Chef Brandon Brooks brings over 20 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries to Brooks & Landry Fine Catering. He has successfully led numerous restaurants that specialize in handmade farm-to-table cuisine. Originally from San Diego, California, Chef Brandon relocated to Detroit with his wife in 2017 to start their own business. In 2021, the duo launched Brooks & Landry Fine Catering, which has experienced significant growth as a family business.
