Wedgewood was such a joy to work with. When Brookside was initially bought out by Wedgewood, we were very nervous and disappointed that this big change was occurring in the middle of our planning process. But from the first contact, the staff helped ease our worries, were very understanding of our feelings, and honored every agreement made in our original contract. We had some fears that Wedgewood may feel too corporate but it was totally the opposite. The staff, along with our coordinator, helped bring our whole vision to life. The Wedgewood staff have been so communicative, easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We were consistently impressed by the high level of service and the professionalism. The planning meetings felt so helpful, the staff were consistently open to our ideas and made us feel valued and heard. We felt like we were able to really partner with Wedgewood the whole time and had the most magical, amazing wedding! Staff even went above and beyond to ensure we had a barrel for our ceremony at the last minute when the original barrel was unintentionally removed. Additionally, Erin agreed to film our ceremony which allowed the groom's sister to enjoy it without having to film. The renovations that Wedgewood did were wonderful, everything looked modern and upgraded without taking away from what makes Brookside so special. Most importantly, our wedding day ran smoothly and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and on top of it! We would highly recommend Brookside to anyone in the future and cannot thank Erin, Katrina, Allie, and their team enough for the wonderful service and experience!

The catering at Brookside was also excellent - we loved our taco bar buffet and heard from many of our guests that they appreciated the food as well. Brookside was perfect for us, as a couple who didn't have a strong vision going in, to provide enough guidelines and make some decisions for us, while still offering enough flexibility to make our day special for us and all of our loved ones! We're so happy we chose to go with Brookside, and would highly recommend them to others looking for a beautiful Colorado wedding venue!

We booked this venue over a year in advance and what sold us on it was they have a getting ready suites for the girls and the guys and they have on site catering. It’s basically a one stop shop! Throughout the planning process, Maddison and the staff were very communicative and responsive! We probably asked if we could come look at the venue more than anyone else and every time they were happy to accommodate. Maddison was our day of coordinator and I never had a doubt in my mind that she wouldn’t make the place look wonderful and make sure it ran smoothly. e. The venue itself is stunning- outdoors there are lots of flowers, trees, etc. and it is all very well maintained. The indoor space had lots of beautiful natural light during the first part of our event, and as the sun went down, the chandeliers and string lights created a very romantic and dreamy vibe! Overall, the area is very spacious. It provides a fantastic indoor-outdoor feel and good flow for guests to dance, socialize, play games, etc. In addition to providing a gorgeous atmosphere, the staff was incredible. Ashley guided us through our entire planning process and was also our venue coordinator day of. She was helpful, responsive, attentive to our needs, and honestly just a kind and down to earth person who provided a supportive and calming presence throughout the entire experience. We also went with their in-house catering option through Origins Catering and were very pleased with the quality of food and service! They have a huge menu selection, and our dinner choices were all delicious. There are so many more positive things I could say about our experience at Brookside Gardens. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a venue in the area!

With a pandemic in place they made sure that all of the proper protocols were followed and made us and our guests feel safe to celebrate. Our photos turned out amazing, with plenty of great photography locations on-site. The in-house catering was amazing, our guests commented that the Mac and cheese was the best they ever had. They worked with our food needs, including allergies, and even made an off menu item for us. If you are looking for a venue I would highly recommend checking them out.

Everyone I worked with at the venue was so friendly and excited for me and the communication was open the whole time. Hawley was my day-of coordinator and did such a great job answering even the smallest questions up until the big day. I know there was a few hiccups the day of with other vendors, but I didn't know a thing about it until after - because she took care of it. I felt like I did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything thanks to the Brookside staff in partnership with our caterers. I felt it was a little pricey, but for what you get, well worth it. Some other venues I toured were about the same price but with less amenities. I am so grateful to have been married here and it was absolutely perfect!!

eally do not do the real thing justice. Their outdoor gardens and pergola create the perfect setting for the ceremony and outdoor cocktail hour. The indoor reception area is also gorgeous and works well for the post-ceremony celebration. The staff at the venue are very accommodating and responsive. We were able to walk through the site a number of times before the wedding to show family and get measurements for decorations. The location also has a variety of great photo backdrop options for your photographer to take advantage of. Brookside Gardens is the perfect place for any event and a beautiful backdrop for a wedding!

