Right off the bat the customer service was amazing, Bree and Sarah were so helpful & kind. Sarah helped me try on many dresses as well as help me choose. Very good selection of dresses compared to other places I went to. Definitely recommend checking them out they’re newly opened give them a try!!

Highly recommend Brooke and Bre Bridal for your daughters special day! They accommodated a big group and met us with yummy mimosas. Amy was fun, made our daughter feel special and beautiful, and provided a variety to choose from. We couldn’t have dreamt up a better day❤️❤️We left once 99.9% sure she found her dress but we wanted to keep our appointment at another local place . We returned after closing time which the staff willingly obliged us and She saidYes to the first dress she tried on which was the one that brought us all to tears!!!

Amy was AMAZING!! Hands down, service is the best in town from the lady greeting when you walk in to the owner, and all other ladies who work there. The employees even know me by my name when I call. They not only helped me find the PERFECT dress but my bridesmaids dresses are also perfect! It didn't seem like just an appointment, it was an experience! Go to Brooke and Bre, they will make it happen!

My experience with these lovely ladies couldn't have been any better!!! I flew in from Wisconsin so that I could Wedding dress shop with some of my favorite people. I had booked an appointment at another boutique in Tyler before this appointment, and was not impressed. Brooke & Bre Boutique was FABULOUS! They included all of my friends and my 8 year old and 10 year old daughters in the decision making. Making everyone feel important! They even allowed me to put on a "Prank" dress and take pictures for my Fiancé. I cant thank you enough for making this experience the best! I FOUND MY PERFECT DRESS!!! Also, They threw in the shipping of my dress to Wisconsin for free! If you are looking for the best quality dresses and for an experience to remember, YOU MUST GO HERE BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE IN TYLER!! Thank you girls!!

Amy was absolutely amazing! I called in with zero confidence in finding the perfect dress for my wedding just a month away, she got me in the next day, and definitely restored my confidence! We came in from out of town looking for a wedding dress, they were so helpful with alterations and gave us many dresses to look at! Shelly was so helpful and gave us many ideas! Everyone at Brooke and bre are super nice and very helpful! They helped me find a perfect dress!!

I feel in love with a dress here. They have good selection. But they insisted on ordering a size smaller than I wanted. When it didn’t fit, the fixed the mistake BUT first they pinched my sides and pointed out problem areas on my body instead of considering there might be an issue with the dress. Regardless of whose fault it was- that should NEVER be done to anyone in their wedding dress. The alterations seamstress they contract with is a DREAM! She was so positive and helped fix everything. Definitely use her!
