There are alot of hair & makeup teams in Kansas City but there is something that makes bronzed & blushed different. They don’t have a “look” that they do on all of their brides. They ask you what you want every step of the way. My biggest thing was I didn’t want to look like a completely different person on my wedding day, I wanted a natural glam look & Brigid killed it!! It was perfect & exactly what I wanted! Not only did I love them but my whole wedding party, mom & grandma just felt so heard & beautiful by their team. They care about their work & want to make you love it.

I came to Bronzed and Blushed after a negative experience with another company. I wish I would have gone with Bronzed and Blushed from the start! I can’t express how happy I was with Brigid and her team. I cannot say enough kind things about Brigid. She asked me for feedback every step along the way of my trial and helped me come to a perfect look for my wedding day. I had a few ideas for what I wanted my hair to look like but I wasn’t really sure. Brigid took a look at my inspiration photos and made my vision come alive perfectly. I appreciated how personable Brigid was. It was clear that she wanted me to be happy with my look and was there to make sure I got what I wanted. I gave Brigid a little bit of feedback for a few tweaks for the day of the wedding for my hair and make up and she incorporated them seamlessly. On the day of the wedding Brigid and Kendall were absolutely wonderful and got all the gals hair and make up done with time to spare. The moms and bridesmaids all looked beautiful and seemed very happy with their hair and makeup. I never felt rushed and I truly enjoyed spending time with Brigid and Kendall. After having my hair and makeup done for most of the day. Both were essentially perfect at the end of the night after a long night of dancing. I received so many comments on my hair and makeup and I never felt more beautiful. I also appreciated getting full size lip products for touch ups the day of! Both the gloss and lipstick are now my favs! I also got a spray tan with Brigid. While this can be an awkward experience, Brigid made sure I was comfortable. My tan looked gorgeous and natural, both after the trial and for the wedding. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brigid and Bronzed and Blushed. As I said, I have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day, much in part due to Brigid. I highly highly recommend Bronzed and Blushed!

Brigid and her team are AMAZING! I’ve used Bronzed and Blushed for a number of reasons - with my bridal clients AND personally. Through both experiences I can say with confidence that Brigid and her team are professional, personable, and amazing at their jobs. They are always willing to listen to the client and make adjustments to hair and makeup according to what they want for their overall look, be that during trials and on the day of a major event/wedding. They are also very timely! As a wedding planner, I have great appreciation for hair and makeup artists that stick to the timelines and communicate well when there are hiccups (because those are often inevitable 😉). On a personal level, Brigid is just about the most kind and warm person, which is big because her job requires a lot of “up close and personal” interaction. Brigid and her team did such an amazing job getting me and my girls ready at the Lowe’s! With 15 girls getting hair/make up, they were so efficient and did such an amazing job! I felt so beautiful on my special day because of them!

When I first met Brigid, I told her that one of my biggest concerns for my wedding day was the environment with my girls the morning of the wedding. I have been in rooms where the beauty team positively adds to the morning and I have also experienced negative energy from the beauty team. I wanted to ensure that my entire bridal party loved how they looked and got along with all of the stylists. I remember sitting in the chair on my wedding day looking around at all of my best friends laughing and smiling with the stylists in the chair. They made all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup inspiration come to life and they all looked absolutely stunning! Now onto Brigid - the queen herself! When I first went into my trial with Brigid I walked in as a stranger and left as a friend. She genuinely has the brightest and most amazing personality. I remember feeling so excited to see her and spend time with her the morning of our wedding! She saw my vision and made it come to life. I genuinely have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and as a bride that is all you can ask for! Brigid also did the same for my mom. My mom had a lot of anxiety involving her makeup because she doesn't wear much makeup. Brigid calmed her nerves at her trial and my mom absolutely loved her look on our wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Bronzed + Blushed. Having a team who does full service with hair and makeup is such a bonus. I had 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 1 junior bridesmaids and two sister in laws who all got their hair and makeup done. The entire morning was so smooth and perfect. Choosing them for our wedding was one of the best decisions I made through the entire wedding planning process and I couldn't have been happier with their service.

