Between the advice, coordination and peace of mind we felt more comfortable and at ease having them with us every step of the way. I could not imagine planning and executing our wedding without them being involved. It was clear from the first meeting they put my wife and I first above all else. 11/11 graduating bride review I got married on 11.11.23 and I really really want to start my reviews with my wedding planner because my gosh I CAN NOT recommend her enough!! Brooke goes above and beyond to make sure your day, week, years (had her booked for 2+years lol) go so smooth you get to actually take in and enjoy the process. Along with her amazing team, I had monthly progress emails to help guide me along with to do’s for that month. Progress video chats also allowed us to touch base and iron out details together. I never felt pressured or rushed and their advice was so incredibly helpful. Then the big day came! I can’t express enough how calm I was from the moment I woke until the moment I went to bed that night (this is big coming from a perpetually anxious person my entire life). Her team helped with checklists, vendor coordination, timelines, decor setup and breakdown, day of text line, vip contacts and everything and anything in between. I just feel like if you can even have an initial consult with Brooke, DO IT. Above all else, she’s such a wonderful human! How can you beat that? The ladies at BVW were fantastic to work with for our small wedding. The BVW team was way more than just day-of coordinators. They organized several zoom meeting leading up to the big day that ensured us we were on the right track. They walked us through important timelines, asked the not so obvious questions, and recommended several vendors. It was great to have a sounding board with professionals who have done it before. Day of they were rock stars, we were truly able to enjoy our night knowing they were keeping us on schedule. They were professional and so kind to all of our guests. Picking a day of coordinator was a bit nerve racking but I'm so glad we decided to go with Brooke Voris Weddings.

What started as a thought for a "day-of" planner transformed into a beautiful relationship with personal and thoughtful guidance and incredible attention to detail. Brooke Voris and her team are absolutely wonderful!!! From a bride who initially felt pretty overwhelmed navigating this process, working with Brooke, Dana and Leah made all the difference. Their day-of coordination services were perfect for us since we didn't want to commit to full wedding planning. The format of their services - with several Zoom calls scheduled throughout the time leading up to the big day helped us feel like we were on track and not missing anything. Being able to talk to a "third party" who knows the industry about all the details and our thoughts was so helpful!! Brooke and Leah were absolute rockstars on the day of the wedding and made sure my husband and I had the best day... we actually got through all of our family photos early (which is crazy because my family is always running late lol). More importantly, they are just really kind, smart people who pick up on your vision for the day and your relationship and do everything they can to make sure you have an awesome day.

We could not have done it without Brooke and her entire team! Our wedding was in an old stone barn that was used for storage and needed alot of cleaning up. From day one of seeing the venue Brooke had a vision of our wedding day and gave us hope that we could make it happen, and we did all thanks to her! Her team did not miss a single detail and was great to communicate with. BVW exceeded my expectations and I can't thank them enough for making my special day one I will never forget.

We weren't entirely sure about a wedding planner at first but would do it all over again if we had the chance . If it's in your budget definitely don't hesitate. We didn't have to worry or think about one thing on our wedding day. Even at the end of the night, everything was packed up in our little wagon and we just left! Melissa, Dana and everyone at BVW thank you for all your help! Everyone was very friendly and professional. This was our first marriage so there was a lot about weddings we didn't know but they were so knowledgeable and could give their opinion without being pushy. We really appreciated that.

Booking with BVW was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. At first I didn't think I needed a coordinator and was determined to handle everything, but I quickly realized that I needed help! We found their day-of coordination package to be the best value compared to some others. They not only provide day-of coordination, but we met with them several times before the wedding day (including on-site), they provided templates to help with organization, and they answered any question we had within 24 hours. Dana and Melissa are incredible! I honestly do not know what we would have done the day-of without Melissa! Highly, highly recommend Brooke Voris Weddings!!

We can't say enough good things about Brooke and her team. They went above and beyond our expectations, helping from the very beginning. In the early stages, they helped us in our search for venues when we were WAY too busy with our jobs to spend time on that. They personally accompanied us to every venue visit, helped us ask the right questions, and eventually found us a perfect gem of a place that we never would have found on our own. We quickly learned that good communication is one of the most important things when dealing with any vendors, and their reliability-as well as honesty- put us at ease during a very stressful planning process. Special thanks to Dana for taking very diligent and thorough notes in our phone calls, and always replying to our questions quickly! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, their team really shined, and proved just how invaluable their role was. When I think of the amount of things we would have had to do by ourselves if we didn't have them- coordinating between vendors, tracking down contacts who are hard to get in touch with (saving us from hours of frustrating emails and phone calls), researching places to find the best price-points, the sheer amount of stuff hat needed keeping track of... it would have been chaos without them because we were both in over our heads with preparations as it was. Brooke was always a step ahead, asking us about things we did not even know we needed to think about, and her experience and advice helped prevent us from making bad planning decisions that we would not have thought about otherwise. On the day of the wedding, her calm presence and organization lifted such a huge weight for us- as stressed and busy as we were, half the things I'd been worrying about turned out to be totally fine or already taken care of. They showed up early and stayed late for setup and breakdown. They communicated with our parents and other wedding party members to make sure everyone was on the same page. They were attentive to our needs and quick to act in any situation. The day went perfectly and I was happier than I ever imagined I'd be. If you are thinking of saving costs by skipping a wedding planner, consider how busy your life already is, and the value of your own peace of mind over the coming year ahead of you. Wedding planning is a full time job in and of itself, and having someone working to alleviate the burden was the best planning decisions we made. I would recommend Brooke and her team to anyone- worth every dollar and more. They did an amazing job!

