We got married at Brookmeadow in July 2024 and could not have had a better experience! From the beginning, we loved the venue for the location, the modern look and feel, the outdoor ceremony site, and the indoor/outdoor vibe that the venue offers. Working with Sarah throughout the process was so helpful and she really helped us make our vision come to life over months of planning! Our guests all raved about the food, the bar service, and the grounds. We lucked out with amazing weather, however we felt really good about what the day would look like if it ended up being a rainy day, too. We would highly recommend Brookmeadow, and working with Sarah, to any future couples and we hope to return as guests in the future!!
The wedding venue was great. Our friends and family still talk about how great the food was. We highly recommend getting the beef short rib! Sarah Nickley was a big help to us leading up to the day, answering all of our little questions, and then making sure the day went as smoothly as possible.
We had our wedding at Brookmeadow, and it was an absolute dream! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible — our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly professional, always attentive and making sure everything went smoothly. The venue was so easy to work with, and they were incredibly accommodating to all of our requests, making the planning process stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brookmeadow is a hidden gem in the New England area and I cannot recommend the venue and staff enough for a wedding. For me, what I thought set it apart from other country clubs we toured is the ceremony site is secluded and feels like its own space. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a golf course because Brookmeadow has done an amazing job landscaping the area with tall greenery, a gazebo, trellis, etc. Especially for my August wedding, flowers and trees were in full bloom. The ceremony site being so nice also allowed for multiple photo opportunity spots for our photographer so we loved the variety. Our guests loved being able to enjoy a summer night all evening as well because cocktail hour is on a beautiful patio overlooking the course, and there is an upper deck off the ballroom. The ballroom is so clean looking, allowing you to really create the color palette and vibe you want.
In terms of working with the staff, I echo what many reviews say - Sarah and Meghan are absolutely incredible. Planning can be overwhelming and they are so patient with your questions, requests, and truly want you to be happy with everything. Their clear, consistent, and quick communication was so critical as we got towards the end when there are still a lot of decisions to make. You hear many horror stories about venues and event coordinators, but you will not experience this at Brookmeadow with Sarah and her team. She is with you from day one to the day of, so is invested and knows every detail. You won’t regret booking Brookmeadow!
I cannot say enough about how amazing of a venue Brookmeadow was for our wedding (10/12/24). Firstly, Sarah Nickley was so wonderful to work with. Aside from being a pro at what she does, she made myself and my husband feel at ease throughout the entire planning process and took all the stress away on our wedding day. She was thorough, paid attention to every detail, and made sure to make our vision come to life. Our day went off without a hitch, all thanks to her, she is amazing!!! The grounds at Brookmeadow are breathtaking; our ceremony was something out of an autumn dream! The ballroom felt spacious, yet intimate at the same time. Not to mention, our guests raved about the food! If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further than Brookmeadow, you will not regret choosing this amazing venue for your special day!

Our wedding was in May 2025 and I HIGHLY recommend working with Sarah and Brookmeadow!! Their attention to detail and care throughout the entire process and the day of ensured everything ran smoothly - there was absolutely no stress! Sarah responded to all of our emails and questions throughout the entire planning process in a timely manner from when we signed our contract over a year prior up until the day of. She helped our vision become a reality. All of the food was incredible, and the drinks were delicious. We loved having the flexibility of the outdoor spaces, especially with our summer wedding. We loved Brookmeadow and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

On our wedding day, everything went off without a hitch! All the decorations I brought were put out exactly how I imagined, the staff throughout the day was incredibly kind and attentive to all needs, and it truly felt like they were all a part of our celebration. It was such a joy seeing everyone having an amazing time, guests and staff all included.
We wanted to celebrate our flower girl's birthday as it was that same day, with a cake, candles and singing following our cake cutting. Before I could even think about what was next, Sarah was already coming out with the cake and candles ready for us to bring it over to her.
There was also a small incident that happened with one of our guests getting sick, and the staff dealt with it immediately! It was handled so quickly and professionally, that my husband and I both did not even realize anything had happened at all.
I cannot recommend a better venue, a better experience, or a better coordinator. If we could do this all over again every year, we would always pick Brookmeadow with Sarah. This was the first of many venues we toured, and as we kept searching, we always compared everything back to Brookmeadow and realized that nothing else would compare.
The outdoor space, the cocktail area, the reception room - everything was exactly how we had imagined it. The transition between spaces were so easy and effortless with the help of the staff.
At most weddings we've been to, the food was always decent but not fantastic. However, the dinner and hors d'oeuvres served during our wedding were amazing. All our guests were raving about how delicious all their meals were and shared with us that it was once of the best food experiences they had, as well.
I cannot say it enough how grateful and appreciate we are to have had our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. If you're just starting to plan your search, look no further and reach out to Sarah immediately. You will not be disappointed!
Brookmeadow Country Club was the most amazing venue for our October 2023 wedding! It is truly a beautiful location (the golf course speaks for itself!) and we absolutely loved the simple yet elegant atmosphere of the ballroom.
What really made our wedding day and whole planning process extra special was Sarah and the amazing staff. Sarah is so organized and was wonderful to work with. From planning to execution, she was on top of it all. Our wedding day ended up pouring rain all day, but Sarah kept us positive and helped us find creative ways to get fun photos in!