Bronzed + Blushed is a 12/10. They provided the spray tans, the hair, the makeup and such a fabulous experience for my wedding and bridal party. Every single person loved their makeup (that never happens, someone has always been fixing it in the bathroom at other weddings) they crushed it. Our hair was all so pretty and held so well! I didn't realize that Hair + Makeup would be the ones I spent the most time with on my wedding day. It was so peaceful and happy and fun the whole morning! HIRE THIS TEAM!!

Working with Bronzed and Blushed was the absolute best! Brigid did my hair and make-up for my engagement, bridal trial and then on the big day and nailed it each time. SHe listened to exactly what I wanted but also provided professional advice along the way. Her and her team showed up right on time and were so positive and bubbly it helped take a lot of the stress out of the day. They were even able to get me and 15 others done earlier than scheduled which was so appreciated. As a bride I also received full sized lipstick and lip glass so I could reapply throughout the night. The most incredible team EVER. Brigid is absolutely amazing and so was her whole team. I went into the process of finding my hair and makeup team cautiously, having had some bad experiences as a bridesmaid before. Brigid was incredible during the trial, listening to my concerns and how I wanted to feel during the day. She helped me articulate the vibe I was going for and nailed the exact look I was going for- my hair outlasted a rainstorm thanks to her! She and her team did my look + hair and makeup for 9 others and we were never behind schedule but also didn't have to start ridiculously early- her team was just a well-oiled machine! I could not recommend them more highly!

We had 3 bridesmaids, my mom, and myself getting both hair and makeup done for my wedding. Everyone looked stunning! I absolutely LOVED my wedding hair and makeup so much I didn’t want to wash it away. If you want to feel heard, taken care of, stress-free, and BEAUTIFUL (important, right?!) on your wedding day - Brigid has got your back!! The bridal party and mothers were all so happy with their looks. The team worked some magic, as our makeup stayed on all day & night (in +90 degree humidity!!). Everyone loved the to-go lip kits, too. Brigid made me feel so confident and pretty on this special day - I truly do not know what I would've done without her :)

I was referred to this company by my wedding planner. I had experienced less than amazing makeup and hair from weddings I was in in the past. From the trial to the spray tans to the day of the wedding this team does it ALL! I was so thrilled with the services I received from the Bronzed and Blushed team. Our group did a spray tan party the evening before our rehearsal, this is hands down the best spray tan experience I have ever had, so golden NOT orange just beautiful. The wedding day was nothing less than fantastic! I opted to add the hair extensions and holy smokes my hair was epic! My makeup lasted until the next day because I had so much fun I fell asleep and woke up with everything still looking just as perfect as when I walked down the aisle. They arrived early, finished a little before we were supposed to be done and every single one of my girls said this team did the best makeup and hair they had ever had. I was nervous to get a spray tan. I'm not as skinny as I use to be. Brigid made me feel so confident. She put my anxiety at easy right away. My husband couldn't believe how natural the tan looked. I'm hooked from here on out. I would highly recommend this business.

I had Bronzed and Blushed for my wedding day hair and makeup and my bridal party’s makeup. I had booked them a year and 3 months in advance. We had a great 2 hour hair and makeup trial with Brigid with a perfect finished look. The morning of my wedding I received a text message that she was unable to make it because she needed to attend another wedding or event. Any bride to be or anyone who has gone through the stress of wedding planning can understand why this was upsetting, it’s your wedding day look for one and also because I went a little over budget because I really enjoyed her work online. She sent her second artist originally for the bridesmaids to the venue to do my hair and makeup along with another lady to the the bridesmaids who did forget to do a lot honestly for my bridal party. Such as only doing partial mascara or forgetting to do an eye or blush and things like that. For the amount they each paid they were frustrated as well.

