what I always imagined of wanting in a ring. We spent so much time going from store to store trying to find the perfect stone with the perfect setting until we went to Brooks- making the process so easy and comfortable. Hunter was very straight forward and upfront about the process, price, and the quality of the stone we were getting. I ask for my money back they told me NO!!!!
that I would have to wait till the jewelry sales before I can receive my money back. I consider that very unprofessional and poor customer service if I knew that that was the why they done business there in downtown Conway Arkansas I would have never put any money down. I was even willing to pay a couple hundred dollar penalty fee for wasting their time even though I didn't sign any agreement of a penalty if I was to withdraw. They should not be able to treat people that way and bully people about a refund. , I would not recommend Brooks jewelry store to anyone.

our rings and make any changes we wanted before the actual rings were created. I love that I can pop into the store any time and they will check and clean my rings. In my opinion, you won't find more knowledgeable and helpful jewelers anywhere.
