Adjacent to the first tee, this lush event space consists of a beautifully manicured garden and leafy foliage. This versatile, open-air site can comfortably fit up to 225 people and can be adjusted to align with your vision. After tying the knot, you and your loved ones can enjoy celebratory cocktails together in the Member’s Lounge. Featuring mahogany, brass, and marble details, the space offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Another option for your cocktail hour is the Veranda. Connected to the club’s main ballroom it offers sweeping views of the verdant fairway. Here, you can sip your favorite beverages al fresco while creating lifelong memories with family and friends. For your reception, you are invited to host in the Ballroom. This space is adorned with vaulted ceilings and wide-plank hardwood floors. Brightened by ample natural lighting, this sophisticated room can be decorated to align with your unique vision.
To support you leading up to and on your big day, Brookmeadow Country Club offers a range of helpful services. Their detail-oriented staff has curated a comprehensive package that you can avail of for a simplified planning experience. Event items such as floor-length white linens, china, mahogany Chiavari chairs, round guest tables, and more will be provided for your convenience. Additional decor options, including uplighting and votive candles, are also available. son for that was Sarah, the most amazing coordinator ever. From the moment we first met her, we knew we were in great hands. She was so organized, responsive, helpful, and always open to our ideas. Sarah made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
On the big day, everything ran seamlessly. The staff was phenomenal—so attentive, kind, and made sure my husband and I always had what we needed (including food!). Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, the food, and the whole experience. People are still asking for the salad dressing recipe! The main dishes were phenomenal, we had the short rib, chicken piccata, and butternut squash ravioli.
We were lucky to have beautiful weather, so we were able to take photos around the gorgeous grounds, and our guests really enjoyed the patio during cocktail hour. With 185 guests, we still had so much room, and everything felt spacious and comfortable.
I truly wish we could relive the day over and over again. If you’re considering Brookmeadow—do it! You won’t regret booking this beautiful venue with the best team.

From day one, Sarah was incredibly responsive and genuinely flexible with anything we needed. She offered thoughtful, experience-backed recommendations throughout the planning process and had an amazing ability to bring my vision to life with very little guidance. Her calm, organized approach made everything feel effortless and stress free.
When the day arrived, we experienced a torrential rainstorm, the kind of weather that could easily derail a wedding. But Sarah handled the indoor pivot with such professionalism and composure that we never felt a moment of worry. She created a ceremony that was just as meaningful and special as the outdoor one we had envisioned, and we’re so grateful for the care she put into every detail.

and reception. We had about 160 guests and it was perfect with a large dance floor. From the very beginning when we reached out to Sarah, she was transparent about pricing and details, extremely organized, and always responsive throughout our whole process. Once we booked our additional vendors, Sarah helped contact all our vendors closer to the big day to ensure everything was set and everything would run smoothly. She had answers to every question we had and always eased our stress/concerns. Brookmeadow made our wedding day so easy and stress-free and we got to enjoy our day without any hiccups from the venue. Would recommend Brookmeadow to anyone looking for a beautiful space with kind, helpful, and very responsive staff.

om our very first tour through the big day itself, Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so organized. There wasn’t a single question she couldn’t answer, and she always responded quickly and went out of her way to make sure we felt supported every step of the way.
Later in the process, we also worked with Amelia, who was just as wonderful. Both Sarah and Amelia made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. We always felt like we were in the best hands and that no detail would ever be overlooked.
Brookmeadow itself is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony space feels private and peaceful, and it was the perfect setting for our vows. The reception space is bright, modern, and elegant, and it can fit any style or color scheme beautifully.
Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Sarah, Amelia, and the entire team of servers and bar staff. They kept everything running seamlessly so we could be present and enjoy the day. And the food and drinks were absolutely outstanding—our guests are still talking about the ravioli!
We can’t recommend Brookmeadow Country Club highly enough. It’s gorgeous, the team is incredible, and they truly think of everything. It’s the total package!

Throughout the planning process Sarah was always available to answer questions, give advice, and help me hone the vision for our wedding day. As wedding day got closer, it was so comforting to know that Sarah had it all handled. On wedding day, she was there anytime I needed anything, dealt with probably a million things behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about anything, helped keep us on timeline, and was just so kind and helpful to anyone she encountered. So many family and friends commented on how awesome she was.
Amelia also helped out a ton on wedding day. She was also right there for any questions, made sure dinner went smoothly, and again was a calming and kind presence. We knew the two of them had it all under control and we could truly enjoy ourselves.
Brookmeadow itself is absolutely gorgeous - from the lounge and patio we had cocktail hour on, to the perfectly kept ceremony area, to the gorgeous reception space, with the balcony where everyone got to watch the sun set and cool off from dancing - it's the perfect wedding venue. The food was absolutely delicious, we think even better than when we had it at the tasting. We have gotten so many comments from guests on how amazing their meal was.