I can't say enough good things about Brookmeadow and their staff! Planning a wedding can be stressful and Sarah and her team made the experience as easy as possible.
My husband and I got married on September 9, 2023. We had our hearts set on an outdoor ceremony and unfortunately mother nature had other plans. Our beautiful morning turned to thunder and rain as soon as we arrived to the venue. Although adapting to changes right before your ceremony can be challenging mentally and logistically I couldn't be more grateful to have Sarah as our coordinator on our special day. She and her team, transitioned our ceremony at the last moment so seemingly our guests couldn't even tell it wasn't supposed to be that way. No matter what little things didn't go according to plan, Sarah was there to make the very best out of any situation.
It was really important for my husband and I to have our dog be apart of our ceremony and even with the unexpected changes they were so accommodating of him to be sure he was still able to be a part of our day.
Sarah was on top of every detail making sure my husband and I had the best day possible!
If you are looking for a place that will truly be there for you on your big day for anything you need. Brookmeadow Country Club is the place for you!
We are so glad that we decided to host our reception at Brookmeadow Country Club! We worked with Sarah, and she made the process incredibly smooth and organized. We had several meetings to make sure all the logistics were exactly as we wanted, and we appreciated her timeliness in responding to our questions. We had a special request with our decorations, and she was fantastic in accommodating our vision. Throughout the night, she checked in with us (without being overbearing!), and the entire staff made sure that we and our guests felt taken care of.

We had our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club this August (2023), and I cannot say enough good things about working with this venue. During the wedding process we primarily worked with Christine and Sarah, who were both warm and friendly while still being professional. They accommodated all of our requests and answered emails in a timely manner. At one point, Sarah handled an issue with our florist while she was on vacation. The venue is also absolutely stunning. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but working with Brookmeadow Country Club was such a wonderful experience.

I’m a year late.. We got married here on 10/29/2023, but we cannot say enough wonderful things about our Wedding Day at Brookmeadow. It is such a beautiful venue and the staff are top notch. The day went absolutely perfect and Christine was the absolute best at making sure the whole day went smooth. They are incredibly accommodating and willing to help in any way to make your day perfect and exactly how you want it. As the bride, I also have celiac disease and am still blown away by how careful and many options there were for me at my own wedding and for all my guests with a variety of dietary restrictions. They took great care in providing safe food for everyone. I would 100% recommend them for any occasion!

We got married 10.14.23 and everything could not have been more perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the views of the golf course and foliage were breathtaking. Sarah was a step ahead of us the entire day, not to mention so extremely helpful in the months leading up with any question or concern I had. Sarah worked so well with all of our vendors, the day moved so seamlessly and we didn’t have to look for her once, she was always making sure we knew where to be and when and it was amazing! I seriously don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her, and I can’t believe how easy she makes it look while keeping the whole day moving! Brookmeadow Country Club was absolutely everything we could have wished for for our June 2023 wedding. All of our options were laid out and explained well so there were no surprises during the planning process. We also appreciated that they only host one wedding a day so we knew the staff would be focused on our event. We had our ceremony at a nearby church and the arrival of our guests for the reception was seamless. The grounds were beautiful and it was so nice to have an outdoor area for cocktail hour. Walking into the reception area on the second floor was like a dream. It's very open and was the perfect size for our 120 guests. Many of our guests spoke very highly of the service and the food. Sarah was an absolute treasure every step of the way. She would answer all of our emails promptly and with such care, we felt like we really had a friend ensuring our wedding day was perfect. The bustle on my wedding dress broke right before our entrance to the reception and I turned around to find Sarah fixing it! We were beyond satisfied with how our wedding day turned out and would definitely recommend Sarah and the entire Brookmeadow staff!

