Broadway Jake surprised us around every turn! As he stated we clearly did not read our contract because we were in awe with all the fun details he brought to our day. Dancing on clouds, cold sparks exit, the amazing mirror photo booth, every single touch was a hit with the guests and us! He also did not miss a beat with our playlist. My dream was to have the dance floor packed all night long and his playlist delivered! Thank you so much for making our day so special.

Jake and his team were absolutely amazing! They single handedly brought the fun to our wedding! I really appreciated the communication beforehand and how I was able to pick as many songs as I wanted. I couldn’t speak more highly of them!

Broadway Jake Productions was on the "recommended vendors" list the venue provided me, and I am so glad they did. I had no idea where to start. I was thrilled with Jake and his crew! Jake offers more than just the DJ service you can also add a sweet mirror photo booth which provides the photos instantly via text message and copies are printed right on the spot. This was a huge hit at the wedding, and it is not a bulky setup like some other photo booths are. I was provided a flash drive at the end of the night so I have everyone's photos. You can also add the smoke/cloud feature for your first dance and of course sparks! Jake's years of experience showed. I thought I was being difficult trying to time songs down to the SECOND but he always assured me it was no problem, we can do whatever you want. With the chaos of the wedding day and pre-ceremony events, Jake was a calm presence and everything went off without a hitch!

We hired Jake as both our DJ and Officiant and he more than exceeded our expectations, After the wedding every single guest mentioned how on top of things and how organized Jake was and we agree. As a officiant he had made us feel so comfortable and took care of details that we didn't even think about he also went out of his way to make sure everything throughout the night went smoothly making announcements and rounding up people for us so we didn't have to. Jake was also our DJ and our guests enjoyed every second of the dance portion of the evening thanks to him the dance floor stayed full. We are so appreciative to have had Jake play such a key role on our big day, I would HIGHLY recommend his services to everybody and anybody he is so amazing at what he does and he WILL NOT disappoint! Jake and his staff were so amazing!! Weddings can be stressful but they made everything run perfect so there was NOT AN OUNCE of stress. I don't think I can truly say enough to describe how wonderful this company is and professional but if you need a DJ, please stop looking and book DJ Jake!! Jake went above and beyond for our wedding! I couldn’t have picked a better DJ. He is so honest, kind, and reliable. I can’t rave enough about him and his team. He made sure to check in with us every step of the way & was very responsive. We asked him to make our playlists besides a couple must have songs and WOW, he made our playlist based on us and NAILED IT. The fog and pyrotechnics were a showstopper, and went so smoothly. My dear friends Jake, Violet and Miriam really made everything special for us. From setting up chairs, archway, and music on the beach to the photo booth and first dance on the cloud, to the sparkler exit at the end of the night, they took our breath away! They made it so easy to put everything together. Jake helped us pick music that suited our vibes which made for not only a gorgeous ceremony and first dance, but kept the party rocking the whole way through. Our guests had the most amazing time and were blown away by everything they had to offer! Jake even helped me put a track together so I could sing part of our first dance to Scott! We couldn’t be happier with this amazing crew. I have personally worked with this team, and let me tell you, you have NO idea how much they do until you do it yourself, and they are true rockstars!

Jake was amazing for our wedding. Everyone was out on the dance floor and raved to us about how great the DJ was. He had an active role in helping our planners coordinate everything and it all went so smoothly. He listened to our requests, and used at least 90% of the music from the list we gave him. We truly believe he is a big part of why our reception went so well!!

Jake was our DJ for our Wedding at the Doubletree in Myrtle Beach on 7/11/2022. We could not be happier with our choice! This was a destination wedding so we did not even meet him until after our wedding ceremony. He took total control of the night and managed the timing of the speeches, cake cutting, dances, sparklers, etc, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. The dance floor was never empty!! The mirror photo booth, dancing on the clouds, and sparklers were so much fun! All of our guests were amazed by it all! We truly believe that our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was if Jake was not our DJ. We highly recommend you hire Jake for your next event. You will be so happy that you did!

Miriam was the best DJ we would have asked for!!! She kept the party going all night, played the music we requested as well as the best dance music. She was able to work around our musical preferences while keeping the party going. We were beyond happy with our night! Biggest kudos to Miriam.

Though Broadway Jake didn't DJ our wedding and reception, his associate, Miriam did and she was AWESOME in every way. Easy to work with and adaptable to every last-minute change I wanted to make. She new exactly what to do for any given situation, even assisting the maid of honor with a necklace mishap. Would hire Broadway Jake and his staff a million times over.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I could write a novel for how great Jake and his team are. We got the package with spark machines, first dance cloud, and photo booth. I would have never thought to have these items. They were STUNNING! Our guests raved about everything. He also was the officiant and nailed everything we wanted. The whole Crew of different vendors worked well together. Jake is exceptional at his job and helped create the absolute most perfect day of my life!!