The star of the show was the FOOD, my husband and I have received countless compliments on how delicious their meals were, which we both agreed - best wedding meal we’ve ever had. Coming from an Italian family this is SO important to my family and Brookmeadow delivered. There is nothing i’d change especially choosing Brookmeadow as our venue. ning backdrop, and I’m obsessed with how our photos turned out. As for the reception space, Brookmeadow’s ballroom is a versatile blank canvas that brings any couple’s vision to life, and guests loved being able to step out onto the veranda for a quiet drink and conversation.
We also have to sing our praise for the venue’s manager, Sarah. She was a huge factor in why we chose Brookmeadow. She is professional, detail-oriented, and an effective coordinator. We live on the West Coast, and having to plan from across the country was extra stressful, but her gentle, friendly demeanor was calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. Despite the time difference and our hectic schedules, she gladly accommodated us with virtual tours, quick responses, and endless patience—whether it was answering 15 questions in one email or handling several consecutive “oh, and one more thing!” follow-ups.
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to like your venue coordinator, considering how much you’ll work with them for a year or more (even though we had a shorter engagement). Sarah was exceptional on every level. From my very first outreach to the big day itself, she was on top of every detail and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves and had an absolute blast. She is such a treasure at Brookmeadow and deserves every raise and promotion that comes her way!
We also want to give a shoutout to Amelia. She joined Brookmeadow’s team later as an event coordinator and assisted Sarah on our wedding day. While we didn’t plan directly with her, she was also warm, professional, and a joy to work with.
Overall, the staff and the setting were phenomenal, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate at Brookmeadow!

We ended up having about 130 guests, and the ballroom felt the perfect size for that amount. We had our ceremony off-site at a church, so I can't speak to how ceremonies at Brookmeadow go, but our reception was a blast and all of our guests had such a fantastic time! 10/10 recommend hosting your wedding at Brookmeadow, or any large event- they'll make the day so special and flawless!

Members of our bridal party commented after that she went out her way to make sure they were comfortable and happy while we were off taking pictures. Additionally, all of the staff at Brookmeadow - bartenders, waitstaff and more - were incredibly kind and professional.
So many people came to us and told us that the food and drinks were amazing, and my husband and I agreed. It was even better the day of our wedding than it was at the tasting.
The spaces for each part of the day - the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, were beautiful, and the staff did an amazing job setting up and taking down all of our decor.
Overall, we feel so lucky that we found Brookmeadow and would highly recommend to anyone planning an event!

toured is the ceremony site is secluded and feels like its own space. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a golf course because Brookmeadow has done an amazing job landscaping the area with tall greenery, a gazebo, trellis, etc. Especially for my August wedding, flowers and trees were in full bloom. The ceremony site being so nice also allowed for multiple photo opportunity spots for our photographer so we loved the variety. Our guests loved being able to enjoy a summer night all evening as well because cocktail hour is on a beautiful patio overlooking the course, and there is an upper deck off the ballroom. The ballroom is so clean looking, allowing you to really create the color palette and vibe you want.
In terms of working with the staff, I echo what many reviews say - Sarah and Meghan are absolutely incredible. Planning can be overwhelming and they are so patient with your questions, requests, and truly want you to be happy with everything. Their clear, consistent, and quick communication was so critical as we got towards the end when there are still a lot of decisions to make. You hear many horror stories about venues and event coordinators, but you will not experience this at Brookmeadow with Sarah and her team. She is with you from day one to the day of, so is invested and knows every detail. You won’t regret booking Brookmeadow!

On our wedding day, everything went off without a hitch! All the decorations I brought were put out exactly how I imagined, the staff throughout the day was incredibly kind and attentive to all needs, and it truly felt like they were all a part of our celebration. It was such a joy seeing everyone having an amazing time, guests and staff all included.
We wanted to celebrate our flower girl's birthday as it was that same day, with a cake, candles and singing following our cake cutting. Before I could even think about what was next, Sarah was already coming out with the cake and candles ready for us to bring it over to her.
There was also a small incident that happened with one of our guests getting sick, and the staff dealt with it immediately! It was handled so quickly and professionally, that my husband and I both did not even realize anything had happened at all.
I cannot recommend a better venue, a better experience, or a better coordinator. If we could do this all over again every year, we would always pick Brookmeadow with Sarah. This was the first of many venues we toured, and as we kept searching, we always compared everything back to Brookmeadow and realized that nothing else would compare.
The outdoor space, the cocktail area, the reception room - everything was exactly how we had imagined it. The transition between spaces were so easy and effortless with the help of the staff.
At most weddings we've been to, the food was always decent but not fantastic. However, the dinner and hors d'oeuvres served during our wedding were amazing. All our guests were raving about how delicious all their meals were and shared with us that it was once of the best food experiences they had, as well.
I cannot say it enough how grateful and appreciate we are to have had our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. If you're just starting to plan your search, look no further and reach out to Sarah immediately. You will not be disappointed!

What really made our wedding day and whole planning process extra special was Sarah and the amazing staff. Sarah is so organized and was wonderful to work with. From planning to execution, she was on top of it all. Our wedding day ended up pouring rain all day, but Sarah kept us positive and helped us find creative ways to get fun photos in!

