Even though I "officially" launched Brooke Whicher Photography in 2010, I have been shooting since I could click the shutter. In addition to classic, portrait photography, boudoir, and weddings, I also photograph birth stories. I describe myself as a photo-journalistic and lifestyle photographer.

location changed 3 times but Brooke was always a constant! Brooke was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the whole process. Not only was her photography beautiful but she was really helped walk me through many suggestions about how to make the DIY event work and flow. I appreciated all the expertise she gave me! Brooke was very friendly, professional and extremely responsive. During the event she was a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love the results. After the bumpy road we had being a Covid couple, I am so happy with the photos that Brooke produced. They came out gorgeous and will always be so special to us. We are extremely happy with our decision to use Brooke and she truly made the event so special. Thank you Brooke!

ONE week from our wedding! I've never even heard of such a thing, it was lightning fast.
We did not want to do an engagement shoot and I told Brooke this the first time we talked on the phone. She said that was fine, although I was nervous because I have read that enagagement shoots are the time you and your photographer bond and get to know each other's style, and especially for the couple to be comfortable being photographed before the wedding day. It was never even an issue. Brooke makes you feel so at ease, it's like she wasn't even there. Some of the shots she captured, I'm surprised it's even me! She is so talented.
She brought along her second shooter, Allison, who was also phenomenal and she was very fun and great to work with. All in all, we are so happy we had Brooke with us on the most important day of our life. We will cherish these photos forever.

os, I fell in love. We set up a meeting to discuss everything and ended up staying for 2 hours and that is saying something. Brooke has a way about her to make you feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. My husband and I had our engagement pics done with Brooke in North Conway and she was a champ! 10 degrees and she was game for everything. y to make appointments with, which was crutial for us since we live in NJ and were only in the northshore, MA area every so often while planning the wedding. We did our engagement shoot with her as well, which was again easy to schedule despite our limited availability. I was nervous before that shoot because I didn't really know what to expect. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable and guided us as to exactly what to do for each shot. We had a great time doing it! She even posted a few sneak peek pics on Facebook the very same day. She worked closely with me and our wedding planner to perfect our wedding day timeline and make sure everything was properly planned out. She voluntarily attended our rehearsal at the church so she could scope it out prior to the actual day and even snapped a few shots of my Dad and I walking down the aisle. On the day of the wedding, she arrived on time and again made me feel comfortable. She even brought an assistant to help her set up shots, etc. She made sure to capture all of the formals that she had me list out ahead of time and did so quickly so we could get back to the celebrating. We were very happy with our pictures, all 800+ of them!. Now I am working with her to put together our album and I literally cannot seem to narrow them down I just love them all! She has put in so much effort to help me put it together, from meeting with me in person, to emails, tweaking the layout for me a hundred times, and even doing some small edits to a few pictures (fixed a wrinkled aisle runner, etc). She has been a pleasure to work with and has certainly gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected.

t factors. Finding a photographer that we could trust, feel comfortable with and take photos that would fit the vision of my wedding was no easy task. After meeting with Brooke, we immediately knew that she would be the perfect fit for our day. Not only is she personable and easy-going, her photography is adaptable and she can channel your aesthetic and bring to life the ideas you have. You also don’t consider how uncomfortable it can feel to have your photos taken if you aren’t use to it so Brooke set up an engagement shoot so we could get a feel for the process and establish our rapport with each other. My now husband and I were immediately as ease and comfortable in her presence. With her direction, it was actually a really fun process. It’s almost as if you are having your photos taken by a friend and not a professional photographer – she has such an easy going presence. On the actual day of our wedding, she was professional, determined and completely in the zone. The photos she captured of the whole day are beautiful and I feel extremely lucky to have had her apart of our big day. For the rest of our lives, we’ll be able to look at these stunning photos with fond memories and I’m so grateful to her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

From her willingness to accommodate special requests to her flexibility in scheduling to the special touches in her delivery of photos, packages and care packages (which were completely unexpected)…Brooke is 10 STARS. Hands Down. Every time I look at the photos of our wedding it actually brings tears to my eyes. She captured the best moments of the best day of our lives. The photos are perfect. And to top it all off she is incredibly prompt. I have friends who got married before we did and they are STILL waiting for their wedding photos, Brooke was done with our wedding photos faster than friends could post them on Facebook. Amazing. uldn't be as many photographs to take, but it actually gave us a chance to get more photos in different areas around our reception, and we loved each of them. We just got our wedding photos back quickly couldn't be happier! The hardest thing will be deciding which to buy because they all came out so perfectly!