Brigid and her team were absolutely amazing!!! First of all - she spent time with me during the trial run for my wedding hair and makeup to really create the look I wanted. I am pretty particular with both my hair and makeup so I was nervous about this part of the wedding day!! She even took before and after pictures so I could see the transformation and how the look photographed! Brigid was super comfortable and fun to be around (which is important on a nervous/excited wedding morning!) Her and her team were there at the venue on time and began working on our hair and makeup. Brigid is one of a kind! As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, Brigid made me feel so comfortable with talking through coverage, colors, and my vision during our trial. I especially loved the option to try a few different hair styles during the trial since I was torn whether to wear it up or down for my wedding day. On the wedding day, her team was on time with all their equipment - I didn't have to worry about a thing. I felt absolutely gorgeous and Brigid made sure my makeup was perfect. My daughter booked the Bronzed + Blushed team to provide the entire party with hair and makeup at the wedding venue. I honestly was apprehensive about having my makeup and hair done, I didn't want to be fussed over and didn't think I needed to have anything done. But they sat with me and listened to what I was thinking and I said I didn't want look unlike myself but I hoped to look nice. Wow, I can't even begin to share how many compliments I received at the reception. I felt very lovely and confident. I was so surprised at how wonderful the experience was. I met Brigid at a bridal event where she was doing a lash bar, and from the moment I met her I knew I had to use her for hair and makeup for my wedding day. She is so sweet and I was instantly comfortable with her and felt like she totally understood my vision for my wedding day. And I felt the exact same with every person I met on her team. Both my mom and I did a trial which was wonderful, but I came out of it unsure of my hair. I let Brigid know and she was so kind about it and she had me come in for a second trial to find a hairstyle I was totally in love with- it was perfect!! Where to even start??? Booking Bronzed + Blushed was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I am VERY particular about my makeup and I really wanted a glamorous look. Brigid took all the time with me to ensure I felt like the most beautiful bride ever! After our trial I was so excited to have the look come to life and I was even more impressed on the big day!! The Bronzed + Blushed team provided both makeup and hair at our venue . I had 14 people total in my party (huge, I know!!) and every single party member said over and over how they had never loved their hair and makeup that much!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Brigid and her team were so great to work with! At my trial we ended up adding both moms to get their make-up done for the wedding as well! They come with all the make up, chairs, and lights they need to help you look your best. As a bride you get to keep a full size lip color that they use for you on your wedding day (You can decide this color on your trial). Everyone gets eyelashes included and everyone else getting their make up done gets a small to-go version of their lip color. Brigid is so sweet, and so great at her job! She made everyone feel beautiful, including myself, and what else can you ask for before getting to marry your best friend! Everyone kept looking at themselves in the mirror. My mom kept saying how she didn't recognize the woman looking back at her because she felt so pretty; that alone made me so happy with my choice! I would definitely recommend Bronzed and Blushed for your make-up needs!

I would 100% recommend Brigid and her team as wedding makeup artists. When I met her for my makeup trial, I knew right away from her upbeat personality that she was exactly who I wanted to help me get ready on my most special day. And WOW, she and Gabby did an amazing job on my bridal party, mom, and mother in law. I remember the feeling I had looking in the mirror after my makeup was done- I felt so beautiful and confident. Brigid also gave me a full lipstick and gloss for the day, which was clutch, as I had my sister help me reapply several times through the day. I cannot say enough great things!

I would recommend the Bronzed and Blushed team for your make up needs for the big day. I worked with Madison and she went above and beyond to make sure my wedding make-up was on point. She made sure I loved everything about my make up before she left and even offered to return if I needed anything. They made the planning process so easy, which I really appreciated as an out of town bride. They were so flexible with their schedules and were able to make last minute appointments with me when I was in town. My bridal party also greatly enjoyed working with the B & B team and loved everything about their make-up. I would recommend them for any of your bride and bridal make up needs.

My daughter hired Bronzed and Blushed for wedding day makeup and it was a fabulous experience. The two ladies showed up early to set up so that the make up session started on time. They were professional, clean, and quick considering there were 7 of us getting our faces done. The ladies took the time to ask about your skin type and the way you envisioned your makeup for the day. At the end of your session they sent you away with a little container of lip color, lip gloss, and a lip brush for touch ups. The make-up lasted all morning, afternoon and evening. It looked as good at midnight as it did at 10am when it was applied. I would definitely hire them for another event and I highly recommend them.

I could never thank Brigid and her team for making my bridal party and I feel so glamorous the morning of our wedding. I felt truly, gorgeously beautiful at my wedding due to Brigid's fantastic work - I am not the most make-up savvy lady, I didn't know exactly what I wanted or needed, and was worried about feeling uncomfortable in professional makeup. But Brigid took the time to understand our vision for the day and came up with a beautiful plan during our consultation! I felt like I looked like myself, with all the right makeup enhancements to stand out in photos and last all day long! The same can be said for all the other ladies she and her assistant worked with - everyone was comfortable and stunning with their individual best features played up perfectly! Brigid was also a very relaxing presence the morning of and made me feel both pampered and at ease. She made a part of the day I was uncertain about into such an easy and wonderful experience!