Although adapting to changes right before your ceremony can be challenging mentally and logistically I couldn't be more grateful to have Sarah as our coordinator on our special day. She and her team, transitioned our ceremony at the last moment so seemingly our guests couldn't even tell it wasn't supposed to be that way. No matter what little things didn't go according to plan, Sarah was there to make the very best out of any situation.
It was really important for my husband and I to have our dog be apart of our ceremony and even with the unexpected changes they were so accommodating of him to be sure he was still able to be a part of our day.
Sarah was on top of every detail making sure my husband and I had the best day possible!
If you are looking for a place that will truly be there for you on your big day for anything you need. Brookmeadow Country Club is the place for you!

We had a special request with our decorations, and she was fantastic in accommodating our vision. Throughout the night, she checked in with us (without being overbearing!), and the entire staff made sure that we and our guests felt taken care of.

with Christine and Sarah, who were both warm and friendly while still being professional. They accommodated all of our requests and answered emails in a timely manner. At one point, Sarah handled an issue with our florist while she was on vacation. The venue is also absolutely stunning. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but working with Brookmeadow Country Club was such a wonderful experience.

top notch. The day went absolutely perfect and Christine was the absolute best at making sure the whole day went smooth. They are incredibly accommodating and willing to help in any way to make your day perfect and exactly how you want it. As the bride, I also have celiac disease and am still blown away by how careful and many options there were for me at my own wedding and for all my guests with a variety of dietary restrictions. They took great care in providing safe food for everyone. I would 100% recommend them for any occasion!

arah was a step ahead of us the entire day, not to mention so extremely helpful in the months leading up with any question or concern I had. Sarah worked so well with all of our vendors, the day moved so seamlessly and we didn’t have to look for her once, she was always making sure we knew where to be and when and it was amazing! I seriously don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her, and I can’t believe how easy she makes it look while keeping the whole day moving! I can’t recomend brookmeadow country club enough, and if you are thinking of booking here you’re day will be perfect!

s during the planning process. We also appreciated that they only host one wedding a day so we knew the staff would be focused on our event. We had our ceremony at a nearby church and the arrival of our guests for the reception was seamless. The grounds were beautiful and it was so nice to have an outdoor area for cocktail hour. Walking into the reception area on the second floor was like a dream. It's very open and was the perfect size for our 120 guests. Many of our guests spoke very highly of the service and the food. Sarah was an absolute treasure every step of the way. She would answer all of our emails promptly and with such care, we felt like we really had a friend ensuring our wedding day was perfect. The bustle on my wedding dress broke right before our entrance to the reception and I turned around to find Sarah fixing it! We were beyond satisfied with how our wedding day turned out and would definitely recommend Sarah and the entire Brookmeadow staff!

e ever dreamed of. My guests still talk about how delicious our food and the cake was, and how fun the space was. The morning of our wedding, we had to change plans of having the ceremony outside to inside because of the weather. We (mostly me lol) were SO bummed because we were looking forward to the beautiful grounds being the backdrop to our ceremony. Sarah and her team worked with our florist to create the most magical indoor ceremony that morning, and I was blown away by their creation. It was way more beautiful than what we planned for the outdoor ceremony! Sarah was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Brookmeadow more!

ts of evergreens and plenty of paved and covered areas. The indoor spaces were absolutely gorgeous, modern and comfortable and we loved that they had connecting outdoor spaces. We had a dedicated coordinator, Christine, throughout the whole planning process and day of our event. She was always very professional, welcoming, prompt and helpful in answering our many questions, giving feedback on our ideas, and offering great suggestions along the way. Her vendor recommendations were on point, and they coordinated well with each other throughout the night to ensure everything flowed smoothly. We felt like we got the A team!!! Our wedding was off-season which we loved because we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The rooms were set up perfectly to allow guests to mingle, relax, enjoy themselves, and of course, dance! The food, catered by The Lafayette House, was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it and how the steak was cooked perfectly! The servers and bar staff were great as well. Everything was perfect! Thank you, Christine and Brookmeadow Country Club, for giving us the reception of our dreams.

Christine was so wonderful to work with, always answering our questions and giving us advice. I truly don't think she said 'no' once to any of our requests (and there were a lot)! She was very organized and on top of everything at our meeting one month before (when the stress is starting to creep up). She was so calm and collected and put our minds at ease.
The day of the wedding, we were closely watching the weather, praying the rain would hold off. Well, it decided to rain for 1 hour that day, right during the time the ceremony was supposed to happen! We made a last-minute decision to have the ceremony inside (after it was already set up for outside) and Christine and her team went to work. They made the space for the ceremony so beautiful and special. They again quickly transformed the space to our reception area, and it was magical. The entire night, Christine went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. She also boxed everything up at night and had it ready to go when we picked it up the next morning.
We can't thank Christine enough for all her hard work. Brookmeadow is a beautiful venue that truly cares about their couples and will do everything possible to make sure you have the perfect day!!
