The Brook Bound Inn is located in the heart of Southern Vermont's Deerfield Valley, a tranquil retreat that offers a perfect blend of serenity, natural beauty, and luxury accommodations. Set on 32 acres along the Cold Brook Stream, our Inn provides a peaceful, rural setting while being just a short drive from the charming towns of Dover and Wilmington, Vermont. This will be our first year hosting weddings at Brook Bound, and we couldn’t be more excited! My wife, Hope, and I, along with some close friends, were married here at Brook Bound this past summer and fall. Both weddings were beautiful, fun, and unforgettable experiences. After such wonderful memories, we decided to open our venue, the Brook Bound Inn, to other couples looking for a unique and special place to celebrate. So far, we’ve hosted weddings in our scenic fields, with the breathtaking backdrop of Haystack and Mt. Snow Ski Mountains. Receptions have taken place near our pool, creating an intimate and picturesque setting. Currently, we’re offering the venue as a complete package that includes lodging at a fixed price, though we are happy to customize the experience to suit your needs. Our main lodge offers seven individual rooms of varying sizes, along with multiple common areas perfect for gathering. In addition, we have a cabin and carriage houses, which are private, standalone buildings separate from the main lodge. Our recently renovated rooms and suites feature modern amenities in a variety of settings, including the main lodge, a Rustic Cabin, and the Carriage House. Enjoy easy access to nearby ski resorts, hiking trails, fly fishing, kayaking, and more. With a large swimming pool, outdoor fire pit, and sports court, there's no shortage of ways to unwind and connect with the outdoors at the Brook Bound. Owners Brook Bound Inn

We purchased the Brook Bound Inn in July of 2023! Hope previously worked as a vet technician and Jake worked in sales for industrial automation products across the New England region. We both decided to change our career paths and focus on raising a family together! In Spring of 2024 Jake and Hope were the first to be married at the Brook Bound Inn! We are happy to now open our property to others looking to have their dream wedding!

The Brook Bound Inn was the PERFECT place to have our wedding. We rented the whole venue so all our family and friends could stay on site. Every one of our guests absolutely loved ...

their rooms and the venue. There were so many compliments on how beautiful and perfect the venue was. Jake and Hope are absolutely wonderful hosts and we will forever be grateful for their hospitality. Jake drove the tractor to and from the ceremony and everyone loved it. The fall foliage was stunning! It was truly a perfect fall wedding. My husband and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect wedding venue. We are even thinking of having our family reunions here. If i had to choose a venue again, I would choose The Brook Bound Inn.

helped with so much! He helped with vendors as well and just really made our day perfect! I really loved that all of our guests got to stay on site the whole weekend and enjoy all the amenities that the inn has to offer! So thankful we found Brook Bound Inn and looking forward to many more visits up to Vermont !

iculously groomed grounds, and the beautifully appointed rooms, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating anticipating and meeting every need for the weekend. A Rehearsal Dinner by the pool, ceremony under the arbor and reception in the pavilion made for an incredible wedding event. Thank you Jake and Hope for a wedding to remember.

e Inn for two nights and absolutely loved the pool, pickle ball and padel courts, and the firepits. It felt like a home away from home and a place where we could all relax and enjoy time together. Many of us stayed several nights beyond the weekend and didn’t want to leave. We loved using the main kitchen, the grill, and the large refrigerator to keep our whole group well fed for the duration of our stay. We used the dining room and the common areas for game night and we made smores around the fire. We did yoga on the pickleball court. We had a wonderful “rehearsal dinner” by the pool, complete with karaoke. And the wedding itself was spectacular. A special ceremony on the grounds under the handmade arbor, followed by a lovely cocktail hour on the lawn, then a reception under the beautiful pavilion. Jake and Hope could not have done more to make us feel welcome and make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The accommodations, the grounds, the amenities, and the hospitality were all first class. Do not hesitate to book the Brook Bound!!!

uch a bonus having our friends and family stay at the inn too and have everyone in the same place for the weekend. All buildings, the cabin, carriage house, and inn are extremely nice and well taken care of. In addition to the room accommodations, the common area kitchen, lounge areas, outdoor pool, fire pit, and padel sport court are awesome. Jake and Hope are extremely great to work with. They’re very responsive and professional. I felt that they genuinely cared about making our wedding special! The scenery at Brook Bound Inn is breathtaking, the location is perfect, and the accommodations are top notch. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

others in view were breathtaking and the weather was perfect. Management was extremely helpful with getting our bookings aligned, we had family coming in at different times throughout the week and they accommodated everybody perfectly. More than enough rooms and beds for both my family and hers to stay right on site and plenty of other places for more guests to stay minutes away (just none of them as beautiful as Brook Bound!!). They also had super friendly staff that you barely even knew when they were there, and great recommendation's for all the other vendors we needed (tent rental, food/catering, photography, etc). My wife and I plan to make a return trip every fall to just relive a taste of how perfect everything was!!
