couple of weeks before our wedding. Brittany instantly became THE point person for the entire day. She is so amazing and her work shows it! We had a last minute photographer cancellation just months before our wedding and Brittany swooped in to save the day. She made sure that not only did we love her photo style, but she also ensured that we got along well personality-wise and in what we were looking for in our photos. This ended up being so important to us because we are both so camera shy and awkward, and having a vendor that we could trust made all the difference in the world. We were so comfortable around her at our wedding and our photos show it! Not only did she capture beautiful portraits of us that did not look staged, she also captured all the perfect little moments that I feel like most photographers miss. We got to see so many pictures of the little details we had planned out, all of our friends and family that came from near and far, and sweet moments with our loved ones. She sent us sneak peeks after both my bridal session and our wedding to share while we waited for our full album to be completed, and even that was such a fast turn around. Working with Brittany was such an amazing choice, and I am so glad that we ended up working with her! This is one vendor we plan on going back to year after year. P.S. I seriously don’t even know where I start. I have been trying to find the words to express how wonderful Brittany is and there just aren’t enough! She was my first vendor to book and helped me through every single step of the process. Brittany helped me make so many decisions and turned into such a great friend. She was not bothered by me asking for her opinion about different aspects of the wedding planning. She took so much time to really get to know me and my fiancé, as well as our vision for the wedding. She had us make a list of photos we had to have. She made sure to get all of those plus so so many more. She truly has a gift for capturing the most beautiful shots. Everything from traditional photos to posed photos to candids, all of them are so great. She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding, during the wedding, and after the wedding. She truly cared about us and made sure we were happy and that everything ran smoothly. She made our timeline and made sure we stayed on schedule. She needs so many other titles besides photographer because she does it ALL! She is the reason our wedding was perfect and we have the most stunning photos to prove it!

Brittany was easily the best decision we made for our wedding day. My heart is still so full looking through our wedding gallery, because she captured exactly what was so important about our big day - our love for each other, our smiles so big we had squinty eyes, and us enjoying every moment. My mom still gushes about Brittany and says "she's more than a photographer, she's an artist!" and she's absolutely right. I love EVERY SINGLE ONE of my photos! I feel so lucky to get to say that! Not only is she truly amazing at her craft, she is also an amazing person. She hiked Enchanted Rock with us for our engagement photos (also an absolutely beautiful photo gallery) and didn't complain about the Texas heat or the difficulty of getting to our chosen location once. It felt like we were on a hiking day trip with a good friend, and we had the best time! On our wedding day, my family, bridesmaids, and guests all raved about Brittany and said how much fun she was and were so impressed with how she interacted with all guests and was truly enjoying herself! And this is in record high 95 degree heat! Not only did she play the role of photographer, friend, and dance partner, but she also was so helpful in putting together my wedding day timeline. Trust me when I say Brittany is a true gem, and we are so blessed to have found her!

When I began my search for photographers, I came across Brittany's website through a recommendation and I'm so grateful that I did. From the start, Brittany set some time aside to meet with me and my husband. After our initial consultation we knew immediately that she was going to be our photographer. Brittany is genuine, kind hearted, candid, professional and overall just amazing. She made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and during our wedding. She guided us through the entire wedding process that I never had to worry or stress about my photographer. She helped us plan the Day of Coordination to get the best lighting for our pictures. From start to finish, Brittany was a breeze to work with and felt like a friend from the instant we met. I researched for a very long time before coming across her, and I’m SO glad I did. I wasn’t worried about a single thing on my wedding day and that was to thanks of Brittany. When we got our photos back, I was in happy tears in the middle of my work day because I was so blown away. She truly captured the love during our wedding day and got every shot that I could have asked for plus some. There seriously was not a single picture I did not like. If you are thinking about choosing Brittany as your wedding photographer, do it without hesitation! I have not a single regret with choosing her. We love Brittany and she has continued to be a friend since our wedding. She told me that when she gains clients she gains friends as well, ‘it’s just how she operates’. And a great friend she is!

It was such an easy choice hiring Brittany to be our engagement and wedding photographer. From the first conversation, you realize she cares so much about the couples she works with. Of all the decisions you make as a bride, your wedding photographer should be the most important. After all, when your wedding day is over, it's one of the only things you have left! I knew from the moment I found Brittany's work and got to know who she is, she was our photographer. It doesn't take much to see how incredible she is at her job. We hit it off after our first meeting and she was SUCH a crucial part of our wedding process. She gave me great recommendations for other vendors and was always very quick to reply to any and all questions I had. This was so important with balancing all of the planning and preparation. Brittany is also GREAT with making her grooms feel comfortable. My husband is not really into the whole photo thing (are any of them?) but she helped us both get the jitters out at our engagement session which I would highly recommend! On our wedding day, she was calm yet authoritative. I really went through the day knowing she completely had our best interest at heart. When the ceremony was over and my blush pink flats became covered in mud as we walked down the aisle, she immediately grabbed them off my feet and cleaned them up as if it had never happened. It's something like that that made me even happier to have chosen her. When we got our wedding photos back, my husband and I were blown away at how amazing they came out. He just kept saying, "I love every single one of these. I want to print them all!" As others have said, Brittany is a gem - both in what she does and who she is. You will be so grateful to have her capture your wedding day!

I’ve been trying to find words to describe Brittany, and I already know that my review won’t completely do her justice. Brittany is kind, compassionate, easy to talk to, and so, so, SO talented. She’s an amazing photographer who easily turns into a friend, who is good at telling you the truth and making you feel completely comfortable in what can often feel like an overwhelming amount of attention and decisions. I remember being so nervous to have my pictures taken, thinking of the many times I’ve untagged myself from photos where I thought I looked awkward. And let me tell you, I have never felt as beautiful or at ease having my picture taken, and it shows. We will cherish our pictures forever and ever and ever. Not only are they beautiful, they completely capture who we are and our big day—the big and the small, and the details I couldn’t remember myself. I only wish that I could extend the season of engagement + marriage so I’d have more reasons to talk to/hang out with her. She’s one of my favorite people, and the best photographer a bride could ask for.

Brittany is a true gem. We had our engagement photos done with Brittany and it was like spending a magical afternoon with an old friend. My husband is not comfortable in front of the camera, and she took some of the best photographs with us that we've had to date. I also love that she was more than happy to accommodate our request to photograph where we met: The University of Texas. Brittany has a true gift and I'm so happy she chose to share it with the world. She is both a jewel of a photographer and overall person. I just adore her immensely.

I got married on 8/12/17 and Brittany was my photographer for bridals, boudoir, and wedding photos. This girl's talent is INCREDIBLE. All of the photos turned out perfectly and she takes the time to get to know you and learn what things you care about capturing. She is easy to get along with and I have yet to find a photographer that delivers better quality. She can make any lighting look beautiful and takes so much personal interest in her brides. She has a wedding planning background so she is very detail oriented and was available for advice when I had a quick question about that kind of stuff since we did not have a planner aside form our day-of coordinator. If I could give Brittany 1000 stars on here I would, and I would choose her every time if I had to do it all over again!