Sarah and her team are incredible. The space was beautiful and the price was reasonable. I cannot thank Sarah enough for all the hard work she put in to making our day everything we ever dreamed of. My guests still talk about how delicious our food and the cake was, and how fun the space was. The morning of our wedding, we had to change plans of having the ceremony outside to inside because of the weather. We (mostly me lol) were SO bummed because we were looking forward to the beautiful grounds being the backdrop to our ceremony. Sarah and her team worked with our florist to create the most magical indoor ceremony that morning, and I was blown away by their creation. It was way more beautiful than what we planned for the outdoor ceremony! Sarah was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Brookmeadow more!

We highly recommend booking Brookmeadow Country Club for your wedding! From the moment we visited for the first time, we knew this was our venue. The grounds were beautiful with lots of evergreens and plenty of paved and covered areas. The indoor spaces were absolutely gorgeous, modern and comfortable and we loved that they had connecting outdoor spaces. We had a dedicated coordinator, Christine, throughout the whole planning process and day of our event. She was always very professional, welcoming, prompt and helpful in answering our many questions, giving feedback on our ideas, and offering great suggestions along the way. Her vendor recommendations were on point, and they coordinated well with each other throughout the night to ensure everything flowed smoothly. We felt like we got the A team!!! Our wedding was off-season which we loved because we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The rooms were set up perfectly to allow guests to mingle, relax, enjoy themselves, and of course, dance! The food, catered by The Lafayette House, was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it and how the steak was cooked perfectly! The servers and bar staff were great as well. My wife and I couldn't be more thankful of the wonderful experience we had getting married at Brookmeadow. As soon as my fiancé and I walked into Brookmeadow we knew this was where we wanted to hold our wedding. The grounds were perfect for our outdoor wedding and the ballroom was everything we wanted. Brookmeadow was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. All of our guests complimented the beautiful grounds and incredible staff. Sarah made the day so smooth and easy. I am definitely a type A control freak, but she put me at ease more than I knew possible! I was so confident that she knew exactly what my vision was and how to make it happen. The day was flawless and so much of that is thanks to Sarah and the Brookmeadow staff!

After a very lengthy venue search, I could finally relax when I walked into Brookmeadow for our tour. From that first meeting, Sarah was incredibly helpful, answering all of my (many!) questions throughout the process. The food, amenities, and staff were all wonderful.

Hands down the best decision we made was booking our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. We worked closely with Christine over the last year to help us execute a perfect wedding. Christine was so wonderful to work with, always answering our questions and giving us advice. I truly don't think she said 'no' once to any of our requests (and there were a lot)! She was very organized and on top of everything at our meeting one month before (when the stress is starting to creep up). She was so calm and collected and put our minds at ease.
The day of the wedding, we were closely watching the weather, praying the rain would hold off. Well, it decided to rain for 1 hour that day, right during the time the ceremony was supposed to happen! We made a last-minute decision to have the ceremony inside (after it was already set up for outside) and Christine and her team went to work. They made the space for the ceremony so beautiful and special. They again quickly transformed the space to our reception area, and it was magical. The entire night, Christine went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. She also boxed everything up at night and had it ready to go when we picked it up the next morning.
We can't thank Christine enough for all her hard work. Brookmeadow is a beautiful venue that truly cares about their couples and will do everything possible to make sure you have the perfect day!!

To say Brookmeadow was the venue of our dreams would be a complete understatement. My husband and I just got married on August 27th and we we beyond happy with everything Brookmeadow Country Club had to offer. I was honestly intimidated the venue search when we got engaged, but it was actually the easiest part of the entire wedding planning process, all thanks to Sarah Nickley. She professional, accommodating and so personable. She was always available and patient whenever myself or my family had a million questions to ask
(and it really was a million.) We looked at a few other venues as well, but none of them really gave us the same feelings as Brookmeadow. It was open, bright, but still had a cozy and intimate feeling to it. The greens were stunning, the landscaping was gorgeous, and our guests absolutely loved the outside space during both cocktail hour and the reception. The wait staff was also really attentive, which was said multiple times by our guests. If you're even considering looking at Brookmeadow, just do it. My expectations were truly exceeded and I wish I could relive the day all over again!

