We truly cannot thank Emma enough for the incredible job she did in making our special day absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. Her calm demeanor, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance gave us such peace of mind during the entire planning process—and especially on the big day. Thanks to her leadership and organization, every detail came together seamlessly. We were able to fully enjoy every moment, knowing that she had everything under control. Her presence behind the scenes made all the difference, and it’s safe to say the day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Hiring Emma was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day! Emma is kind, efficient, and highly professional. She took the time to thoroughly understand our vision for the day - timeline, decor, setup, etc. When I walked into our reception space, I was speechless. Her vision (and small tweaks/additions to decor) truly elevated the space. HIRE EMMA, you won’t regret it!!!

I worked with Emma for my wedding in May of 2022 and she was our day of set up coordinator. I met with her prior to the wedding to review all the details because I had a specific vision in mind, but we only had the venue for three hours before the ceremony so I couldn’t be present to help. Emma was highly organized, listened to everything I had asked for, and was comfortable directing my friends and family that came to help. She was so dedicated to making sure our day went well that she offered to stay longer to help coordinate our ceremony entrance. My husband was skeptical about hiring help for set up, but later asked her to stay longer because he saw how worth it it had been to have her coordinating. The experience with Emma also convinced my SIL to get a day of coordinator for her wedding and my BIL to also book with Emma’s company for their wedding later this year. I would highly recommend hiring her for your big day! She is invested in making your wedding vision come true and has the skills to make it happen.

Emma did a fantastic job leading up to and on the day of our wedding. She quickly took control of the organization and details for the wedding day. Not only did she ensure the day was good to go but at the end of the night, she made sure everything was cleaned up and accounted for. We are truly so happy and thankful to have had her as our coordinator, making our wedding day go so smooth and perfect!

We used Emma for our daughter’s day of planner and couldn’t have been more happy. She was extremely professional and also very caring. A perfect mix. Emma worked great with all of our vendors and made the entire day run smoothly. Anything we needed she swooped in and made it happen.
