his buffet was outstanding. Everything from the main dishes (steak & chicken), side dishes (mashed potatoes, pasta, & salads), and desserts was like homemade. It was all very tasty and not at all chilly (from sitting on a buffet table). The staff really did an remarkable job keeping things moving seamlessly. The appetizers were refreshed often and the dessert served almost under you nose during the presentation part of the evening (in an absolutely non-distracting way), as was the plate retrieval. But the bar staff really out did themselves. They were smiling and friendly and kept the bubbly flowing even when the lines were long. I have to give a special shout out to bartender Kaelyn Lindsey. Not only does Kaelyn make the best Tom Collins I have ever tasted but she went out of her way to give guests service that was as welcoming as talking to an old friend, while at the same time keeping pace with the ridiculous amount of thirsty guests. She is a true professional!
