My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Brookmeadow Country Club in July, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience! From our very first tour and throughout the entire planning process to the end of our wedding night, everything exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful grounds, stunning outdoor ceremony space, fun cocktail hour atmosphere, gorgeous reception room, delicious food, and incredible staff, Brookmeadow was everything we had hoped for and more! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amelia as our wedding coordinator, and she was truly one of the highlights of our entire experience. She went above and beyond to guide us through the planning process, making everything easy and enjoyable while ensuring every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed more than we could have imagined. She was always responsive, organized, helpful, full of great ideas, and it genuinely felt like she cared about our wedding day as much as we did! Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and Brookmeadow was the perfect setting for every moment. We held our ceremony outdoors in the Fairway Garden, and the grounds were stunning. It was raining on our wedding day but Amelia paid close attention to the radar all day and we ended up making the last-minute decision to stick with our outdoor ceremony, and we are SO glad we did! The rain held off just long enough for our ceremony, and the Brookmeadow team worked quickly behind the scenes to dry off the outdoor furniture and make sure everything looked flawless. Their flexibility, attentiveness, and ability to handle everything so seamlessly allowed us to relax, be present, and soak in every moment without worrying about a thing! From the ceremony through cocktail hour and into the reception, the entire evening flowed effortlessly. Every space looked beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. Our bartenders and servers were wonderful, keeping food and drinks moving quickly even with around 200 guests. Our friends and family are still raving about how much fun they had, how delicious the food was, and how beautiful everything looked. Hearing that meant so much to us and speaks volumes about the experience the Brookmeadow team creates. Looking back, one of the things we appreciated most was being able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. Everything was handled with such care and attention to detail that we genuinely felt like guests at our own wedding! We cannot thank Amelia and the entire Brookmeadow team enough for making our wedding so special and unforgettable. Their professionalism, flexibility, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience beyond perfect. We wish we could go back and relive it all over again, and if we could do it all over, we wouldn't change a thing! Everything from start to finish was amazing with Brookmeadow. We toured the venue over a year before our desired wedding date and immediately loved it - the outdoor ceremony space, the lounge, the ballroom, and the wedding package pricing really wowed us! I can’t say enough good things about our venue coordinator, Amelia, who was really our rock through the entire wedding planning process. She truly took our vision and made the day so perfect for us, especially after a Nor’Easter decided to roll through on the day of our wedding! Our guests loved the intimate, cozy vibes of the lounge during the rain and are still raving about the food!! I could say a million things about why we’re happy to have chosen Brookmeadow but I will leave it at that we HIGHLY recommend this venue to all couples on the hunt for their perfect place!

son for that was Sarah, the most amazing coordinator ever. From the moment we first met her, we knew we were in great hands. She was so organized, responsive, helpful, and always open to our ideas. Sarah made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On the big day, everything ran seamlessly. The staff was phenomenal—so attentive, kind, and made sure my husband and I always had what we needed (including food!). Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, the food, and the whole experience. People are still asking for the salad dressing recipe! The main dishes were phenomenal, we had the short rib, chicken piccata, and butternut squash ravioli. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, so we were able to take photos around the gorgeous grounds, and our guests really enjoyed the patio during cocktail hour. With 185 guests, we still had so much room, and everything felt spacious and comfortable. I truly wish we could relive the day over and over again. If you’re considering Brookmeadow—do it! You won’t regret booking this beautiful venue with the best team.

t. Her day-of coordination (and her entire team) was such an asset. I spaced out and forgot to tell people where our flowers would be and the team went and found them and handed them out to everyone without me asking. Sarah also did my bustle in about 1 minute (my sister and I were worried about it because we'd had trouble practicing it). She also helped coordinate day-of timing for multiple vendors for me which was a huge help in the week leading up. We had tons of complements on the food, the timing, and the desserts. The whole day had such a nice flow going from outside for the ceremony, into the lounge for cocktail hour, and then upstairs for the reception. Couldn't be happier with our day!