Brookmeadow is an absolute hidden gem and I will be recommending them and their staff for the rest of my life. We specifically worked with Christine Nickel and she made our wedding planning process seamless and stress-free. She is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and just a wonderful human being. We had such an amazing experience with our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club in July 2022. We had toured 11 venues total, with Brookmeadow being the last one, simply because we walked in and knew it was the exact type of space we wanted. The outdoor ceremony area is pretty, private, and well shaded (important for a hot July day). Our guests loved that they were able to have cocktail hour outside or inside depending on their preference, as well as hang out on the terrace during the reception as well (important for these covid times!). The entire day went off without a hitch - we wanted our guests to drink up and let loose, and Brookmeadow certainly helped set the scene. Brookmeadow was great at making sure all the important people were where they were supposed to be at all times, sticking to our schedule, and making sure nothing went wrong. We worked with Christine throughout our entire process and it was a great experience - all of our asks were able to be accommodated and they were so flexible with us. The only thing to note is that it sometimes took several days to get a response back, but that's expected during wedding season and wasn't a problem. Our guests said the food was great, the ballroom is gorgeous with all the natural lighting, and the bartenders were fast. Overall, so happy with our experience and would recommend Brookmeadow to anyone!

Brookmeadow Country Club was the most perfect venue for our wedding. I can’t even tell you how many people came up to my husband and I on our wedding day to say how much they loved the venue, location, and staff! Everything was perfect! My husband and I got engaged on in March 1, 2020 and viewed Brookmeadow County Club two weeks later. From the second we stepped on the property we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our 13 years of love together! We got married on August 14, 2021 and held our reception at Brookmeadow Country Club. From the day we booked this venue in March 2020 - the weekend before the world shut down due to the pandemic, through all of the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines, to the day our wedding dreams came true, Sarah made sure that planning our special day was nothing short of perfection. Sarah was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and always had a solution to anything that came up, including determining a guest list, planning our decor and seating arrangements, planning with our vendors, scheduling a private food tasting for us, and overall scheduling our wedding day to ensure it flowed perfectly. The food from the Lafayette house was delicious! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The updated cocktail space and ballroom were the perfect mix of rustic and modern, that perfectly matched our wedding vision. The downstairs patio space including fire pits, and upstairs veranda were the perfect outdoor areas that many of our guests greatly enjoyed. The locations for photographs were plentiful and we took advantage of all of the beautiful scenery! The photographs are stunning. There are so many emotions involved from getting engaged to planning a wedding to getting married! My husband and I got married on September 5th, 2021! After the excitement of getting engaged came the worry of finding a venue! Our first wedding venue visit was Brookmeadow and everything about working with Brookmeadow from that day on was amazing! Brookmeadow Country Club exceeded all of our expectations. We booked BMCC in Dec of 2019 for a July 2021 wedding. When COVID hit and everything was up in the air Sarah, our coordinator, was extremly responsive to all of our questions and kept us up to date. BMCC is a dream. All of our friends and family are still raving about it to this day. Sarah was so helpful from the start of all the planning until the very end of our wedding night. She checked in on us the entire night and truly made the day go off without a hitch. We would book BMCC again in a heartbeat!

From Our initial meeting with our event coordinator Christine, we knew we were in great hand (seriously she’s amazing) the ballroom is beautiful and service and food are top notch! My experience working with Brookmeadow Country Club to plan and host my wedding was exceptional. Specifically, Venue Coordinator Sarah Nickley made everything about my wedding planning and day run smoothly. My husband and I had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for 130 people on BCC grounds. The ceremony site was gorgeous and the hydrangea bushes were in full bloom. Sarah was super helpful at the rehearsal with setting up our wedding party and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Cocktail hour hosted in the Member's Lounge was spacious with the option for inside/outside mingling. The food was awesome (go for the mac & cheese bites) and guests really raved about it all night! Brookmeadow was very accommodating while working with all our vendors, 6-piece band included. They also have a great list of preferred vendors, and the wedding package includes cake from one of two prominent local bakeries! Sarah is organized and quick to respond to emails about the smallest detail even when your wedding is a year away. Would 10/10 get married here again and wish I could!