Absolutely the best DJ! Jake knows how to engage ALL the guests at the wedding. Jake was able to get everyone up and dancing all night! And he had no problem accommodating our Irish music and even a special Father’s Day father/daughter dance. Everyone still talks about what an excellent time they had. Jake was fantastic to work with- responded to emails very quickly, made everything super easy for us, and was a pleasure to talk to via phone. He gives you a wedding guide to fill out to ensure you have songs that you want to hear played at your wedding, which we loved! We ended up booking his partner, Miriam because we had to postpone our wedding. Miriam was amazing! Everyone had a blast at our reception. We are huge Clemson fans and we had an entire section of very specific Clemson songs and she absolutely nailed it. She was also so sweet and took pictures of us when we did a “last dance” (our photographer was downstairs getting ready for our send off). I HIGHLY recommend booking Jake or Miriam for your wedding or any event!

Jake has it all and more! The absolute best! He went above and beyond he's DJing responsibilities which were flawless. He coordinates and works directly with the venue to make the night absolutely perfect. He's extremely professional and personable and made us feel like his own special friends. He deserves more than 5 stars! We would and will book him for any event we have in the future.

The BEST experience anyone could ask for! Jake done our wedding and was absolutely amazing. Not only did he DJ our wedding but he pretty much coordinated the entire event from ceremony to the sparkler send off at the end of the night. So much more than a DJ! Not to mention his top of the line equipment, display and lighting! The photo booth, pyro and dance on the cloud was some of my favorite events of the night. If you go with anyone other than Jake you are shorting yourself the experience of a life time!

Everyone we have talked to following our wedding has said how wonderful and beautiful it was, and what a fantastic DJ and Music we had. Jake was truly a pleasure to work with and was so accommodating for our ever changing New Years Eve wedding. He ended up bringing two set ups due to the nature of our evening, and we were worried how this would flow, but he made it work flawlessly!! Jake and his staff were amazing. I was able to customize every single song for the day.... he helped when needed. Most of all, we were so impressed with him coming to the rehearsal to help us do the walk through and he assisting us with the flow and timing of the wedding. We enjoyed the flow of the music and energy of that night. We also had a Photo Booth that Jake offered and it was so awesome! He brought tons of props and everyone loved it.... we also loved getting the flash drive with all the photos which were so great!! We couldn't recommend Jake more.... we loved having him and would choose him again in a heartbeat!

The music that Miriam provide is beyond any words that I can put together plus helping with keeping everything in order was above and beyond. She was well verse with Spanish music which was a must for our wedding, everyone was over the moon with the music and all the events, thank you so much.

Jake was an absolute highlight of our wedding!! Jake and his team lit up our reception and it was a joy to have him at our wedding. My (now) husband and I were both astounded and so happy with the skill, helpfulness and kindness of Jake! We could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for a wedding DJ. Since we were an out of town couple, we wanted to find a full-service DJ that could check all our boxes and Jake was absolutely the right choice. Jake did our pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music! Our favorite part of the night was at the very end when our guests went outside, to do a sparkler exit, Jake played one more song just for us. It was the perfect way to end a perfect day and we can’t thank Jake enough for being apart of our day!

DJ Jake came highly recommended. After booking with him he sent us an email conformation with the layout of the reception so we really knew what to expect. We got to pick our own songs and customize as much as we wanted. Jake came into the bridal suite to run through the wedding party introductions so everyone was on the same page with where to go. We asked for the family to be introduced from their tables..no problem! He made announcements as the night went on so guests knew when it was time to dance, when to eat, what the bride and groom were doing (example stepping out to take pictures) just so our guests knew. The mirror photo booth was a huge hit! You can get a flash drive too with all of the pictures that were taken. Our first dance was dancing on the cloud. So cool! Everyone loved the reception as did we. Anything we asked Jake to do he did it. A sweet surprise was Jake made us cd's of all of the music that was played so we can relive the night! You can't have a wedding dance reception without a DJ and we are very glad we picked DJ Jake!