he kindest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. Not to mention the ceremony lawn, member’s lounge for cocktail hour, and reception space are all stunning. The entire planning process, Amelia answered every single question I had so quickly (which was a lot!). She made the process of planning the day so seamless and was so thorough with every single detail. As a type A bride, I had a very specific vision. When I dropped all the decor off the night before, I came back the next day, and everything was executed perfectly. The wedding day itself was truly perfect - Amelia, Sarah (and so many others behind the scenes) made it so we could actually enjoy the day. Everything flowed so well and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They brought out food & drinks during cocktail hour so we could enjoy the food while taking family pictures. Even down to bustling my dress that they helped with before the reception entrance. I also have to highlight the food (because let’s be honest, this is what the guests love the most) - it was absolutely incredible. We are still getting raving reviews on the food and drinks - lobster rolls, the raw bar, the Annie Anne’s late night pretzel bar, and entrees were among the most loved by our guests. They also let us include our golden retriever in the ceremony and reception entrances, which made the day extra special. My husband even got a free round of golf the week of the wedding! Later in the process, we also worked with Amelia, who was just as wonderful. Both Sarah and Amelia made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. We always felt like we were in the best hands and that no detail would ever be overlooked. Brookmeadow itself is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony space feels private and peaceful, and it was the perfect setting for our vows. The reception space is bright, modern, and elegant, and it can fit any style or color scheme beautifully. Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Sarah, Amelia, and the entire team of servers and bar staff. They kept everything running seamlessly so we could be present and enjoy the day. Throughout the planning process Sarah was always available to answer questions, give advice, and help me hone the vision for our wedding day. As wedding day got closer, it was so comforting to know that Sarah had it all handled. On wedding day, she was there anytime I needed anything, dealt with probably a million things behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about anything, helped keep us on timeline, and was just so kind and helpful to anyone she encountered. So many family and friends commented on how awesome she was. Amelia also helped out a ton on wedding day. She was also right there for any questions, made sure dinner went smoothly, and again was a calming and kind presence. We knew the two of them had it all under control and we could truly enjoy ourselves. Brookmeadow itself is absolutely gorgeous - from the lounge and patio we had cocktail hour on, to the perfectly kept ceremony area, to the gorgeous reception space, with the balcony where everyone got to watch the sun set and cool off from dancing - it's the perfect wedding venue. The food was absolutely delicious, we think even better than when we had it at the tasting. We have gotten so many comments from guests on how amazing their meal was. As for the reception space, Brookmeadow’s ballroom is a versatile blank canvas that brings any couple’s vision to life, and guests loved being able to step out onto the veranda for a quiet drink and conversation. We also have to sing our praise for the venue’s manager, Sarah. She was a huge factor in why we chose Brookmeadow. She is professional, detail-oriented, and an effective coordinator. We live on the West Coast, and having to plan from across the country was extra stressful, but her gentle, friendly demeanor was calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. Despite the time difference and our hectic schedules, she gladly accommodated us with virtual tours, quick responses, and endless patience—whether it was answering 15 questions in one email or handling several consecutive “oh, and one more thing!” follow-ups. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to like your venue coordinator, considering how much you’ll work with them for a year or more (even though we had a shorter engagement). Sarah was exceptional on every level. From my very first outreach to the big day itself, she was on top of every detail and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves and had an absolute blast. She is such a treasure at Brookmeadow and deserves every raise and promotion that comes her way! We also want to give a shoutout to Amelia. She joined Brookmeadow’s team later as an event coordinator and assisted Sarah on our wedding day. While we didn’t plan directly with her, she was also warm, professional, and a joy to work with. Additionally, all of the staff at Brookmeadow - bartenders, waitstaff and more - were incredibly kind and professional. So many people came to us and told us that the food and drinks were amazing, and my husband and I agreed. It was even better the day of our wedding than it was at the tasting. The spaces for each part of the day - the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, were beautiful, and the staff did an amazing job setting up and taking down all of our decor. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a golf course because Brookmeadow has done an amazing job landscaping the area with tall greenery, a gazebo, trellis, etc. Especially for my August wedding, flowers and trees were in full bloom. The ceremony site being so nice also allowed for multiple photo opportunity spots for our photographer so we loved the variety. Our guests loved being able to enjoy a summer night all evening as well because cocktail hour is on a beautiful patio overlooking the course, and there is an upper deck off the ballroom. The ballroom is so clean looking, allowing you to really create the color palette and vibe you want. In terms of working with the staff, I echo what many reviews say - Sarah and Meghan are absolutely incredible. Planning can be overwhelming and they are so patient with your questions, requests, and truly want you to be happy with everything. Their clear, consistent, and quick communication was so critical as we got towards the end when there are still a lot of decisions to make. You hear many horror stories about venues and event coordinators, but you will not experience this at Brookmeadow with Sarah and her team. She is with you from day one to the day of, so is invested and knows every detail. You won’t regret booking Brookmeadow!

