as perfectly tailored to our personalities and wishes. We choose Greg as our officiant and he did an excellent job! He showed up when he said he would and performed our ceremony perfectly. Greg went over every aspect of the ceremony with us in preparation for the big day. He made everything so easy, which was very much appreciated, because nobody can prepare you for the emotional whirlwind that your wedding day can be. We chose Kristi’s Love Story package and added premarital counseling, which I can’t recommend enough. We didn’t want our officiant to feel like a stranger, and the counseling sessions were such a meaningful way to connect with her beforehand. We had genuine “aha” moments and came away with great communication tools that we still use. I’d especially recommend this option for couples who are younger or haven’t been together for many years—it’s a really valuable experience.
As for the ceremony itself, the Love Story was absolutely worth it. Kristi crafted something so heartfelt, engaging, and uniquely “us.” Even if I’d tried to write it myself for a friend to read, I couldn’t have captured it half as beautifully as she did. We wanted to include a tree planting ritual but weren’t sure how to make it flow; Kristi took the idea and ran with it, creating something meaningful and perfectly worded. She kept us involved throughout, checking in often to make sure everything matched our vision and vibe.
Because of the counseling sessions, Kristi really got to know us—and we completely trusted her to write the ceremony. We even chose not to read the script ahead of time so we could experience it fresh in the moment, and we have zero regrets. She was professional, communicative, and made us feel so comfortable making the ceremony our own.
We received so many compliments on how fun and personal our ceremony was, and it was such a relief knowing we were in good hands. If I had to sum up Kristi in two words, they’d be trustworthy and professional. She truly made our day unforgettable.

to us beforehand and we were able to tell her what small things we wanted to change. She communicated with us the day before and the day of to go over the timeline of things and check how we were doing. We even had a small hiccup during our ceremony (no one's fault!) where the lid to our unity sand container got stuck and we had to skip it and do it later at our reception! She handled this unforeseen hitch INCREDIBLY well! She was quick on her feet, and asked us quietly what we wanted to do, and then announced to our guests that we would do the unity sand pour later at our reception. It was a good laugh for everyone, including our guests! Right after the ceremony, she came with us to sign our marriage license and explained where to sign it and such. She took one copy and filed it immediately the next business day! It seems small, but filing our marriage license for us was a HUGE help and she took it off our plate for us!
Overall, Kristi did an awesome job, and we really enjoyed her great communication with us. With myself and my (new!) husband never having planned a wedding before, we didn't exactly know what to expect, but Kristi did better than we could've ever imagined. She truly cares about couples and does everything she can to show that there for them on the big day. We highly recommend her to other couples who are planning their wedding!

Come the week of the wedding when we connected with Janine. Janine was nice enough to do some schedule accommodating on our part when we needed to reschedule our meeting due to a funeral. In our actual conversation, we had decided we wanted to do the marriage license signing after the ceremony. Janine was adamant about doing the license signing before the ceremony to avoid the hustle and bustle after the ceremony, which we understood where she was coming from, but we wanted to do it afterwards for the moment to feel real and genuine. There was a little pushback, but we said it was what we wanted and we all made it work. There was nothing necessarily wrong with the officiant or the services we received, it just wasn't the experience we were hoping for.
