I would give zero stars if that was an option. We trusted Brittany to take photos of our special day and it was a disaster. Nobody should have to endure what we went through when y...

ou’re paying someone to take photos of your wedding day. I had a similar experience to the other reviewer, I got so many texts full of excuses about why I wasn’t getting my photos. Above that she kept breaking promises of her timeline. Photos looked unedited and didn’t get close to the quantity we paid for. The final product was far from adequate with about 30 photos of my flowers and 1 of me and my bridesmaids. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and use her. We paid her for a service she barely delivered and became hostile and aggressive when we continued to ask her to give us our photos. All and all terrible!!!

Truly awful experience. I received my engagement photos late, Brittany did not show up to my house on time on the day of my wedding, and wedding photos arrived 8 months after the w...

edding (after many requests that were met with a variety of excuses/lies about it already being sent"). Our wedding album was extremely messy, looked like it was edited on an iphone, tons of repeat pictures, nothing was organized, not even close to the 500 photos we paid for. I spoke to many other brides who experienced the same thing. It is just so sad to me and I hope Brittany does not victimize any other brides/grooms. No one should need to go through the stress we experienced.