We booked Brookmeadow Country Club in early 2019 for our ceremony and reception after seeing the incredible renovations to both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our original wedding date was set for September of 2020, and like many couples, we have had to make numerous changes to our wedding plans due to the global pandemic. Sarah has been a wonderfully kind and flexible event coordinator to work with, and we have always felt heard and appreciated in making some difficult decisions. We are so excited to still be getting married at BCC, with a small ceremony in May 2021 and (hopefully) a larger reception in November 2021. WOW! If you’re looking for a beautiful venue you need to visit Brookmeadow Country Club! My husband and I got married in December 2020 and it was perfect. They made every accommodation to make our day perfect and safe! Even with a little rain, we used the covered outdoor patio space. Heaters and outdoor fireplaces kept guests warm and made for stunning pictures! We’re currently planning our larger reception with 200 guests and will be coming back to Brookmeadow once it’s safe to do so! The ballroom is modern and has a large dance floor, which is very important to us! Highly recommend planning your wedding or event here!

It's hard to believe it's been just over a year since we celebrated our wedding at Brookmeadow Country Club. I have so many great things to say about this venue, the team and our experience overall. First, the renovations to the clubhouse are fantastic. The room is clean, modern and elegant and the access to the balcony is especially nice for guests to be able to enjoy outdoor space (or take a breather from dancing). Like many couples with 2020 weddings, we had to quickly find a new plan as a result of Covid-19. For us, it was a blessing in disguise because our ceremony at Brookmeadow was absolutely perfect.
Sarah was amazing to work with and helped us navigate through a challenging situation, both leading up to, and on our wedding day. She was very responsive throughout the planning process, especially when it came to responding to emails with changes and last-minute requests the day before the wedding.
On the day of, she frequently checked in to see if we needed anything while we were getting ready, and the transition from the ceremony to dinner was seamless. We had a picture-perfect ceremony in front of the gazebo followed by a delicious meal on the veranda at the clubhouse, and ended the night watching the sunset on the golf course.
We couldn’t be more grateful that Brookmeadow and Sarah were able to help save the day, and that we were able to pull together a small ceremony on the day we had originally planned to get married on such short notice. We recommend Brookmeadow to anybody considering it!

We would HIGHLY recommend Brookmeadow to ANYONE! Due to our own choice, we actually ended up cancelling our event there due to COVID restrictions outside of the venue's control. Sarah and the facility were SUPERB from initial booking, to postponing, to even cancelling. They were incredibly accommodating during all of the ups and downs of the pandemic. We were offered a list of "back up dates" the second we asked, no hesitation. They kept in constant contact with us and always had the most up to date information. They lobbied for us as a couple and understood where we were coming from when we postponed once, picked a third date, and then ultimately decided to cancel. Cancelling was heartbreaking as Sarah and the venue were incredibly pleasant to work with from start to finish. Any future events we will be sure to book Brookmeadow for. In addition to their outstanding service, the renovated facility was stunning, with a classic but modern feel, clean, crisp, and perfect for any beautiful event.

We were so happy we chose Brookmeadow as our wedding venue. We looked at it while they were in the middle of renovating and the final touches did not disappoint - very classy and elegant taste. The New England fall foliage was in full bloom on the golf course and made for great photograph setting. Sarah was great to work with and greeted us upon arrival and made sure everything ran smooth through the last song of the night. All our guests raved about the catered food from the Lafayette House.

When envisioning my wedding day the few words that came to mind were bright, elegant and captivating. And according to every one of my wedding guest Brookmeadow Country Club easily met all three!
When trying to plan a great wedding, my first and ongoing consideration was accommodating my guest. All anyone ever says is the choice of venue, food, and music are the key elements for creating an amazing and memorable wedding. Fortunately for me, Brookmeadow Country Club and its recommended list of vendors supplied exactly what my guest needed.
I'm extremely grateful and complimentary of all the staff especially Sarah Nickley, the event coordinator. I owe so much of that perfect day to Sarah's efficiency and calm demeanour while dealing with so many different responsibilities. The Lafayette House catered the delicious food, which I still haven't heard enough compliments on how pleased everyone was. Patrick Lally from South Shore Entertainment was my DJ who's talent was able to keep the entire dance floor packed full till the very end of the evening.
I know many people say their wedding day was perfect, but mine truly wouldn't have come close if it wasn't for the distinctive beauty of my venue along with every staff member and vendor that came together to create what so many of my friends and family are referencing as"the best wedding ever!"

