d team was frustrating at times. Every call felt like we were repeating information we'd already given them, and their pricing structure was quite confusing. (For example: at one point, one week before the wedding, they led us to believe we'd be responsible for purchasing and delivering ice for the day). I think they are a new business and are experiencing some growing pains. Keep good records of your conversations and keep them in a shared place. Clarify what costs you as bride and groom are responsible for vs. them. I hope they can streamline their communications in time for the next wedding they cater.
But again, if you want your wedding food to be BANGIN, hire them.
