extremely responsive to my questions (and I called and emailed a LOT) and always so friendly. We did a private tasting with a few family members, which was a delight. We got to know Brandon and really get a feel for what they can do - which is a lot. One thing that stuck out to me at the tasting was the salad. How many times have you had a wedding salad and it was just meh? So many! But this salad was amazing. I knew right then that if they put that much effort into a detail that is usually overlooked, they were the caterer for us. The day off, they did two drop offs for us. We opted for buffet style to keep our costs down, and they were very accommadating. They offer full service as well, if that's what you're looking for. I was so nervous that I thought I wasn't going to be able to eat, but I took my first bite - and was BLOWN away. It was so good! I looked around at my guests and could see them tucking in with enthusiasm. People came up to tell us that they loved the food. Every dish was delicious and came together to create a memorable meal. And we have lots of leftovers, perfect for those first days after the wedding when we were too exhausted to do much cooking.