anda, who was an EXCELLENT coordinator. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I've had numerous people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. My only two complaints are that the rooms to get ready in were not unlocked in time, which was a minor inconvenience but not a very big deal. My major complaint is that the morning after our wedding, my husband and I were staying in the cottage on site. Which the staff set up and were fully aware of. We were woken up by a man at 8 in the morning knocking on the door and unlocking it himself. He came in while we were in bed and preceded to go downstairs in the cottage to get paint! Not the way I wanted to wake up the day after my wedding. Like I said, this place was beautiful. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone. But a traumatic and awkward morning for sure!

the upcoming year there is no way I could justify booking it later on. There is quite a bit included in the fee, but it all disappears quickly. They say a wedding supervisor is included, but I highly suggest a planner or at least make sure your MOH or someone else has everything handled. Mine was nowhere to be found and did the bare minimum at the rehearsal and coming up with the timeline, which was really just whatever the caterer and I said but repeated. Luckily, my MOH and bridesmaids took on a lot of responsibility the day of, but overall it was a lot of miscommunication that could of been easily fixed if the planner had actually discussed things with me. My bridal party and immediate family came in early to set up the centerpieces and everything out on the tables for me. The staff... the wonderful ladies that did my hair and make up are the only ones spared, but the gossip and disrespect from the others is uncanny! I was running late for my appointments, by 20 minutes and called to let them know and got the rudest responses back over the phone. Then when I actually got there the person on the phone was very easy to distinguish because she still had an attitude to my face, to a few of my bridesmaids! Then I find out later that her and other staff were talking about me in the salon within earshot of my mother getting her make up done after getting off the phone with me (they clearly didn't know she was there) and the lady doing my mom's make up had to tell them that she was there and they could hear them. Overall: The venue is beautiful. The salon is a salon. Extremely bad staff experience. The cottage is nice, but simple (TV didn't work), breakfast was from panera bread, and good champagne. Go ahead and get a planner anyway.

ctations. Rude staff is inexcusable. If you would like to contact us directly to give us more details, we would love the chance to correct that. We do need to run on a specific schedule for our salon and spa appointments since we do have other clients that are booked. We love working with wedding planners in addition to our clients whenever possible, so that your wedding party and family are able to enjoy getting ready with you while someone else can set up your decorations. We do offer an on-site wedding supervisor here to help keep you on your timeline, interact with your vendors and help with any maintenance and grounds issues during the event, as well as supervise the set up of tables, chairs and linens. They are not the same as a hired wedding planner. We do wish you both the best of luck.

iance only increased as the evening went on. The ceremony followed by cocktails was outside in the garden area and then everyone moved indoors for the reception and dancing. Guests moved comfortably throughout the beautiful grounds.There is also an Aveda spa in the building making it very appealing. For the value, for the beauty, for the convenience, Brookside Gardens was wonderfully perfect!

, well kept, and beautiful. There is a food dance floor and build in bar that can be used. The best part is this venue also has the Aveda salon attached. I was able to get my nails, hair and makeup all done her at the location which made the whole day very easy and stress free. We got married on a Monday which really cut down the cost of the venue, and actually turned out to be a great night for a wedding. In addition to saving money by having the wedding on a Monday we also got the bridal sweet for the whole day, unlike weekend dates which only have it to use for a few hours. Great staff, that really take time to get to know you and invest in your special day. I would highly recommend this venue!

ng went as planned. Our guests made several comments about how beautiful our venue was! They were also very affordable. I would definitely recommend them for weddings or other events. We also used the salon services the day of the wedding. Everyone was very pleased with the results! As someone who doesn't own makeup and who rarely does anything to my hair, it was very important to me that I felt comfortable with the products used on me. Brookside only uses Aveda products and I was pleasantly surprised at my trial to find I didn't feel the need to wash my face immediately like I have when using other products. I worked with Susan, and she did a great job listening to what I wanted. I was very happy with how I looked!

right there as well, that cut down on a lot of travel the day of the wedding. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that they started to put down tables slightly before the event was scheduled to be over. I felt this was a little rude.
