I worked with Brittany to describe a scene that would capture the faces of all of our grandparents who were present at the wedding, and she blew us away with how much the painting actually looked like each person in our family. Other live event artists I had researched and spoke with did not have that same quality, the paintings were almost abstract and there was no detail in the faces whatsoever. However, Brittany was able to do that for us. Afterall, a wedding is such a personal and special day for two families joining together, so it was important to me to have the people in the painting recognizable and easy to identify for the sake of it becoming an heirloom. This was hands-down the PERFECT gift. We surprised our parents and they absolutely loved it. We even asked Brittany to paint another portrait of our ceremony for the groom's parents and she did an amazing job. Our guests LOVED it and it brough such a unique element to our wedding, while playing tribute to both of our parents and grandparents. It added a level of elegance and class to the event. But most importantly the investment was well worth it, as it will be a very special heirloom to be passed down from generation to generation. I definitely think Brittany's work stands out from many other artists. Even the groom's mother and grandmother, who are artists were blown away by how quickly she painted at the event, and how good she was in that everyone looked EXACTLY like they did in person, including our room, decor, etc. She even worked with me after the wedding to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. She was a pleasure to work with. I wish I could get this as a gift for all my friends getting married! It was an amazing experience!