The entire Brooke Voris Team were amazing to work with throughout our wedding weekend and leading up to the big day. We were looking for additional coordination, planning and execution for our Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Funday event at a family property and they provided all the support we needed, in addition to the wedding day! From helping think through all the details, logistics, party prep, Julie and Dana helped bring our vision to life on Friday and Sunday, while Brooke and Dana were there every step of the way on the wedding day and helped to make everything go very smooth! I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for a fun, supportive, creative and talented team!

I initially thought I didn't need a wedding coordinator. I'm pretty organized, and our venue came with a coordinator. However, as we started getting closer to our wedding date, budget started going up, and I knew I wanted the day of to go off without any stress of the little details. Our venue coordinator was really only worried about the food and venue specific details. I wanted a team who cared about my vision coming to life day of, so I interviewed a few coordinators. Brooke's team just felt like the perfect fit. Our personalities matched, felt like I was talking to friends, and I knew just by the initial interview I wouldn't have to worry about a thing day of. I can't say enough about how fabulous Brooke and her team were on my wedding day(special shout out to Dana and Melissa who were there day of). They were my personal assistants all day long. They were my eyes and ears so I didn't have to stress. They went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and happy all day long. There are things you don't plan for on your wedding day, and those unplanned for things definitely happened on my wedding day. However, I didn't worry about a thing. When we were late to the venue because photos took longer than expected, they adjusted the timeline and kept moving. When we forgot our bouquets back at the hotel, Dana made a quick call to make sure they were on the next shuttle. When my feet were killing me, Brooke and Melissa literally taped cushion in my shoes. The list goes on and on. I can't thank them enough!!

Our day would not have gone as well as it did without Brooke and her team. We initially didn’t plan to hire a day-of coordinator, however as we got to a few months before our wedding we decided to reach out and thank goodness we did. I’m a type A person and was feeling anxious about the execution of our day. Brooke’s team swept in and put me totally at ease. They were SO thorough in learning about every single detail of our day from start to finish. They created a detailed schedule, stayed in touch with all of our vendors the week of, coordinated our rehearsal, came for an extensive site visit, ensured all of our décor was set up/moved as it should have been, worked with our venue coordinator to call the shots throughout the night, and so much more. They truly felt like our right hand and we were able to have total trust in them. If you’re on the fence about booking them, just do it!

Brooke Voris Weddings were amazing to work with. They helped me plan and coordinate the perfect wedding! I literally had no idea what ant next steps were and every time I opened my email I feel like I had gotten an update from them on what my next steps should be. Dana and Melissa were absolutely on top of everything and the biggest help ever! Not only we’re they the sweetest but they were very prepared, lost my hanger getting to the venue they had a pack of cute pearl hangers for back up! My hairspray went missing they pulled it right out of their bag! My bustle broke because of my husbands big goofy feet they were on the ground figuring out how to pin it all up to make it work for the rest of the night! I 10000% say to hire them you will definitely not be disappointed!! Thank you girls for everything it was perfect!

Brooke and her team helped me navigate multiple venue changes and didn’t hesitate when my fiancé and I decided to have on a wedding on our farm where we needed to bring in everything from soup to nuts (I’m talking bathrooms, ice, tent, tables, chairs). They pulled off the party of a century with food trucks, hay rides, horses, chickens and ducks, a live band, a two step and even an ice cream truck. They executed a perfect ceremony 40 minutes away, navigated a break period and managed to have the whole thing set up and ready to go before cocktail hour. They helped to create the barn wedding of my dreams and even when things got crazy they stayed calm cool and collected. I have never felt more relaxed and trusting than I was on my wedding day knowing this team had it under control. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

When we sought out Brook Voris Weddings we were overwhelmed with wedding planning and unsure how to fit a wedding planner into our budget. The BVW team was so calming and thorough in their approach. We knew from our first call with Brooke that she was going to be the perfect fit as our wedding planner. Do yourself a favor and book with Brooke!! I cannot thank Brooke & Nikki enough for everything they did to make our day more than perfect! Not only did they constantly make sure my husband & I had all that we needed, our parents had the same treatment all night long from Brooke & Nikki. We truly felt like they were our loved ones at our wedding with the rest of our friends and family. 10/10 made our day completely stress free and much more enjoyable to be in the moment making memories.