All the decorations I brought were put out exactly how I imagined, the staff throughout the day was incredibly kind and attentive to all needs, and it truly felt like they were all a part of our celebration. We wanted to celebrate our flower girl's birthday as it was that same day, with a cake, candles and singing following our cake cutting. Before I could even think about what was next, Sarah was already coming out with the cake and candles ready for us to bring it over to her. There was also a small incident that happened with one of our guests getting sick, and the staff dealt with it immediately! It was handled so quickly and professionally, that my husband and I both did not even realize anything had happened at all. I cannot recommend a better venue, a better experience, or a better coordinator. If we could do this all over again every year, we would always pick Brookmeadow with Sarah. This was the first of many venues we toured, and as we kept searching, we always compared everything back to Brookmeadow and realized that nothing else would compare. The outdoor space, the cocktail area, the reception room - everything was exactly how we had imagined it. The transition between spaces were so easy and effortless with the help of the staff. At most weddings we've been to, the food was always decent but not fantastic. However, the dinner and hors d'oeuvres served during our wedding were amazing. All our guests were raving about how delicious all their meals were and shared with us that it was once of the best food experiences they had, as well. I cannot say it enough how grateful and appreciate we are to have had our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. nd I got married on September 9, 2023. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony and unfortunately mother nature had other plans. Our beautiful morning turned to thunder and rain as soon as we arrived to the venue. Although adapting to changes right before your ceremony can be challenging mentally and logistically I couldn't be more grateful to have Sarah as our coordinator on our special day. She and her team, transitioned our ceremony at the last moment so seemingly our guests couldn't even tell it wasn't supposed to be that way. No matter what little things didn't go according to plan, Sarah was there to make the very best out of any situation. It was really important for my husband and I to have our dog be apart of our ceremony and even with the unexpected changes they were so accommodating of him to be sure he was still able to be a part of our day. They are incredibly accommodating and willing to help in any way to make your day perfect and exactly how you want it. As the bride, I also have celiac disease and am still blown away by how careful and many options there were for me at my own wedding and for all my guests with a variety of dietary restrictions. They took great care in providing safe food for everyone. I would 100% recommend them for any occasion!

We had our ceremony at a nearby church and the arrival of our guests for the reception was seamless. The grounds were beautiful and it was so nice to have an outdoor area for cocktail hour. Walking into the reception area on the second floor was like a dream. It's very open and was the perfect size for our 120 guests. Many of our guests spoke very highly of the service and the food. Sarah was an absolute treasure every step of the way. She would answer all of our emails promptly and with such care, we felt like we really had a friend ensuring our wedding day was perfect. The bustle on my wedding dress broke right before our entrance to the reception and I turned around to find Sarah fixing it! We were beyond satisfied with how our wedding day turned out and would definitely recommend Sarah and the entire Brookmeadow staff!

The morning of our wedding, we had to change plans of having the ceremony outside to inside because of the weather. We (mostly me lol) were SO bummed because we were looking forward to the beautiful grounds being the backdrop to our ceremony. Sarah and her team worked with our florist to create the most magical indoor ceremony that morning, and I was blown away by their creation. We had a dedicated coordinator, Christine, throughout the whole planning process and day of our event. The food, catered by The Lafayette House, was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it and how the steak was cooked perfectly! The servers and bar staff were great as well.
