Phyllisann was truly an angel sent to help me and I couldn't be more appreciative. She was even willing to work with my budget! (which I've found to be very rare). Every other bouquet I found was extremely overpriced and wasn't nearly as beautiful. I had the wedding of my dreams because of her. She was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend her to anyone!