I am so happy we went with Jake for our wedding day and I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. He knew exactly how to read the room and get people up and dancing all night long. We hired Jake for our North Myrtle Beach wedding on May 12, 2018 and we're so glad that we did! He is, not only an amazing DJ, but also a great guy! He is so enthusiastic about music and so are my husband and I. From the first time we met with him we knew we had the right fit. I seriously thought he and my new hubby were going to be laying down tracks together before we left the building. Better than 5 stars!!!!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin. One word to describe Jake, PERFECTION. He was so amazing my whole entire wedding experience from start to finish. When we first met, we just knew we all had a bond that was going to show on that dance floor, and it sure did. Jake was just on point with everything and our dance floor was full the ENTIRE night. He was there for us for our rehearsal and guided us through the whole wedding. Best taste in music and knew exactly how to keep the party going. I wanted to thank Jake for not doing just a wonderful job at our son and new daughter's wedding . But going above and beyond. My son and I chose to do our mother son dance to a dedication to my father who is no longer with us. The music was a group of sons mashed together. But 30 minutes before the wedding the songs wouldn't work. Jake and my husband raced home to our house and Jake was able to fix the problem. The dance was a success, and memories were made. I have never been to a wedding where the dance floor was full the whole night. Guest are still complimenting on how much fun and wonderful the wedding was. I can't say enough about DJ Jake!! My daughter was married at Ocean Isle Beach, but lives in Colorado, so much of the planning was done via email. Jake was was absolutely the best - he attended the wedding rehearsal and ran it as well, he was extemely professional, friendly, upbeat - he had the party going all night. He even organized the sparkler send off by giving direcitons on how to light your sparklers and where to stand!! Very detail oriented, I wouldn't hesisitate to recommend DJ Jake to anyone!! DJ Jake is one of my favorite vendors that was a part of my wedding day! DJ jake promised me that I was in good hands from the music selection process, to being at my rehearsal, to making sure everyone knew what they were doing for the ceremony and reception, and making sure that everything went as smooth as possible the day of my wedding. I was obviously skeptical that someone could provide this level of service at such an amazing price. DJ Jake 100% does everything he promises!!! My bridal party was impressed with how he attended our rehearsal and lined everyone up and gave us all the run down of how it will go the next day. He played everything we asked him to play- and had our guests dancing the minute he opened up the dancefloor til the minute the reception ended. He provided amazing lighting that looked beautiful. He broke out my glow sticks for the guests that I had completely forgotten about without me even asking him prior to the reception. His microphone/equipment works great--Guests complimented that they were able to hear the officiant and my husband and I during the ceremony (out by the windy beach). Who knows what behind the scenes things he did to make things go right during the reception. He essentially eliminated my need for a day of coordinator. Also, he gives you CDs of your wedding music at the end of the night, which has been awesome listening to. If you are getting married in myrtle beach you have to call DJ Jake, I couldn't imagine a different DJ at our wedding!!

Wow, Jake made my wedding day! He is truly wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to make your wedding day personal, stress-free, and organized. Jake helped to organize the ceremony and reception and came to the rehearsal to finalize everything. He is extremely professional and provides such a fun atmosphere. To the lighting and personalized playlist the dance floor was packed. My husband and I had a blast and would strongly recommend working with him and his staff. Jake is absolutely AMAZING! We chose 50% of the music for our wedding and he helped with the rest and our guest LOVED our reception. On top of it, he came to the rehearsal the night before and greeted our families and made us feel at home immediately. My husband and I are band directors so music is a HUGE part of lives. We were so nervous about the music part but oh my goodness! Jake blew us both away! He is the best!

My daughter and son-in-law hired Broadway Jake for their recent wedding at Wachesaw Plantation and we couldn't have been any happier! He was organized, very professional and everyone had so much fun! The dancefloor was filled the entire time! I don't think the bride and groom ever sat down ...they had a great time dancing with family and friends. The bridal toss and other activities were conducted with ease, enthusiasm and welcome participation from the entire crowd. BEST DJ IN THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA!!! Jake was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He was so incredibly professional, organized, and talented!!! My husband and I couldn't have been happier with his services. We have been to weddings before where the DJ was obnoxious, talked the entire time, was too loud, etc...Jake was the EXACT OPPOSITE of this! He was honestly perfect. So professional. I loved that we were able to create our own playlist of songs (this playlist allowed us to choose a song for every moment/event!), but Jake also played different songs that were not on our playlist during the dancing portion of the night, according to the mood of the crowd. True talent! Everyone danced the entire night and had so much fun because of Jake!!! Jake also provides his own lighting and this made the room look so BEAUTIFUL, soft, eloquent, and matched our "blush" wedding colors perfectly. This color looked gorgeous in photos, too. Don't look anywhere else for your wedding DJ! Jake was absolutely amazing. He did everything we wanted and then some. He was there at our rehearsal to help organize the ceremony, he had or got any music we wanted, and did things we wanted before we even had to tell him. He had 3 different set ups for our wedding - one on the beach for our ceremony, one for cocktail hour, and one for the reception. Nothing was ever a problem for him, or was an extra charge. On top of all that, the music was AMAZING! Everyone at the wedding said he was the best wedding DJ they have ever heard. He kept the party going all night. We gave him a list of songs we wanted to hear for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception and he let us customize it as much as we wanted. We picked our ceremony music, but gave him some discretion to mix up the cocktail hour and reception music which was a great idea because he made it even better. I would not recommend you even look at anyone else. He was perfect.