I am so thankful to have had Bronzed and Blushed do my makeup and hair for my wedding day! From the beginning they were wonderful at getting back to me and answering all my questions. At my trial, Sarah and Macee made sure I absolutely loved how I looked, so that it would be perfect for my wedding day, and it was! In total, they did 10 girls’ hair and makeup, all within a few hours! It was fun and took so much stress off our morning. We all did regular makeup, no airbrush and it stayed perfectly all day! My hair also looked perfect with no need for fixing all day! I am very natural and simple when it comes to makeup and didn’t want to look too done up, Sarah did a fabulous job at making sure I still felt like I looked like me but did enough to make sure it still stood out beautifully in photos!

Brigid was the best! So easy to communicate with, and I felt like she really listened to and understood me when we developed my bridal makeup. Brigid also took the time to make me feel very comfortable with the entire process of having makeup done, as I had not worked with a professional makeup artist before. Brigid and her assistant were on right on time on the day of the wedding, and all of my girls loved the makeup process and how beautiful they looked by the end! I have already recommended Brigid to a friend, and will continue to recommend her (and, if I have the occasion to, hopefully work with Brigid) in the future!

I absolutely love Brigid from Bronzed & Blushed! She was so professional, and at the same time very comforting and amazing! We had quite a few bridesmaids so she also brought her partner and everyone looked beautiful. I have posted my picture from the wedding and got so many compliments including "stunning" and I know that was due to Brigid. The day of our wedding she arrived early and was all set up and ready to go. She made sure that I felt beautiful on my special day. I can't say enough great things about Brigid & her team! Bronzed & Blushed truly made me feel absolutely incredible on my wedding day! Brigid & her assistant, Madison, came out to our hotel suite bright and early the day of my wedding. They made me, my bridesmaids and my mom feel like royalty. To this day we still rave about them. I had a Catholic wedding and our makeup looked perfect from 8am until after midnight. It held up through many happy tears, taking pictures in the heat and humidity and a few hours spent on the dance floor. Not only is Brigid super talented, but she is also an incredible person! She has a true passion for what she does, and that passion is evident in her work as well as her relationships. I HIGHLY recommend Bronzed & Blushed! Brigid did a fantastic job on my wedding look! I absolutely loved it! My face was breaking out the night of my rehearsal and she knew exactly the products to use! My look lasted all night long and I never had to worry about the make up coming off! I highly recommend her.

Brigid did my wedding-day makeup in May, as well as a couple of my bridesmaids' and my mom's. She was phenomenal to work with! Her customer service was top notch, and she was just so kind in general and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants their makeup artist to really involve them in their look and take their concerns and priorities into consideration (I have problematic skin with some acne scarring and she met the challenge head-on!). I was worried that I would feel insecure on my wedding day, but she made me feel more beautiful than ever, and yet still like myself! I am so lucky that I found her.

Brigid and her associate were wonderful! She is a very skilled make up artist and is so sweet! Beginning at the trial she was very attentive and checked in along the way to make sure I liked what she was doing. I wouldn't say I'm very skilled at communicating how I want my make up done, but with the pictures I brought in she gave me exactly what I wanted. I had a few comments on the make up after I got home and she was very receptive, and by the time we got to my wedding day everything was beyond perfect. I was worried about finding someone to do the right makeup for this special day but as soon as I met Brigid, I knew I was in good hands. She really listened to what looks I liked and created the look I had imagined. I booked a spray tan with Bronzed & Blushed for my engagement photoshoot! It was my first time having one and I was a little nervous about how it would turn out, you've all heard horror stories of looking orange or way too dark. My photographer is actually who recommended Brigid. The tan experiment was awesome, quick and fun. The result was so natural and looked so nice in my pictures. I can't wait for my next event to get a spray tan :)

For my makeup trial, Brigid listened to my vision and created a look that perfectly captured my desire to look like an amped up version of my natural self. She did a wonderful job of working with my eye shape (hooded) and choosing colors that worked with my skin tone to make my eyes pop! I also got a spray tan and had her do my makeup for my engagement photos as well! The spray tan looked so natural and golden even on my fairer skin! And my makeup held up fabulously while my fiancé and I ran around Kansas City in the July heat!