We had a fantastic experience working with Brookmeadow, and with Sarah N in particular, for our wedding reception.
Brookmeadow Country Club is a beautiful location, and the pictures we got on the grounds were perfect. The reception facility is very bright, elegant, and inviting, especially after their recent remodel.
The food from Lafeyette House was great, from the tasting experience to the day of. We chose, and would highly recommend, the butternut squash as the vegetable. (That's something I thought I'd never say. It tastes like pumpkin pie, pretty much.)
Finally, Sarah from the Sales/Event team is a pro. She was very helpful with tours, information, etc., and very responsive via e-mail. We felt good with her orchestrating all of the day-of details for the reception. So many things happened setup-wise behind the scenes that we just didn't need to worry about (and all worked perfectly). Our guests and our other vendors have only had good things to say about Brookmeadow after the fact.

We are so happy that we chose Brookmeadow for our wedding venue. Robbin and Lindsay helped us plan our perfect day. The wedding package took away stress as Brookmeadow dealt with the logistics of the vendors and we knew that their preferred vendors would be excellent. On our wedding day, Robbin and Lindsay greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Our parents and guests raved about the food and were very impressed by the venue!
I had a early AM appointment to visit this place. I arrived at the venue and the office was closed. No one picked up the phone and didn't have a alternative number to phone the event coordinator. I emailed her asking her if she forgot about our appointment. She emailed me back 3 hours later stating that the venue was booked for that day so she had to reschedule her appointments. She never emailed me or called me ahead of time to reschedule. I felt like the coordinator forgot she had a appointment for that day. This is a huge mistake and very unprofessional especially for being in the event planning business.
What an amazing place. When I saw it I fell in love. I got the package there with everything included so I'm not sure of the price of just the venue. The planner there, Ginger, was unbelievable and so helpful. As I was planning I would email a question and she would get right back to me. She was there the day of to help with anything that we needed. She was the one who took care of the DJ, catering, flowers, photobooth, etc. after we picked them. We just had to tell her we signed with someone and she took care of the down payments and organizing them. That was so nice to have her to do that and less on us. I would highly recommend this venue!!!!
A beautiful venue with a wonderful wedding manager. Ginger Cullen did a phenomenal job putting my mind at ease for the big day. Brookmeadow CC is a beautiful space and is well-maintained. Wedding packages are offered for the more cost conscious couple. Brookmeadow exceeded my wedding day expectations. I couldn't be happier!

I was very pleased with the overall value and experience. Ginger was there for us at every moment and treated us like her own family.
When we went to look at Brookmeadow, we had already looked at several other venues. Immediately Brookmeadow appealed to us because it was far more affordable than any of the previous venues we had toured. The price was more than reasonable, especially considering the size and quality of the venue. The next thing that jumped out at us was the beautiful landscape. The venue is on a golf course that is very private and has a lot of foliage. There is a large deck right off the function room where guests can lounge and take in the scenery. Aside from the affordability and beauty, what most drew us to Brookmeadow was Ginger Cullen, the event manager. She was exceptional! She was friendly and accomodating. She bent over backwards to meet our every desire. It seemed no matter when I called her she was accessible. On the few ocassions I did have to leave her voicemails she got back to me very promptly. Ginger never seemed annoyed by any of my questions and collaborated well with all our vendors. It was a pleasure working with Brookmeadow!
I had my wedding at brookmeadow CC in May of 2010. I looked at about 5-6 venues before choosing BM. Once I met with Ginger at BM I knew that was where my wedding would be. She was so pleasant to work with. One of the best things I found about BM was that your wedding was the only function going on during that day. Therefore you could pick any 5 hour (or more) time frame that fit your schedule. This was very nice since I was getting married in the church and I had to go along with their timing. The room at BM is beautiful and when they had it all setup I couldn't believe my eyes. Everyone there was very professional and made sure my guests had everything they needed. I very highly recommend Brookmeadow Country Club.
From the first time I met the wedding coordinator there to after the reception, I felt I was in the best hands. The place is clean and well maintained. The coordinator there was a true perfectionist and truly loves making sure everything is perfect. They have you choose certain vendors which only ensures the day runs as smoothly as possible. The lighting was beautiful and fairy lights were in the trees in the room, there's french doors that lead out to a deck that overlooks the golf course. Everything is white and beige so there's no tackiness here! There's lots of windows for natural light to come pouring in and there's cathedral ceilings. The bar is a gorgeous wood bar with simple touches of fairy lights on small trees sitting on top. It's located right by a main highway so it's easy to get to, but set aside enough to be outside and not hear anything else around. The golf course provided a beautiful backdrop and much fun for the kids to run around.