They helped me think of little details I would not have thought of on my own, and were so helpful in the couple of months leading up to my wedding day. Especially with helping us create our timeline for the day. Our wedding day was perfect, and so well run, and it was all thanks to Brooke and Nikki. They made sure we all had water, that everything was set up how we wanted, and gathered everything up for us at the end of the night. I was able to spend my wedding night enjoying myself rather then worrying about tiny details because I knew they were on it! I also think that almost everyone in my bridal party at some point in the night came up to me and said they were so happy we had hired her because they all felt so much more at ease with her there to answer their questions and let them know where they needed to be. Cannot recommend them enough, if you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, please hire Brooke, you will not regret it!

Our wedding planning process initially was extremely challenging due to difficulties with our venue. I can undoubtedly say that without Brooke and Nikki our wedding reception would have been a disaster. It was a blessing to work with them!

My entire family, my husband, my husbands family, and many friends who knew of the struggles we were having by trying to still have a wedding during covid will tell you that it wouldn't have happened without Brooke and Melissa. Even without covid there were many obstacles we could not have handled on our own including the marriage license, Venue issues, and a hair and make up artist I couldn't get to answer calls or emails. If it wasn't for their advice, positivity, and incredibly motivated attitudes I could not have relaxed and enjoyed the wedding day like I did. Any situation that arose on the wedding day they handled swiftly and the day continued to run smoothly. They set up a time to dance under the stars with my husband to the song "Dancing in the Moonlight", which I think of often. They made all my dreams for the day come true. They set up all decorations and items the day of and took everything down, leaving time for my husband and I to visit family and friends. They saved the items we wanted to save and loaded it into our van. They were also at the rehearsal helping us organize were everyone would be (there was a flash flood and didn't know where we would be getting married, but they had a plan for either meadow, courtyard or covered lodge area). The most important of all is they listened to how we would like things and never pushed things to be how they thought it should be. If there is one item you budget for or make room for it is Brooke and Melissa. There is too much happening in one day and you need them on your team for everything to run smoothly. By the end of your wedding day they will feel like longtime friends who have given you the gift of one truly magical and perfect day.

As a fellow wedding vendor and business owner, I can honestly say Brooke is one of the best in the business. I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and Melissa! I contacted a few wedding planners in search of a “day of” planner. Brooke was the ONLY planner who asked to talk to me about what I was looking for before she gave me a price! I really appreciated that because every client’s wants and needs are different! Brooke and Melissa took the time to go through my ideas and plans and offered much needed insight! They checked in frequently, but without being overbearing! I’ve been a bridesmaid 8 times (yes 8) and also work in the wedding industry as a hair stylist. I thought for sure I had this in the bag (surely I had enough experience) and just needed the extra help that day. The last few weeks leading up to the wedding the anxiety set in and I was so incredibly grateful to have Brooke and Melissa to lean on. They reassured me everything would go smoothly and I was on track, reminded me of things I needed to do and prioritized them for me, and contacted my vendors to make sure we were all set for the day of! I got married on November 22, 2019 at The Old Mill in Rose Valley, PA. The day of my wedding it was damp, chilly, and rainy. My dress got so dirty and muddy while doing my first look pictures outside with my husband. I tried to stay calm, but inside I was upset that my guests had not seen me yet. Melissa reassured me she had a whole emergency kit ready to go and could fix it! I’m not going to lie, I appreciated her positivity but the bottom of my dress was literally black and covered in muddy leaves! She whipped out some oxi-clean and (along with my bridesmaids) cleaned up my entire train before my ceremony! “ANGEL” was all that went through my head. It was like it never happened! We even started my ceremony on time! Melissa was one step ahead of me the entire day. If I needed something I turned around and Melissa was already on it. Everything was set up for my ceremony and reception exactly how I wanted it, actually even better than I envisioned. Brooke had a family emergency that day and although Melissa did an incredible job on her own, Brooke still made time to come to my reception and made sure everything was running smoothly. My venue was mostly DIY and they took all of my décor down for me, gathered up the remaining alcohol and loaded up my car so I could enjoy my entire night. All I had to do was pick up my car the next day! I cannot thank these ladies enough for making my day go as smooth as possible! The Brooke Voris Wedding crew is truly amazing. They are incredibly sweet, patient, reliable, accommodating, and just an all-around pleasure to work with! They are passionate in what they do and trust me they know what they are doing!
