My husband and I rented chairs for our wedding ceremony and everything went smoothly. From the great prices to clear communication to timely drop off and pickup we were happy we booked with Taylor Rental.

While Taylor Rental is one of the cheapest options around, customer service on the day before our wedding was not ideal. I had spoken with the events coordinator several times before to explain we were coming in from out of town and needed the tables and chairs in the morning. She originally gave me a large window stating the tables and chairs would arrive by 1PM. I explained we needed them earlier and she said she would make sure we were first on the delivery list. When the day before the wedding arrived, we called two separate times in the morning for an estimated delivery time and all she could tell me was that it would be before 1PM. She then stopped answering our phone calls. Our caterer could not finish their setup because the tables and chairs had not arrived. The equipment finally arrived at 1:20PM, which was not only late based on her estimate, but also we were clearly not placed first on their delivery list. The drivers were rude and did not place certain equipment where it was supposed to be. Our caterers and friends and family ended up having to move equipment around. Extremely dissatisfied in Taylor Rental and definitely would not recommend them.

I rented chairs from Taylor rental in Warren, OH. When the chairs were picked up they were planning on giving us dirty chairs. We asked that they clean the chairs before we take them. They resolved the issue but we had to sit and wait while they cleaned the chairs. The chairs were nice and decently priced, I just thought they should have been cleaned before we picked them up.

I had a hard time finding many options in Northeast Ohio for renting tablecloths for our wedding reception. I gave 4 stars for value because I have no basis for comparison. Taylor Rental had a WIDE selection of colors; they were beautifully pressed and held up very well. It was about $13.00 per round tablecloth to rent and a little more for the rectangular tablecloths, BUT we picked them up on Friday morning and didn't have to return them until Monday for no extra charge. We also rented some vases and bar-top tables. They put everything in the car for us when we picked up and took it out of the car when we dropped off. Meredith, the party coordinator, was efficient, helpful and always prompt in returning calls or emails. No hidden costs, very straightforward. I highly recommend Taylor Rental!
