She was so kind to meet with us before our wedding to walk the venue with us and help me search for a specific photo spot I was looking for. We got married at the Carlsbad Windmill so we were a few minutes from the beach and were really hoping to capture a few beach photos on wedding day. After previewing the venue with us she met us at the beach, battled beach parking, and walked along the beach to help us find the perfect spot. On the day of the wedding she showed up early and was so incredible- so many of our guests commented on how great our photographer was! She worked so hard to create the best detail photos, get us all of the shots we were hoping for and more, and kept the flow moving so well so we were totally on top of our timeline!! We never felt stressed for time because we knew Brooke was on it. She hussled the entire day and has the best energy!! Afterward she sent us SO many photos!! The favorites and so many more! She even sent us an engraved USB drive with all of our photos and a bunch of prints. She has also sent us an app with our photos for easy downloads and sharing. She went above and beyond the entire way and we are so grateful we chose Brooke!! She is the best!!

xcellent at capturing our moment, but she also did a great job at posing us and telling us what to do afterward when we took more photos. Having had very little experience with professional photos, we have been lost without her guidance and confidence. Brooke is a great communicator, super friendly, funny, ambitious, and creative. She was willing to jump on rocks to get the perfect angle or hide in the sand until the big question was asked. To our best surprise and excitement, she was even able to get us a few sneak peeks the day of our engagement so we could share with family and friends. This was followed by so many great photos that brought many tears and smiles to our faces. It is evident that Brooke is very intentional with her edits, picture selection, and she strives to get her clients the best photos as soon as possible. My fiancé and I are getting married on the East Coast and are very tempted to fly her out to take photos for our wedding! SHE IS THAT GOOD! We would absolutely recommend to anyone for any occasion and would love to work with her again.

One of my favorite aspects was all of the photos of guests captured throughout the event, as that was a perspective we as as a busy couple didn't get to see too much of. I didn't think I'd have framed engagement and wedding photos all over my house, but with what Brooke delivered, I feel like I have to! In addition to her skills, Brooke's such a pleasure to work with. Her turnaround time was astounding. She's incredibly well-organized, very responsive, and she brought such an excited, vibrant energy to our day, even though she's probably seen similar events play out innumerable times. Her strong experience with weddings is apparent--I think our final timeline was actually based on her initial suggestions! She knows how to capture a variety of couple shots, efficiently work through family photos, and get the couple onto enjoying their reception together, all with a heap of memories to look through afterwards. Of course I feel lucky I found my partner, but we both feel lucky we found Brooke!

ecial. She was so personable and professional with our guests, that 3 months later we are STILL getting compliments on what a great photographer we had! We loved that Brooke focuses on the color and lighting around you to make the photos look as natural as possible, and we could tell she really knows her stuff! Brooke was so amazing, that not even 12 hours after our wedding was over, she had already sent us a sneak peek, and the photos were gorgeous, even without any major edits! She goes above and beyond with her clients and was just amazing to work with!

We opted for 7 hours of coverage with just Brooke, no assistant. In that time, Brooke was able to cover both the bridesmaids and groomsmen fully ready (pics of us getting hair/make-up done were not important to us), and all the important moments up until the cake cutting. We even got some great sunset and nighttime photos towards the end of her shift that didn't pull us away from the party for too long. Brooke told us she would be able to capture both the groom's expressions and the bride's during our ceremony without an assistant, and she did not disappoint! We even received a preview album of some of our best shots the very next day. For a great experience and quality photos, go with Brooke!

he job! She was completely professional and was able to take so many amazing pictures in such a stealthy way - we forgot she was there during the ceremony! She brought this great "camp counselor" style energy to our family photos portion, which was definitely needed to wrangle our family members for each photo while sticking to the timeline to get all our pictures before the sun set. She got us a few preview pictures the next day and had several back to us the following week with the our remaining pictures back within the next few weeks. She sent us everything in a special, personalized box with a few prints and a USB containing all our photos. We absolutely adored working with Brooke and cannot thank her enough.

ecially wanted a lot of family photos (and we had a large family between the two of us), and she did a great job of being friendly, but kindly hustling everyone to get the photos done in time. I loved how she had a form for us to fill out ahead of time with photos we definitely wanted taken, but she was also flexible during the wedding day to accommodate changes or anything else we wanted. Our highlight was the sunset photo! There wasn’t a great sunset that night (and we were running late), but she used her skills to magically create a beautiful sunset in the photo! Not sure how she did it, but it’s one of our favorite photos of the day! We loved working with Brooke and would highly recommend her for wedding photos!!!
