Brookledge is a 60-acre, private forest wedding venue set in the rolling hills of Saratoga, NY. In 2021, she bought a former girls summer camp called Brookledge which offers guests 60 acres of cabins, glamping tents and event space. As owner, she helps guests reconnect with nature and disconnect from their hectic lives.

The Brookledge wedding community is one that any couple would be lucky to join. They take care to get to know the couple and are so flexible. They ensured that everyone had a good time, but most importantly the couple. Any day of issues they handled with grace and care as to not stress us out. They were wonderful and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Brookledge was the first venue my husband and I looked at when planning our wedding, and we immediately fell in love with it. The setting can't be beat, and was perfect for a fall outdoor wedding. Helen and her husband who own the venue, our wedding coordinator Stormy, and the rest of the staff were all extremely communicative throughout the planning process and readily answered any questions. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff was again readily available for anything that came up, and made the day flow extremely smoothly. Everyone at the wedding mentioned how beautiful the setting was and that they had never seen anything like it. Brookledge coordinated with all of our vendors at the end of our planning process to ensure everyone was on the same page, and sent us a wedding planner which was extremely helpful as well. We did the full weekend package, which was very worth it to have everyone in our parties stay on site for the weekend. We had an awesome wedding weekend and I would definitely recommend the venue to anyone wanting an outdoor wedding, and am so happy that we chose this venue.

Helen & the Brookledge Team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have been any happier or luckier that I got to spend my special day marrying my best friend at this venue. Helen was extremely helpful and quite the guide through it all. I would absolutely recommend Brookledge for your special day! I think we may even consider coming back for camping and potential anniversary nights. The entire venue is the most gorgeous venue around. I have absolutely zero complaints. Everything was perfect.

What can I say about Brookledge? Other than we are so grateful for them! Our wedding weekend was the absolute best. Brookledge is a magical place that just brings us both such happiness. We found in randomly in our internet search and decided to book it from a FaceTime call with Helen. It was a gut feeling; we knew we wanted our wedding to be in the capable and caring hands of Helen and her team. They recommended great vendors and helped us brainstorm, troubleshoot, and make our vision come to life! We live about 4 - 5 hours away. It can be difficult planning a wedding from a distance - not knowing the area or anything. Helen and Brooke were so helpful and helped me to feel confident in each decision we made. The weekend was so much fun and we cannot wait to go back for a visit!

I'm a DJ and just did a wedding there last weekend. Brookledge has a great large pavilion with a fire place. They have a pond next to it for photos as well as cornhole and games, a separate bar area, fire pit... If you're looking for a rustic setting for your wedding or large party check out Brookledge! It seems like only yesterday, my wife and I were sitting with Helen at the bar going over wedding packages, (it was late 2022 on a beautiful fall afternoon). I remember walking the property and coming up to the bar, I looked at my soon to be wife and said, "This is the place isn't it?" We knew before we sat down we were going to have our special day at Brookledge. We saw an open canvas at the time as we walked into the Tree House Lodge, open walls, construction tools and tables all over. Helen talked to us about her vision, and let me tell you her vision came to life. We signed the contract in December of 2022 and our journey with Brookledge began. Oh what an amazing journey!!! Helen and her entire team, Brooke and Stormy to be exact were there when we had questions, there when there was uncertainty to calm us and to tell us it will work out. And it did. July 20th, 2024 will be a day my wife and I will never forget. Helen and her team made this weekend AMAZING!!!! Stormy left us no doubt things would go as planned!!! I cannot tell you how many people came up to us telling us what a great venue this place is, and how well the staff was in every aspect!! The most common comment we received was "Stormy is on point and a bada$$" (in a good way). I could go on and on about just how amazing Brookledge and the entire staff is, but it'd be a book by the end. To Helen, Brooke, Stormy and the entire Brookledge staff my wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will forever cherish the journey.

I can't say enough good things about working with the team at Brookledge. Their powerhouse team of women really know how to walk through a seamless wedding day with their vendors and couples and make everyone feel inspired and comfortable! I was so privileged to shoot a wedding this past weekend with the team, and from start to finish, they made my job so fun and so easy, checking in with the timeline, always being on top of what's to come and driving us around the property to get amazing shots throughout brookledge. Weddings can be stressful and can have you feeling overloaded with lots of brain power to aquire, but the team made this one feel like a literal breeze. I can't wait to work with them again! I recently officiated a wedding at this beautiful outdoor venue. In addition to the lovely ceremony setting and the inviting reception set up, the staff was top notch. The owner and event manager were always at hand when I had a question, and they made sure the ceremony went off smoothly and on time.

My husband and I's wedding was July 29th and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Everyone at Brookledge was amazing and so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Each and every one of the vendors worked closely with us to make sure every detail was accounted for and it turned out how we imagined it. Even though we ended up getting some last-minute rain, the day was incredibly beautiful and everything we could have hoped for thanks to the staff. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and strove to do their best. Each of the spaces were beautiful and showed how much thought and love has been put into them. The owners have done a fantastic job transforming Brookledge into what it is today and we are honored to have been a part of it.

Brookledge is a tree lined, tucked away gem! It feels cozy and spacious at the same time. So much thought and care was put into the cabins, it made for an inviting and comfy stay. There’s so much to explore here and made for so many incredible photo ops. This “Summer Camp” venue is even a perfect get-a-way in the Winter, Spring or Fall.
Helen, the owner is so attentive and makes your time there a unique experience. She’s got a bright, inviting personality and is quick to laugh and make you feel comfortable. She was always right there on site and doing whatever she could to make sure it was a perfect day. If you are looking for a rustic or woodsy wedding in Upstate New York, this is your place!

Brookledge is a unique and beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The cabins that are located on the property are beautiful, they exude a warmth and welcoming feeling the moment you step foot in them. Helen and her family were wonderful hosts. They attended to our every want and need. They went above and beyond our expectations and threw in somethings we weren’t even expecting. They made us feel comfortable, they worked within our budget and created a specialized package just for us. The location is beautiful in a lovely wooded area, including a pond, cabins and hiking trails. The pavilion with the fire place was spectacular and a favorite of our wedding guests. The bar area was cozy and inviting. If you are looking for a rustic, outdoor, country charming wedding with modern amenities Brookledge is the perfect spot.
