We loved every part of our wedding but the ceremony is something we will hold dear forever. We also did the pre-marriage coaching and it was great to get to know Kristi and for her to get to know our relationship. Even if you feel you know each other 100%, your marriage is your #1 investment and even just finding out one new way of communicating with your partner is worth it! It was fun learning about each other and Kristi is so easy to talk to, it felt like talking to family! 100% would recommend Kristi to anyone!!

A few weeks out we did a walk through of our ceremony and was provided with a DIY rehearsal guide which was super handy with the size of our wedding party. On the day of, I was running behind but Kristi remained understanding while proceeding with the layout of our day. She helped to keep me calm while I tried to do the same for my husband.

Kristi sent multiple emails throughout the months preparing us and was great about communication if we had any questions on our end, which was much appreciated as my fiancé and I were a little lost. Come the week of the wedding when we connected with Janine. Janine was nice enough to do some schedule accommodating on our part when we needed to reschedule our meeting due to a funeral. In our actual conversation, we had decided we wanted to do the marriage license signing after the ceremony. Janine was adamant about doing the license signing before the ceremony to avoid the hustle and bustle after the ceremony, which we understood where she was coming from, but we wanted to do it afterwards for the moment to feel real and genuine. There was a little pushback, but we said it was what we wanted and we all made it work. There was nothing necessarily wrong with the officiant or the services we received, it just wasn't the experience we were hoping for. Although, I do want to say that Kristi herself seems was very informative and communicative.

We hit a lot of bumps in the road the day of the wedding, but Kristi was very kind and waited to help us out no matter what. She was patient with us and did an amazing re-write of the ceremony in record time. The two of us highly recommend her for your weddings. special day. Pre-marriage coaching was good because it helped us go into marriage a little more proactive and being intentional about what we were stepping into (read the 'but' in the next section). The bad: I don't regret the coaching - but think elsewhere or alternatively. We did the coaching with Kristi because she's the only one of her staff to that offers it (would loved to have coaching by the person who married us). But it was a very basic overview and generic algorithmic guide from a book that she follows, if an engaged couple was determined/disciplined enough you could do just as good going at it alone - or finding some other online coaching that would provide as good or better benefit to their future. The ugly: We had an hour rain-delay (no big deal, right?) - the DAY AFTER OUR WEDDING we get a text message from Greg asking that we pay an extra $50 for the rain delay. $50 is no big deal really... but the principle and the level of class is awful. He also showed up 25 minutes late for our rehearsal ceremony wearing Tito's sunglasses and some childish looking shirt that didn't instill any confidence in him. Immediately pulled out his binder to get through stuff instead of acting like he cared about us. He was very short & unpleasant in helping us go through the rehearsal. Still wearing his Tito's sunglasses the day of our wedding, almost immediately after the ceremony he'd pushed us to sign the license and then he just left - any other officiant I would loved to force them to stay for dinner, but I was relieved to have him leave. In summary: They did the job and didn't ruin our day; in thinking back on our day I wouldn't even think about that in the first 20 minute of reflecting on the day. But when I think about their job and the services rendered, I'm disappointed that I didn't spend more time looking or finding a friend to get licensed to present our ceremony. Kristi was okay in coaching but very disappointing the way she just hands our special moments off to someone we only talked with once... and trusts that's going to be okay (shame on us). Greg (our actual officiant) was absolutely disappointing; unprofessional and uninterested would be the best description for his role in our day.
